This place did a transmission rebuild on my wife's Ford F-150 about 5 years ago and she is still running strong. The owner is a very nice and friendly guy and his techs did a great job. His prices are very affordable. I drove by there today and was glad to see they are still there.

Took the truck in for transmission. They forgot to tighten up screws. The driveshaft came off and destroyed the bottom part in truck. At the same time. Messed up the back gearbox yoke. And drive shaft. All have too be replace. Been trying to call him now they re not picking up 10.16.23. Left a voicemail To your office number YES the same Number.

A single review for this company that was less than 5 stars only indicated to me that this was the place to take my Wrangler JKU and I couldn't have been more correct or more pleased with the outcome of my clutch replacement. I paid half of what the Jeep dealership wanted to charge and John was very informative about parts options and so on. Certainly a real pleasure to do business with and I couldn't recommend him and his company highly enough. Thank you to you and your staff, John! Of course I hope I never have to come back for any other work but if the need arises this is exactly where I'll be going.

This place always does a great job on my vehicle. John the owner is great guy and always does great work at a fair price. I drive a Ford-150 and had a few problems with it until I started taking it here. Ever since I ve never had an issue. Would recommend to anybodyService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Dropped my truck off to get an oil change and new tires put on and had my coworker pick me up and take me back to the office. Before we could even get back into the parking lot they called telling me my truck was ready. Timely work and great quality! PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE!!!Brought my vehicle to get the transmission replaced and had no issues. The problem is his technician didn t connect my negative terminal properly and it forced more power to my modules which messed up my CAS module. The owner claims no responsibility even though his tech was the last one to touch my battery. The owner doesn t think that his tech leaving a battery terminal is his problem. His guy was literally the last guy to touch those terminals. He told the other mechanic place that found the issue that I had gotten my car serviced back in June. I have a receipt that shows I picked it up the beginning of August. This place couldn t be anymore unprofessional and to lie about it when he has the receipt right in front of him. I spent 2800 dollars here and this guy couldn t care less about what they did to my car. If you value your vehicle take it somewhere else. Maybe somewhere backed by the BBB.The last time we talked on the phone you apologized because when you called the shop that found the issue with the battery terminal cable and you told them 2 months back when you had the receipt right in front of you. it seems like you like to put more time between the repair and the complaint to try and distance yourself from it. I have receipts and records that prove it hadn't been 2 months. I'd like to know which BMW dealerships you called and asked so i can call just to make sure our stories match up. I tried to be reasonable and Address it to you in person, very politely and you quickly dismissed it and made it seem like im trying to con you. You actually would have heard of the incident sooner but you were on Vacation.....remember.Service: Transmission

Wholesale Transmission repaired the transmission in our Expedition a couple years ago and did a great job at a great price and its still running perfectly. Our sons car recently had clutch issues. We didn't hesitate going back to Wholesale and again had excellent service! It turned out to be a minor issue and was fixed same day for much less than we expected. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone needing honest quality repairs!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I repeat do not use this place I took my car there and I call him over the phone many time after having my car for over 3 weeks, and finally one day when I called he said the car was ready. And I asked if the problem on my transmission was fixed he said yes. Went to pick up car and it wasn't fixed he told me drive it for a while to see if the issue resolve after driving it, YOU HAVE warranty any way. It didn't resolved so I went want he had my car for over a month and when I picked up again same problem on thte car. Worst service ever. And his warranty doesn't mean anything after you leave. Save your money go somewhere else who know what they doing and who will be responsible if they give you warranty on their services.

I have been doing business with John for over 15 years as a auto repair shop owner and for the past 6 years as an individual with many family/friends vehicles. Being in the auto repair industry for over 30 years, it's difficult to find an honest transmission shop... I'm very fortunate to have found wholesale transmission(John) as they have always been honest and done an excellent job. The only bad thing is that there us only 5 stars to give, wish I could put 10....

My Husbands Mechanic Sabas Recommended we have our transmission rebuilt by Wholesale Transmission other than putting in a used one and taking a chance on how long it would last. So we took his advice and got it rebuilt at Wholesale Transmission our experience was very good, they were very professional, they showed us some mounts that were cracked that needed to be replaced and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. After the repair we had a small leak from a seal underneath the car, I really thought I would get the run around and incur more charges but not the case here. They took care of it the same day under my warranty which is 2 years. Needless to say we are very happy and its been almost 7 months and no problems. If you are like us and cautious about choosing someone trust worthy to work on your car I would definitely recommend Wholesale Transmission on Hwy 6.

04/14/2017John, it's been 24 hours and still no phone call back like you promised. So here is your final review.Less than three months ago I came to wholesale transmission needing transmission work on my F150 FX4. After dropping it off I got a phone call back very quickly which was great and they let me know that I would need a rebuilt tranny. The pricing was amazing actually. Something like 1300 bucks out the door with a one-year warranty. John also agreed to include the installation of brand-new shocks and struts front and rear and fix a small leak I had in my cooling system.I brought him brand-new rancho quick lift shocks and struts for the front. These struts have a built-in 2 inch lift spacer.I picked my truck up just a few days later and that was that. The new feeling when I was driving down the road was extremely stiff. The thing is that the shocks I installed all have an adjustable ride type. The firmness of the ride can be adjusted from 1 to 10. Let's just say I've had them on level one since the day after I got them installed.Over the past few weeks or maybe one month even a lot of strange noises and sounds of started to come from underneath my truck. I'm talking about popping in ticking and annoys I couldn't figure out that sounded like my bearings were out. When I'm turning my wheel it sounds like I steering column has snapped in half. So yesterday I took it into another auto shop that I was referred to by someone at work.I got a call from this auto shop just a few hours after dropping it off to let me know that a whole laundry list of components have failed I'm talking about control arms and ball joints, cv axles, sway bar bushings, and slight damage to my upper control arms. But when they told me why these parts it failed I was blown away.But when they told me why these parts had failed I was blown away. It turns out that when John an/or his mechanic over at wholesale transmission installed my front shocks they removed my shocks that were on, they removed the existing 2 inch leveling kit, and re-bolted the 2 inch leveling kit spacer on to my new self-leveling shock and strut assembly and then God only knows how wedged what then was 4 1/2 of lift in between my 2 control arms.Now I can sit here and focus on an explanation of why all of my steering components have failed over the past two months or so but that's not really why I'm writing this. So I won't do that. I just want everyone to know how John handled it when I called him to let him know about his mistake.When I called John yesterday he remembered me and my truck. I told him what I had just found out and asked him if he would be able to help me out in anyway. I had no problem with having the shop my truck was at put everything back together and driving over to whilesale transmission and letting them fix their mistake and possibly cut me a deal on some of the components that Half to be replaced because of their incorrect installation. After a few minutes on the phone saying that his shop guy is not A suspension expert and that he doesn't know what he could do he said he would call me back. Obviously I'm out of the truck at the moment and I'm needing an answer and needing to talk to him and needing to find out what the heck I'm going to do because I don't have 1500 or $2000 to purchase these parts and pay for the labor to have them installed. But John never called me back.In a nutshell, my experience in terms of this company's customer service was not so hot. It was much more like fifth grade pointing fingers and not owning up to a mistake. I've got another nine months on the warrantee it for my transmission and I'll be perfectly honest and say that even if it failed on me tomorrow I would go somewhere else even if I have to go get a loan from the bank. I'm no longer comfortable with them turning wrenches under my truck.

Horrible experience! These guys cant fix a chain on a bicycle! Ruined my car! The owner responds to these complaints with lies! Don't take your car here. I ended up losing my car since they wanted payment without fixing the transmission! STAY AWAY!! You will regret your doing business here.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

John is the honest and expert mechanic you have been looking for. VW dealership said my speed sensor was out and that their procedure is to replace the whole transmission. Reggie at VW recommended I try Wholesale Transmission if I didn't want to replace the whole unit.John at Wholesale Transmission was willing to open up the transmission and replace my VW Golf's output speed sensor; wisely recommending to replace the input senor while he had the transmission open.After it was in, the sensor was reporting back that the voltage wasn't consistent. John researched and inquired of VW. Again VW said replace the transmission. John said he really didn't think that was the problem and didn't want to just throw parts at the problem (even at my suggestion of computer module), but instead diagnose it. Well that he did! Days later he found a connector in the wiring harness and repaired it. Car is running like new. Not only did John save me from buying a new transmission, computer module and wiring harness, he didn't charge me for all his additional time researching and testing.Thanks again John.

Replaced all seals in transmission my automatic jeep and had a smal leak. the custom transmission had an incorrect dipstick reading so oil flowed out the vent tube. they did the work again and remarked the dipstick and now there are no leaks. transmission works fine.Don't know who Ron was, but there was a Mike and Jon. both very nice. They would rather fix the problem then get a bad review.fixed my NV4500 transmission and have no issues with it on my Ford.

The truth is that I did not have a good experience driving my car, the first time almost 4 weeks to repair the transmission, that I still had not made the payment for the repair, because of so many times that I called and visited them one day they called me that it was ready, I went I paid for her and went home, she was working I think 3 months and the failures began, I came back to let them know that something was wrong but they told me they didn't have time to wait a few months and this time I arrived early on a Monday but they put up excuses that it was Something else and not the transmission, I took the car to another workshop and it took them a few minutes to find out that the transmission was bad, I went back to where they supposedly repaired it, I left it but it's been a week and they still haven't checked it, at the end of the story my advice It is that they preferably pay more and take the car to a dealer's workshop, so as not to waste time, money and gain estr�sService: Transmission
