World Tech Auto did an amazing job restoring my car after my accident! Michelle and Mike were extremely helpful through the whole process! They did exactly what they promised me. From start to finish I can t complain. I can t give them enough thanks! Again shout out to Michelle, Mike, and the World Auto Tech team!

Great place to do business. Once the insurance business is complete these guys get your vehicle in timely and get it done quick. Probably would have been a week or two turnaround time without the insurance delay. They really take care of you quickly. Nice staff, knowledgeable techs, and friendly service. Would recommend.Mike and Michelle were great.

I was in an accident and my truck was towed to this place to allow the insurance company to come and look at it. In the mean time I called the body shop that was going to work on it to have them schedule the pick up. They asked me to go to the storage lot to sign off so that they could have my truck released to them and they warned me about signing documents other than a release form. When I got to World Tech of course they wanted we to sign 3 things and I refused. I told them that I was just needing to sign my release. A few days later the insurance company finally went to go and look at my truck and said that I could have it moved. World Tech Auto refused to release it because they said that I had not signed off on the release but took it upon themselves to inspect the truck and create an estimate for the damages. They held my truck for 2 weeks before my body shop was able to pick it up. $5000 is what they charged just to store my truck behind their shop, luckily I wasnt the one having to pay for the charges but what a SCAM!!!!After doing my research I found that this was not an isolated incident they are known to rack up charges and getting people to sign documents. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

Mike and Mechelle did a get job on my 2021 Range rover, I came back because World tech auto did the body work on my son 2019 dodge charger and when they finish the work the car look like a brand new car. they are awesome and do good work, i recommend world tech auto to family & friends and anyone who need any type of work on the vehicle.

We have the same scam experience as the other guy, @Erik Gallegos. My daughter's car was brought here by the towing company when her car got hit. Her insurance company told her to have the car released. That was all that she needed to do. But she was conned into signing other papers that they did not explain to her at all and incurred $2,000 dollars out of pocket for her to pay. They tore down her car without telling her or the insurance of what they were doing. When she signed the release forms in person, they did not tell her about the extra fees that she would incur if they were to tear down her car.In order for the car to be released to the service shop that she and her insurance had agreed upon at a different location. She was told that she must pay $2,000 to pay for the tear down fee that they already did, and to which her insurance said they are not paying. Therefore, it will be an out of pocket expense that my young daughter will incur. So basically, they scammed her into tearing down her car so they can keep the job at their shop. So clearly, they took advantage of a young girl. They definitely are NOT HONEST as they claim to be and reason why I am taking them to the Better Busines Bureau and refer them to the same reviews that I have read here in their site as this seems to be the same exact scam they did with the other reviews here. SAME EXACT MODUS OPERANDI!!!

My car got into an accident (hit by someone) and had to find a place to repair it. I called many places and finally found this place. I was looking for a place not too cheap but with a good price and decent work as some other companies were trying to charge me a lot. And I got to find this place via Google map and called them. Matthew was the representative and he talked to me very friendly and told me all the details step by step. After all, I decided to fix my car right there, my car was an old car (95) so it s in between totaled and fixable depending on the fixing price... but they did within the budget that the insurance company allows. They were very honest and told me how much they could fix with that budget and what is not. Although a few things weren t able to be replaced (due to out of budget) and would not be the same as before, it came out just as fine. (See the pictures below) From my experience, I can recommend this place to anyone who s looking for a good auto place for fixing or repairing the car with the decent budget!Come and experience! Have some lawyers or know the law if they try anything slick. The wrecker who picked up my truck was really nice and helpful, but over her, they're very condescending.

I was rear ended and took my suburban to world tech to get my repairs done. John handled everything from start to finish. Everything was done in a timely manner. I was so happy with the work that they did to my suburban I took my 1996 impala there for a custom paint job. World tech has earn a customer for life.

Richard the mechanic knows his stuff. Every time I take my expedition there he finds what's wrong with it in no time. The staff is nice and helpful and their prices are fair and i will keep me going there for a long time.

Did my inspection today! I've been doing my state inspections at world tech auto for the last 8 years. In and out in about 15 to 20 mins. Great services. Kind people. Thanks WTA

This place is horrible...they are the biggest theifs and cons... If your car is impounded cross your fingers that it doesn't go here... Because they will not answer the phone after business hours....and that way they can charge you more for storage fees.... Which is EXACTLY what they do on the weekends as well... Racking that price up. I don't know how they get away with this but it's not fair and outrageous. My mother is homeless and lives in her van...which is being held prisoner at this place.... Her HOME mind you. With everything she owns including her identification....but they will not allow her inside to get her id to get her home /van out. Who does that???? She is elderly homeless person . This place is horrible. Pray you never have to go here.

I got into an accident where my car wasn't drivable, had It towed here to world tech auto. They gave me an honest run down on what was wrong with the vehicle, price and about how long it would take and got me back on the road in no time! Thank you.

Worst storage lot and full of thieves! Manager John salas won t help and gives you runaround and tells shop to ignore your phone calls! I have proof of my AirPod pros being stolen leaving their shop and returning all gps screen shots. Plus emails with John! I wouldn t ever trust this company or anyone it. I wonder who else got stuff stolen from here and then covered up! After I inform him of me making review and report with police Then wants me to drive hour and a half to get stuff they stole from me

This place is amazing! The staff and management are awesome. I took my Cadillac ATS in for some body work and they were so professional, friendly and accommodating! Andy also gave fair and honest pricing on what I needed done and made it happen! I am so exceptionally pleased with the repair and would recommend anybody that needs work done to World Tech! I'm glad I took my business here and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Took my vehicle in after a minor fender bender. John provided excellent service. Gave me a clear, detailed estimate and completed the work within the time-frame promised. The final product looked great! The repair returned my vehicle to "like-new" status. They also washed the outside, and vacuumed and cleaned the interior to an exceptional level. By far the BEST company I have ever dealt with in getting my car repaired. They worked around my schedule, were extremely responsive and were able to get my car done 1.5 weeks faster than every other facility quoted me for. I will never take my car anywhere but here again. Andy was SO helpful throughout the entire process and even stayed late to make sure my car was fixed the day he promised me.
