New to Texas, and stumbled upon this repair shop when my son's car broke down over the weekend. Chad the manager, was extremely sweet and agreed to accept the car. They evaluated it, discussed the process and were very honest. It was fixed in a day! Everyone I encountered at the shop was very helpful and sincere. Being from NY we are always a little skeptical. It was my pleasure to return back with my car for an oil change. Job well done, I was taken care. Although it is not so close to where we live, I will go out of my way to return here for all of my future repair and maintenance needs! Keep up the good work! It has been a pleasure!

Chad, Robert and the whole team did an amazing job getting my truck repaired. They did it quickly, at a great price and really showed dedication to making sure the job was done right. The team really goes above and beyond and it is very much appreciated. I have used them twice now, and will definitely use them again in the future! Chad and his team have always given me great service and I trust their knowledge on what s needed, and Chad gives a good price, beating the dealerships service dept prices. It s also convenient to where I work and I m able to work at my office while my vehicle is in the shop, certainly better than wasting my time at the dealership.Give Chad and his team a try, you won t be disappointed.Service: Tires

I had a positive experience at this mechanic. They were able to complete the tasks efficiently and effectively, making me a happy returning customer.Job well done in less than 2 hours (including waiting time): Changed head lights, oil & filter, vehicle inspection for annual registration.

Chad and crew were so helpful, courteous, and fast. I went in unexpectedly and they quickly diagnosed my issue, fixed it and had my car ready in 1.5 hours. Chad even texted me the next day to identify whether or not things were working well!!! And they were. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks Folks!

Chad, Robert, and their team go above and beyond with customer service and auto mechanic work. My most recent service was excellent. They treated me like it was their vehicle they were servicing. Highly recommend.

I first started going to the shop several years ago and they did great work then. They no longer do. In the last year their work has become subpar, and the final straw was this week. I took my car on Monday to get the rack and pinion replaced, which was leaking even though they had put in a new part a year ago. After they replaced it and I picked up the car, all the power steering fluid leaked out. It turns out they had put the pressure line for the steering incorrectly. I went to them to fix a problem, and they made it even worse. I ended up getting it repaired at another shop, out of my own pocket because the warranty didn t cover the part they had placed incorrectly.Chad was at least courteous and gave me the information for the warranty company when I told him what had happened. Robert however, told me Please don t come back. I will absolutely not be returning because of the substandard quality of the work that is performed now.

Best local auto shop for any kind of issue. Just moved to Houston, and was lucky to find this place. Everyone is very kind, respectful, and quick with whatever service they are performing. Walk-ins are welcome, but just note that depending on the time of day they get busy. If I go first thing in the morning, they can take my vehicle right away and it s done in an hour. Highly recommend this place, I will continue to be a regular!

Went to get a 30 minute alignment on a small cal the manager said he didn t wanna do it at 5:25pm. Because he was ready to go home and they are closing soon. He also lied and said my alignment would take 1-2hours and he didn t have time. Poor customer service. Very rude and a liar with no accountability. Then i ask Another shop worker how long an alignment would take and he said 30 minutes like i thought. Then when i said This guy said up to 2 hrs he tried to switch it to 40 minutes. Get better honest workers who actually want a job..

Had a popping sound coming from under my car as I was passing by the center. Pulled in to get assistance and the team immediately took me in and begin to look at my car. They quickly identified the problem, provided me with a price and got to fixing the car. Was out in about 1-1/2 hours due to waiting on part but Chad kept me updated and now I m back on the road. This place is great and that s why they have such high reviews and trusted clientele. Thankful that they were there to help me out! Even looked at and gave me pricing on additional work I m looking to have done later.Service: Brake service & repair

Honest mechanic. Works fast. Highly recommend.Doesn't suggest needless repairs. Checked out an engine light code, fixed it, and told me my alternator was on it's way out. Gave me plenty of time to verify the diagnosis, find a good replacement, and then installed it at my next oil change.

I can't recommend this shop enough! Omar helped me out so much last night & bright & early this morning with my car issues! Had a mechanic come to my place & jump my battery this morning so I could get my car to him to be fixed! Even saved me money & didn't upcharge me when he found out my new battery cost him more than he quoted me. He honored his quote! True signs of a good man & business guy. Thanks Omar!!

There is a reason the reviews for this place are so high. Integrity goes a long way when it comes to getting your car taken care of. I was overwhelmed by the integrity and kindness of the folks at Westchase Auto Repair Center.After a sketchy experience at another shop, I brought my car to Westchase Auto Repair early this morning to get a second opinion. I had already overpaid on the brakes job I'd had at the other shop, but I was concerned that my car was unsafe to drive.When the guys took a look at my car, their consensus was that the brakes just needed some time to break in. I (ashamedly) didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me in the front office, but he really took the time to explain everything. It speaks loads that he wanted me to understand the situation rather than just telling me everything was fine.Also, maybe it's just my imagination due to the heightened confidence I have after getting an expert opinion, but the car seems to be driving better than before. I'll never be able to prove that the condition of the car improved after the staff at Westchase Auto Repair examined it, but I suspect that that may be the case.Whatever happened, I know that these folks do good business. They care about building a relationship of trust, and based on today's experience, I'd say they conduct themselves in a manner worthy of trust. That's hard to find nowadays!I'm not hoping for more car trouble any time soon, but you can bet that when the time comes, I will feel confident bringing my car to this establishment.

West-chase Auto Repair Shop hands down is the best shop in Houston. Not only are they efficient, extremely attentive, really good mechanics but their customer service is like no other. They are just amazing people. From their manager Robert to every single person that has helped me change a tire or get my battery replaced. I can t even begin to explain how grateful I am and why I won t go anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff! Wish I could give you guys 100 stars! I have been taking my car here for 1 year. Before then my mother took her car here. They have always done what was BEST for my car & I am SO grateful. I want to thank Chad for always doing what's best for my only means of transportation & I want to thank Jonathan for helping this morning while I had to leave my vehicle at the shopUpdate: It's been a year & Westchase Auto Repair is still a really good shop. I took my car in for an oil change and I got here so early that they were still doing their morning cleaning. They take so much pride in their shop that I really wanted yo update my review. They deserve to be recognized for doing good business all around.

Chad, the owner and John, the office manager, will greet you warmly. They are genuine and treat their customers as people. I was homeless living in a hotel but I had to get my breaks replaced. Chad didn't think twice and worked out a plan for me. I was so thankful! Their head mechanic was professional and very efficient. I have 100% confidence in his work. John keeps you informed of the status of your car. My favorite part is the lobby. You can enjoy reading the walls that are filled with words to live by. I highly recommend them. They're extremely close to my residence so the convenience factor puts them over the top for me. I own an older Toyota 4runner that's clearly had issues before I bought it used so they've been there for every crisis. I've usually dealt with Chad, a friendly, straight talker who gives honest quotes and actually answers questions. They're not cheap, but they also don't do cheap work, and have handled every job to where I've never had to come back for the same issue.Service: Brakes

Westchase Auto Repair Center are always very kind and understanding of your Auto Maintenance needs and concerns. Chad is an excellent Manager and always very friendly. The number one thing I like is that they are honest and will recommend another route if they are not best suited to handle your needs at that moment. That is all I can ask for in a Mechanic shop.

I am so thankful for the professional services they provide! One time I had my inspection here and they made sure I fixed and issue and came back to pass when it was fixed. I am getting my headlights done with them. Next breaks!

Been taking all of my vehicles here throughout the years and have always gotten prompt and professional service. The manager is auch a sweetheart. I came in this morning for an oil change, state inspection and air filter change. I got the oil change and inspection but he respected my time and told me the air filter wouldn't be there until 9am so he gave the the option of coming back after 9 or another day. When I came back after 9am not only did the mechanic work on my car immediately, the manager told me the service was free! Much appreciated I will continue to trust my ride with Westchase Auto Repair.

The manager Mr Rob was really nice and accomodating. They did my state inspection really good. The waiting time is pretty quick. I would come back here and do my stuff for my car. Excellent service.
