I purchased a SUV from them & found issues, not reported by previous owner. Returned the vehicle & they helped me find another SUV. My salesman Sunny and their manager MD treated me fairly & honestly. The SUV I bought was missing a minor interior trim piece & they order the piece for me, at their cost.Sunny delivered the trim piece & my license/sticker to my home, a 100 mile round trip.I got a good vehicle at a fair price with outstanding service. I am happy!

Worst car buying experience ever! I drove a hour out of my way to look at a Kia Stinger I found online. When I arrived at the dealership the car was filthy and riddled with bird poop all over. I should have saw this as a sign to leave but I already drove an hour to check out a car I ve been wanting to buy for a long time. I liked the car and decide to see what kind of deal they could offer me and this is where I had all my issues. Their team spent the next hour arguing with me to take a deal I didn t want offering me a super high APR even though my credit score is in the 800s. Between that and them trying to low ball me for my 2016 Toyota Camry that was in near perfect condition, I asked to leave and then they finally compromised. While I was moving my things from my Camry to the Stinger I noticed the car did not have any kind of Spar tire or inflation kit. When I told the sales men about it he reassured me that it would be taken care of but it never was . They then proceed to rush me through all the paper work not taking anytime to talk to me about any questions I had and when I mentioned the spar tire again it fell on deaf ears. I was then told that I had to come back to retrieve the tire since they are not authorized to give me one without there mechanic who had already left for the day. I come back a month later to retrieve my plates, keep in mind I live an hour away just to be told the same deal even though I called ahead of time to have my tire ready for me. I tried many times to reach out to my salesmen who assured me I would be able to retrieve my said tire but every-time I d ask for him I was told he was busy and would back to me but he never would. I wish I could do more than just leave a bad review but this is all I can do. I hope whoever reads this can make a better informed decision and buy elsewhere. These guys will not only sell you a dirty car but under value your trade in, try to rip you off with massive interest rates with long term loans, sell you a 28,000 dollar car without a spare tire and when there done ignore you once they made there deal. Please buy elsewhere!

Sunny, MD, and Sergio are all amazing. I went into the dealership and they helped me out as best they could and offered me a great deal. I couldnt feel any more welcome. Best customer service from all three of them. They really care about their clients. The finance team (Matthew) was also amazing and very helpful. After leaving the dealership, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Best decision ever to come here and meet these 4 amazing people.

I have nothing but good to say about this dealer. I bought this used car and it has been amazing no issues at all. I dealt with Sam there he took care of me, got me an approval with exactly the numbers I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend this place. Sam you were great and thank you very much.

My sister put money down on a vehicle here.Less than 48 hours later they contacted her and said this vehicle isn t road ready so therefore she needed to come and get her money back.This was a $7000. vehicle she was paying cash for.When she returned to the dealer she asked what issue the vehicle had and not one of the four managers there could give her any information.She honestly believes the car was sold for more money than they requested from her.I wouldn t recommend this dealer due to the experience she had.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was promised a vehicle after paying a down payment. Only 36 hours later Christian sent me a text stating the vehicle was taken to auction. Went to this dealership and not one person could tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. I do not have any proof but sincerely believe this vehicle was sold out from under me. I would recommend for everyone to avoid this car dealer

World Auto is the WORSE dealership i have ever had experience with in over 30yrs. I had to complain to upper level management on several issues and now ANOTHER BIG ONE.BE CAREFUL of World Auto sales practices they are very unethical and morally WRONG.I was sold an extended warranty from them $5500 for my Tesla and went to use the warranty and claim was denied so I requested CANCELATION within the first 30 days. Marcus the financial manager assured me it would be taken care of.Well it was not, ALPHA warranty stated they NEVER received payment from WORLD AUTO in order for my warranty to become active. Marcus knew when he so called helped me with the cancelation process that the warranty wasn't funded by WORLD AUTO and that a policy can't be canceled if its not active.ALPHA warranty voided my warranty and WORLD AUTO is trying to keep my $5500. WORLD AUTO has not returned the $5500 to me nor my lien holder. I've contacted WORLD AUTO and no return call or response. My only course of action now is to contact my lawyer to get my $5500 back.TO ALL please stay clear of this dealership and especially to ALL MY VETERANS STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!!

I ve been to a lot of dealerships, everyone knows the ups and down and scheming they do. But this one has changed my mine that not all are the same. Very kind, professional, and they will do everything possible to make the deal to work. My saleswoman was Cori, I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a vehicle. So honest, kind, and profesional. Her customer service is amazing 10/10. Very detail in her work and will explain everything she needs repeatedly since I m a lil slow. Over all experience at this dealership was 10/10. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My sales lady was amazing but the dealership itself is trash I had to go back to get it inspected and took almost 2 hours and they didn t service the car before I bought it so I had to get the oil changed myself just be careful when you buy from them

I had a easy and stress free purchase from start to finish and I would like to thank Keir for that because he stayed in communication with me and made sure I had to spend as little time as possible sitting around playing the waiting game. His service was cool and he did enough to keep you in the loop but not too much to annoy you like some dealers. S/o to Keir and the whole team.

Worst car buying experience imaginable. Lack of communication, follow-up, follow-through and utter disregard for professionalism and customer service. The only check marks in the pros column is cool inventory and one young/green sales agent that is cutting his teeth in the industry who actually has a sense of common courtesy. Otherwise, don't spend your hard earned money on an establishment that will promise whatever is needed to close the deal (they still haven't made good on a written "We Owe") and then dodge your calls and messages. The best part is that my trade-in loan is STILL NOT PAID OFF despite the fact that it has been almost 4 weeks since purchase of new vehicle, as per the finance department of my previous loan/trade-in. I'll be receiving late fees and a hit to my credit score thanks to the ineptitude of World Auto Houston.

This is my first time buying car in Houston and I was so happy to get this beautiful Raptor. They was helping a lot about the price and value my old car for trading it. Thanks to the manager saler M.D and mr Sunny. I appreciate you guys every moment when i was there. Hopefully one day I will come back for buying another car . They put a bunch of promotions up about cars saying this is 2,000 down and all you need is your I.s. And proof off address and income . It is a lie. As soon as you arrive they run your credit to 5+ different agencies. Whoever you talk to online isn t the same person you see in store either. Don t waste your time it isn t worth it.

I know sometimes business doesn t go the way we want it to, and I don t complain often, but this place has given me the run around for so long I had to drive to the place before I got any answers. They made a mistake on the GAP contract amount which prevented insurance paying out for 2 months. Now I m responsible for paying 2 more notes on a truck that was totaled.

I was more than happy with my experience at World Auto Houston and purchasing my brand new Cayenne!! All the staff were very patient and helpful throughout the process. Many thanks to Willmer Garcia for making this process enjoyable and getting me a great deal. If you re looking to buy or trade-in, definitely look for Willmer and he will set you straight! LOOK NO FARTHER! THIS IS YOUR PLACE NO MATTER YOUR CREDIT YALL!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST GROUP OF PEOPLE!! After a year and a half of countless hours, tears, and broken promises of driving off the lot that day , World Auto put me in a car. And I mean a nice one. I reached out in the morning and Damion reached back out and they stay an hour after closing to take care of me. An hour y all, on Saturday night!!!! I recommend them to everyone! My credit is horrid and they were so amazing. I actually will not buy a car anywhere else again. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Thank you World Auto and Damion.
