Worse experience EVER at a body shop.1. Customer service from Lauren Thomas who claimed she has worked for the company for 8 years was nothing to write home about. Rude and unacceptable manner, defensive when you I tried to pass my information.2. She wants to be customer service and a technician simultaneously. Let the tech do their job and you do yours.3. Took over 2 months to get a simple repair completed with no communication in between on progress. I have to always chase the team for information. Pathetic!4. Poor repair job even after 2 months at the shop. My rear bumper did not fit right and all I was told by Lauren Thomas, it was due to after-market parts.A great company managed by rude and clueless employees.On a bright note, the service center got great people and excellent customer service. I always enjoy going there to service my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I wanted to leave a review. If I could put 10 stars I would. Mr. Ronnie and Lauren were amazing help with a huge nightmare I was having with Nationwide. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed and resolve the issues with Nationwide. They both tried to make my experience with the insurance I was having problems with to be as smooth and easy as possible. I couldn't be more thankful that after 3 weeks a lot of the issues were resolved and was able to get my Lexus back today. Lexus as a brand has always been great to me but their customer service and how they treat and take care of the customers means everything to me. I will definitely be buying another Lexus in the future. Thank you Mr. Ronnie & Lauren for the great help and kindness.

I took my vehicle in for an estimate unsure if I was going to pay out pocket or go through my insurance. I expressed that to my advisor, Lauren Thomas, and she communicated in detail my options. She went over my options thoroughly and is very friendly. I will be bringing my car in to specifically ask for her. Westside Lexus has impressed me already!

I commend Thomas Nguyen's attention to detail and excellent work restoring my vehicle. I'm glad I contacted Jesse Flores to manage my case with the insurance adjusters. Highly recommend Westside Lexus Collision to everyone needing repairs to their Lexus vehicles.

Can I give it 0 stars? Lauren Thomas was HORRIBLE. It is clear she does not enjoy her job, and has no positive spin on a bad situation. Usually when you bring a car in to a collision center, you are already upset that your car has been damaged, but I left thinking "why did I even bother bringing my car in?" After the news she shared with me. I followed up with her manager where he corroborated what she shared with me, so let me be more specific. I called her on a Wednesday at 2:00 pm. She did not return my call until 6 minutes before closing. I called her back within two minutes and didn't get a response. Instead, I received an email from her where she went on to assume the reason I was calling and detail out her assumptions (all of which was not the reason I was calling). She informed us that the car was ready to be picked up and my husband responded asking if we could pay over the phone. Two days with no response to his e-mail and she asked again about us picking up the car and my husband had to respond saying that "per his previous e-mail he was looking to pay over the phone". When my mom went to pick up the car, she addressed that we were not happy with the lack of customer service where Lauren proceeded to be argumentative and state that there was no problem with the customer service, instead of trying to understand why we were unhappy. Having worked in customer service, this was quite possibly the WORST experience I have ever had. I not only will never be taking my car back to Lexus where I have had it service for over 15 years, I will no longer purchase a Lexus to have to receive this kind of treatment.

I was referred by a friend to go fix my car over at Westside Lexus. The receptionist (Esmeralda) was so rude and unprofessional and had ZERO customer service. Lexus should hire people that care about their clients specially if the body shop does a great job as my friend mentioned. Just from that treatment that I got from her, I turned around and went somewhere else. Pay attention to your employees LEXUS!

My uncle just recently purchased a brand new 2023 Lexus ES from Westside Lexus. As he was backing into his garage he damaged the rear panel, the bumper, as well as his rims, and we didn't even know the rims were damaged until our Collision Center Estimator Isaias Ponce pointed it out. He has a great eye for details and he is great at explaining things when it comes to Lexus vehicles and anything dealing body shop work. This car had less than 300 miles on it and yes I said Three Hundred miles. My uncle was going to take it to some other body shop that was way cheaper on the North Side of Houston but since I've worked at different Toyota dealerships as a Internet Sales Manager in the past, I told him to not do that because I've seen it happen time and time again where customers will get work done elsewhere for way cheaper but the work done is a horrible job, so quite often people have to get the work done over again to fix the terrible job the other people did. So the money spent ends up being way more because it wasn't fixed properly 1st time. I met my uncle here at Westside Lexus Collision Center to make sure everything went well and that he wasn't taken advantage of. We came across a gentleman by the name of Isais Ponce who is the Collision Center Estimator there. I own 2 Lexus vehicles, a LS, a ES, as well as a 4Runner & every time I go to a Lexus dealership I've always had a great experience. I've been to the one on the Southwest side of Houston as well as the one on the West side of Houston, but this experience here has to be one of the best I've had so far at any dealership, it stands out so much to the point I had to write a review. Isaias Ponce customer service was so amazing. Like this man went above and way beyond what was expected of him. It was to the point that I wanted to throw him some extra money or at least buy him food but I knew he wouldn't take it so I didn't bother. I told him in the future for anyone that I know, that I have been a service to in the past, that contacts me and asks for my help and they need body work done I am sending them all to Isaias Ponce at Westside Lexus Collision. This man will go above and beyond to make his customers happy. For those that maybe concerned about pricing here since it is a "Lexus" collision center, I contacted other body shops that I know do great work in the Houston area and the pricing received at Westside Lexus Collision was very comparable. For those that maybe reading this that own a Toyota or Lexus if you ever need body work done please go down and ask for Isaias Ponce at Westside Lexus. It may help to call and make sure he is going to be there before you show up. He will take amazing care of you!!!!!! 5 stars doesn't do this experience Isaias provided justice. If I could give him 100 stars I would!!! Since I couldn't give him extra money or bring food I felt this review and sending him as many customers as I possibly can would show my appreciation towards him as well as Westside Lexus.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Long story short. Mark Thomas doesn't have skill in communication and services with customer. He try to blame is mistake on other people. Finally talk to the manager to solve the problem. It's took over a month.

These guys provide actual old fashion service with a smile and trust. My Lexus was rear ended and Steve Conrad was excellent. He kept me informed on progress and did all the work with the insurance company. Repaired on time as promised. Thank you Westside and especially Steve.

I worked with Amado Villarreal on some recent body work on an RX350. From the very first in person meeting for an estimate, to the drop off for repair, to the phone calls he made providing updates, to the final checkout process and pickup of the vehicle, Amado was a true professional. He has a friendly, courteous and very professional attitude, is sincerely concerned about the customer, provided timely and thorough updates, and was a pleasure to work with. We took my SUV here when it needed some pretty major repairs to the front bumper and side door. We worked with Isaias and his team and they were fantastic! They were very detail oriented on the repairs and kept me up to date throughout the project. Picked it up on Friday and my suv looks show room new again!!! Highly recommend westside lexis for both their talented bodywork team and their amazing customer service!

PLEASE STAY AWAY THIS COLLISION AT ALL COST. poor customer service .The guy who took care of my case ( i dnt want to mention his name here) left me at middle of nowhere when i was there for picking up my car. he didnt walk me to the car to show me how their work untill i got home i can tell the painting job is HORRIBLE. It shows clearly different parts between the original and the new painting. Thats such a shame for Lexus brand name. I would never use their service or recommend anyone to them. HORRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!Service: Painting
