GREAT service. HONEST people. Does NOT price gouge. Will take time to explain things because cars are a foreign language to me. These people will help determine what needs to be taken care of now and what could potentially be a problem later on. All you need is one conversation with them to know that your vehicle is in the right hands.

Positive experience! Diana (owner) is a receptionist at Westpoint automotive and very friendly and very easy to talk to and did fairly quick job on my car. I had an offer from AAA about my inspection so I decided to go there. They are honest and did thorough checkup and told me exactly what I need to fix/replace in the near future. When the time approaches, I would definitely go back to get the work done there! This place has my recommendation so if you are around, come and visit this place! :)Cheers

My family and I have been coming here for years. They have worked on my daily driver, my farm truck, and my 1965 mustang. The service has been impeccable. Highly recommend them for anything big or small. Thanks y'all!

Excellent needed a c repaired car was at dealership for two weeks to check it out quoted a price of $4500.00 couldn't exactly pinpoint the problem but had to do this and that but wasn't sure what was exactly was wrong. Asked friend who she took her cars to told me about Mike called him took care over to West point on Monday about 8:30 am called me by noon as to what was wrong gave him the go ahead to repair it and had it back the next morning by 9:00 amSo greatful for a great and knowledgeable man will be taking our cars to them now. Thank you mike

Took my daughter's 2010 Mini Cooper S in for a oil change and filter. Job was completed in a short amount of time,during which, I had a very pleasant conversation with the owners Mike and Diana. Very pleased with the price and the service. Highly recommend.

I have had my truck for nearly 15 years, and Mike and Diana are aware of how much I love it. I've been going to Westpoint exclusively for everything from oil changes, repairs big and small, and inspections for the last 3 years. I like having a trusted mechanic who takes time to explain repairs to me. I've always been given a fair price, Mike and Diana have always been honest with me, and I've never felt like I was encouraged to have unnecessary repairs done like I've experienced at other shops. My Pops was the person who told me to have my truck looked at by Mike, and if my Pops ever gave something his stamp of approval you might as well take it as Biblical truth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike's work to a friend, and I plan on being a lifetime customer of the shop.

The owner and his wife run this shop. They've been my mechanic for approximately 12 years. They have always been Fair honest and helpful. They went way above and beyond one time to help my teenage daughter with her car. They just performed a repair on my Tahoe and did a wonderful job yet again and they were very quick and cost-effective. Their mascots, a couple of really cute pups, are always in the office to greet you. The owner always tells me the truth and he'll always tell me if he sees something else to look for in the future. He does not nickel-and-dime you he gives a fair and honest price. He's a dependable reliable trusted asset in our community for a long time. I highly recommend West point automotive for any of your automotive repair needs they are ASE certified also. They do inspection stickers and he restores classic muscle cars so there is always some eye-candy there to look at while you wait LOL. Good people.

MY family has been using Westpoint Automotive since about the time the shop opened, and have continued to take our vehicles there after the original owner retired. Mike and Diana are both wonderful people to work with, always upfront, and always honest. They are one of the few people I trust my truck with, as I can not be without it, due to its modifications for me to drive it. Mike has worked on many vehicles belonging to my family, and has always been willing to talk and discuss any issues, and honestly answer whether they need to be fixed immediately, or if they can wait. Our neighbor became a customer of theirs after her transmission went out, and he referred her to the dealership to see if the repair was covered under warranty. Even though he didn't get the transmission repair, he gained another customer for his honesty.

Best place ever! Totally HONEST mechanic, and always great attitude and professional. I have been a client for close to 10 years now. Mike and Diana have seen several cars and saved me so much money by being upfront and proactive. Mike is great at preparing us for future maintenance that keeps our cars in tip top shape. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, and in all this time I've never felt lied to. There's just no price for that. I'll keep going back and recommending them.

I would never trust my car with this place. I take barker cypress every morning and The lunatic that drives the white truck that works for this company runs people off the road and has no concern of the safety of others. If this is the type of employees that work here I will never bring my vehicle here or trust they will do honest work.

I've been a customer since my dealer warranty expired about 15 years ago. I'm very proud to say that my 2003 GMC is still running well with over 300k miles because of the care I receive at Westpoint. Mike and Diana are truly kind and honest business owners. I just purchased a second vehicle and it will be under Mike's care as well. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Mike and Diane are absolutely the best. Mike takes the time to explain the problem before and after the work is done. They are caring, easy to talk with, and gets the job done the first time. This automotive repair shop is excellent! The prices they have quoted are always fair, and I feel like my vehicle received individual service. We had a vehicle that was flooded. We had it towed here and Mike looked it over, called us with his opinion, and even spoke to the insurance adjustor when he arrived for us. And he never charged us a penny! Every time I call or go in Diana is pleasant and helpful, and I appreciate the honesty they provide on everything, whether it's how long a repair or service will take to the cost of the repair/service itself.I highly recommend this repair shop!!

When my vehicle required a new clutch they quoted what I thought was a fair estimate to complete the project. When the vehicle was ready I discovered the bill was approximately $200 less than estimated because they were able to find the same part required at a better price. Mike and Diana could very well have said nothing about the savings but were upfornt and honest which is a breath of fresh air these days.Another time I was having a problem with my jet boat and Mike said he would be willing to take a look at it for me. Well he invested at least 3 hours of his time and was unable to discover the issue. Not only did he not charge me for his time, he also recommended a facility that could probably help me. I took it to the place Mike recommended and had the issue resolved.I also took my vehicle to Mike for an inspection and when I received the vehicle back I noticed that he had lubricated my squeaky driver side door without my having said anything about it.. It is that kind of personal touch that will keep me as a loyal customer.I believe a good mechanic is as rare as a good doctor, so when you find one like I have, you don't let them get away.Thank you.

I can t begin to tell you how good these people have treated us over the years. From Carroll to Mike, and Diana they have helped us maintain at least five of our cars, trucks, and a minivan way beyond their life expectancy. They even know us and our vehicles by name. If you want an honest mechanic who you can count on to be there each time you need him, you will love Westpoint Automotive. They will diagnose and tell you how much it ll be before you re on the hook for hundreds. We continue to rely on them even though we keep moving further and further away. Jim and Susan

My family and I have used Westpoint automotive for years! i send friends to them all the time. never had any issues with repairs. over the past ten years we have had 3 motors replaced (3 different vehicles) heater coil replaced. AC work on two vehicles the price has always been reasonable and if it is something I can fix they have told me what it is and saved me money!

I can't say enough about these guys and their shop. Every experience I've had with them has been positive and I've never left questioning the quality of work. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. Took my F250 in to have ball joints checked, they checked the whole front end found no issues and DIDN'T charge me for their time. If you need work done check them out you won't regret it.

So glad I took my car here. I had a bad experience at lone star automotive on clay and I was nervous it would happen again. This shop has become my permanent mechanic, they are so awesome. Right from the start they were kind and honest. This is definitely a mechanic shop you can trust and rely on.

This repair shop takes advantage of legitimate people, I would recommend that you find another repair facility unless you like being ripped off. I don't usually rate many companies but this one deserves what they get! I brought my vehicle in and told them what was wrong with it. I asked them to contact my extended warranty provider to see if the repairs were authorized. When I dropped the vehicle off I didn't sign anything nor did they inform me that I would have to pay any fees other than the warranty deductible. The warranty company denied the claim based on some loophole and they told me I had to pay $221 in inspection fees. I never agreed nor authorized any diagnostics to be performed. They held my vehicle hostage and forced me to pay them. I now have to take them to court to recover my money. Consumer beware, these people are sharks!

I love Westpoint. They are very thorough and also good diagnosticians! The AAA guy recommended them after my car died in the middle of an intersection (returning from a mechanic's shop where they saw nothing wrong, even though I had told them it had been having problems). At Westpoint, Mike found the problem right away & corrected it. Been going there ever since. I have full faith in the services provided by Westpoint!!!

I heard that this company had a truck that they were supposed to fix; they left in parking lot and someone hit it and they refused take responsibility for it.
