Ehab, and Maccid are so trustworthy and helpful for body fixing and mechanical repair. I used them for my 2018 Honda Accord s body damage and they fixed in very quick and gave me a better price than other service providers. I absolutely recommend them for your car repair.

These guys REALLY helped me out of a bind. Had my 4 tires stolen and after going to 2 other wheel and tire shops that were basically useless, they were able to explain to me my options and deals in getting my car some new rims and tires. Multilingual explanation of services: English, Spanish and other languages! Customer service was superb, offered me payment plans and the best options for my budget and my car. Since I had NO wheels they gave me the run down on how to get my car to the shop! They also took in mind the model of my car and the need to include the sensors on it to sync and wheel locks to NOT have this happen again!!!!!! Also explained the make of the tires and rims which was very nice. The rims and tires I selected were not in stock and needed to be ordered. The estimated delivery time was given and met. Gave me an accurate wait time while waiting for the service to be done while in shop. The rims are NICE (not like my originals not NOT bad) VERY reasonably priced! Very pleased with my purchase and in coming here!

I just called and asked about a part/wheel cap and whoever answered the phone was very rude. I was very nice in asking for a part but with an attitude like hers, I do not want to give them my business. So tired of calling places and get people who sound like they hate their job or sound like they are offended for you calling and asking a simple question.

My aunt's vehicle broke down driving back home 3 hours away. Had USAA tow us 50 miles closer to home and this was the shop it ended up going to. It's nerve racking dealing with any small business mechanic as sometimes to make ends meet, they constantly scam inexperienced customers. This was REFRESHING to have such an honest business work on a vehicle. They addressed the issue, went above and beyond checking other areas of concern, gave advice as to the previous work done on the vehicle, fixed the issue within hours, and when we arrived, broke down in detail everything they fixed and saw. Pricing is beyond competitive. If I break down anywhere in the Houston area and they are able to handle my issue, best believe I'm coming here. Thank you!

The guys at Wheel & Tire Zone took good care of me by mounting and balancing my 4 tires which I brought into their shop. And they disposed my bald tires too, all at a fraction of what I was quoted at another tire shop. Thanks.

I came here to replace my 2 front tires before an appointment I had to fix some suspension issues at another shop the next day. The other shop recommended I replace my front tires before dropping it off with them and that it would take a day or 2 for the repairs. On my way home I came across Wheel & Tire Zone and stopped to get my front tires replaced and found out they could fix the problem there and that they could have it done the same day. I just picked up my truck a few hours after dropping it off and it s driving so much better now! Thank y all so much for saving me time and money!

Excellent work! They completed a 4 wheel alignment and balanced in addition to 4 new TPS sensors for my tires. My vehicle was completed in 2 hours, and their staff was extremely helpful.

Ok Best experience ever, was having a hard finding wheels in my price range and at this point I had pretty much given up when Sonia noticed I had been checking out there site and was having a hard time so she gave me a call and decided to help. So 5 text messages and 2 day later had received 4 wheels and 4 tires and I live in Maryland amazing shipping time and did mention it all took place over the weekend wow fo sure she was the best and I will be texting her again.

After my experience with this shop. I highly recommend. I did lift kit for my 2017 f250 . They did amazing job. Ehap and his brother majeed. Really respectful guys and so friendly.I will definitely come back to complete my rims and tire work on this shop.Thank you.

The customer service is terrible. The support after the sale does not exist. There are many other places in and around Houston to buy wheel and tires. I highly recommend going to other places to spend you hard earned money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

The hispanic guy in the front desk tries to sell you used tires for new ones. Don t trust this guy, he just tries to take advantage thinking you are ignorant and don t know how new tires look like. It s unbelievable that he would want to do that, also he sells you really bad used tires and says they are almost new. Check everything well

Came here on Memorial Day, I was able to purchase cheap new tires for my Tahoe. They were helpful and recommend an alignment that was much needed. My only complaint was that one wheel was not quite balanced. I had to drive 700 miles back home and it was rough.

Very bad services, I was there all the mechanic was w working. I went in to the office and a ladies was there on the phone. She totally ignored Me. So I waited for almost 10-15 Minutes. & she never hung up the phone. She was talking personal matters.The Customers don't want to hear.No Good at all. It's obviously the She's in the Wrong Business!!!

These people install stuff on your vehicle that falls off the SAME day then AVOID you when you tell them the issue! GABRIEL is the biggest liar and will tell you anything to get a sale!!! He does VERY bad business !!! Any reviews that say otherwise must be old! Please go elsewhere there are many places along the same street! You ll thank me

My lift kit did not come with what is needed to ensure a safer more "comfortable" ride...if that's possible with a lifted truck. Nor did the "Manager" suggest or inform me that I would need to get extended sway bar links for the front and back....or the mounting brackets for the new links....and to top it off I paid partially for the install and didn't get it and when I returned to ask about it he suggested I probably owe them money...Won't be dealing with that place again...the place directly across the street has better on site selection, more knowledgeable staff and better customer service

This is a small business, owned by two brothers, who are fair, honest, and offer a quality service at an affordable price. You can see from reading the responses, that when things do go wrong, they are genuinely interested in rectifying it. I had an excellent experience, and will certainly return here.

Honest place. They could not do the alignment of my car because of my mechanic did something wrong. They spent mire than an hour to figure it out. Owner did not charge me anything and told me go fix it then come back, I will charge you when I finish my job. You won't find people like these anymore.

I went to the other 3 shops around this area to ask for prices on alignment and balancing of my tires and they kept trying to charge me from $120 -$150.This shop charged me under $100for both!Also I already knew my wheel bearing was going out but good to know that the shop also looks out for its customers.

I Purchased 4 new tires and an alignment. Plus a warranty. After taking my truck back a third time to get the alignment fixed I ended up needing 4 more tires and instead of them accepting ownership for a poor alignment job and exchanging out my tires. They used my warrenty. And now im in need of using my warranty and can't! So guess who got screwed. Yea I did.

After receiving my wheels and tires there was a misunderstanding concerning TPMS . They stated I didn't request them but my final price suggest that I did. They did ship them but I had to pay to have them installed .I had a very bad shake/vibration in one of my front wheels. The wheel is definitely warped after testing . I placed a call and sent a text with pictures and asked what I can do to resolve this issue, I have been thoroughly ignored. Please don't order anything from them online.I'm a radio host and this experience has been awful. I will post an interview that I have coming up in June concerning this. I gave 5 stars early in the process and I can't remove it. 0 stars would be appropriate .
