I have been coming here for years. I top off my blinker fluid every 15,000 miles on all my vehicles. It s best to just get your oil changed at the same time. They you the maximum strength full synthetic or synthetic blend to get you a full 6,000 blinks per change. Don t forget to change the filter too. Other shops just top it off.

Great place. Was having some major oil leak issues w/Buick. Mark took the time to answer my questions about the repairs. Fantastic and honest center for any one looking for good n honest work.

Super great mechanics. Was having an issue with my fuel pump failing - Mark and his mechanics were able to diagnose and fix what two other shops weren't, and quoted me extremely fair and affordable prices. They do get busy and take a little longer than some mechanics, but they do quality work at market rate prices. Give Mark a call if you're having car troubles, he'll take care of you.

Brought our rental minivan in to have it checked out after we hit a curb with it and bent up the hubcap. Wanted to make sure we were okay to drive another +1500 back to the west coast. Was in and out in 10 minutes. This shop gave phenomenal customer service. It is right across the street from my Aunt's house. Will recommend to anyone needing service to check them out. Thanks again for taking such good care of us.

Great experience. Much much better than another Firestone I have visited in the area.I brought in my car over lunch break - 0 wait time before speaking with the service manager Roger and another manager who were both very attentive and asked questions to diagnose the issue.They said it was a complex fix and expected it to take 24 hours -- but they finished the job same-day before I got off work. Perfect! Car works great now and they also worked with my warranty to make sure service was covered.

SO NICE AND HELPFUL. I had an issue with my car that I believed had something to do with the engine. They kept my car overnight and continuously checked on it. After 24 hours, I picked up my car and was told by the techs that it was an issue with my car key - nothing major. Because there were no major issues with my car, they only charged me a small fee. No surprise fees or trying to pull a fast one! I will definitely recommend you all to every one I know. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. It isn't by my home or my work but after I started going here on a friend's recommendation I'm not going anywhere else if I can help it. Courteous, reasonably priced, and obviously invested in return customers and word of mouth.They don't do body work, but for anything else I would come here.

As we all know, it's hard to find a mechanic that we can trust. I say that I've found that place at Westheimer Auto Center. Once I had taken my car to the dealership for regular maintenance only to be told that there were a lot of things wrong with it and I need to replace a bunch of things. I suspected foul play and wanted a second opinion. My colleague referred this place to me. They checked the car and told me that nothing's wrong with it. That was 8 years ago and they have my business since then. They are a little bit on the expensive side but I wouldn't mind spending a few dollars more to get trustworthy service. Once the car is in Mark's shop, I know it's in "good hands". I highly recommend this place.

Did a leveling job on my old Tundra. Looks fantastic, price was extremely reasonable and they jot the job done ahead of schedule. Beat that! Strongly recommend as they were strongly recommended to me. A Winner....

These guys have been in business a long time and I always see them servicing fleet vehicles. This is probably a sign of a reputable shop.They have replaced a starter, brakes, and shocks for me and have always done a good job.

I actually had to argue with the guy to do some extra work. Granted it wasn't "completely" necessary, just some preventative maintenance. But I gotta hand it to him, he wanted to save me some money. They did a good job on a timing belt for a kia, decent price. Way cheaper than Firestone.

I went here to check the car I wanted to buy. They checked EVERYTHING for a nice price. Luckily i didn't buy that car, it was in a major accident as these guys found out and a seller didn't mentioned it
