Elizabeth was our sales specialist and she was extremely professional and easy to work with. Everyone there, including the finance office, ensured our transaction was smooth and enjoyable. They operated with grace and did not haggle! The process was also quick rather than drawn out over half the day. This is all in addition to the outstanding quality of my new navigator! We will continue to do business with them in the coming years.

Steve Grace is a valuable member to your sales staff. Whenever I visited other dealerships all the sales staff wants to do is get a contract signed immediately. Steve made me feel welcome and always available to answer any questions in person or by phone. West Point Lincoln should be proud to have Steve on board representing your dealership. As a customer, the dealership was extremely clean, all the staff courteous. Steve took the extra initiative to introduce me to the service manager and service department when service is needed for my vehicle. To the GM of West Point. You should be proud to have so many dedicated employees. Wishing all many years of success.

What a great experience! We drove from out of town and everything was what they said it was. Our sales man, Jeffery Lombardo was so professional and knowledgeable. Damjan and Jenny did an awesome job of helping me buy out my lease. They were quick and efficient and ready to go for me when I got there which is an hour away for me. Very friendly and attentive group unlike Planet Ford on my side of town. Worth the drive to be taken care of properly! Thanks for great customer service, I will be back!

I came to Westpoint Lincoln of Sugarland to purchase a new vehicle. Jenny walked me through the whole process. She was wonderful to work with. Professional. Knowledgeable. Kind. The dealership as a whole was great. Everyone was so accommodating and professional. I love my new 2023 Lincoln Aviator. My first time owning a Lincoln. I can t recommend them enough, especially Jenny!!!

I have owned over 40 cars in my life so I consider myself a bit of an expert regarding the car buying process.I have been shopping for about two or three weeks and last night I bought a car from Ottomatic at West Point. Otto is great. The whole team is great. I did not get the usual dealership treatment. The used car I bought is so clean you could eat off of it. The price was the best around, can't be beat. I am going to have to show my friends the invoice to prove how little I paid. There is a reason this dealership has so many 5 star reviews, they earned them and they clearly intend to keep earning them. I will definitely shop West Point next time I am in the market.

UPDATE2, their mobile service, came and replaced all the parts and apologized for the inconvenience. Since the service manager heard about what happened, he moved quickly to order and install the parts.Thank youUPDATE, the service manager called me and he is doing his best to help us out. I will update again once our piece gets in.Worst customer service I've ever experienced, once you buy the car you can kiss everything else away, we bought our navigator in 2021, since then we had lots of problems, parking sensor prob, lights that have water inside, we change that and the problem came back, than the cherry on the cake , they supposedly order the screen from our rear end console ove 1 year and a half ago, ever time I call i get told a different excuse and they will check on it and call me back and they never do, I have to call every time and if I'm lucky that someone's answers they have no idea what's going on, our service rep is / was Holly. Plus, if you use the concierge, they never have a navigator available to replace ( we spent 100k for a navigator) it seems fair to have the same size car when I need mine replaced. Easy to say Do Not Buy your car here or at least do not use them for service ,like ever.

I purchased a vehicle recently and was told by the sale person there is a second key. We reached out to them several times and were told the key will be shipped. This has been 3 weeks ago and they stopped answering our calls. Unacceptable ..either you have the second key or you don t. If your sales persons said I ll receive a second key, stick to what was said and get your customer another key.

By far the best experience I ve ever had w/ a car dealership. Mr. Richard was my salesman & his main goal was to make sure I was 100% happy with all my decisions in purchasing my brand new car. Mr. Ruben was the man that made all the magic happen when it came to finalizing the deal & Ms. Jenny in the finance closing phase was just as amazing with the 2 gentlemen at making everything a smooth process. I m so thankful I walked in to Lincoln Westpoint Sugarland and met these 3 lovely people. They truly care about the customers and genuinely love their job by showing how much they care about their customers! Great job for all your HEARTwork (hard work) Richard, Ruben & Jenny truly appreciate you all. Alex and Raphael are the best duo in car sales. If you have a specific goal in mind for budget, they will work with you to meet your needs. Excellent experience buying a navigator with them and highly recommend.

Totally dissatisfied with my last visit for service of my Lincoln. Came in for car repair and multipoint inspection with oilchange tire rotation. NO oil leak when i brought my car in..However NOW have oil leak AFTER THEIR SERVICE of my car . Weak excuses given as to why its not their fault.. the excuses they provided IF present SHOULD have been discovered during the multi point inspection that I paid for. Westpoint/ formerly( Southwest Lincoln) have lost a 13 year customer. the current Service Department Managenent doesn't seem to care about customer service or what they mess up on your auto!Displays an oh well.. don't care attitude. CUSTOMER BEWARE! Andy Hassell knows about my issue because i spoke to him directly regarding my dissattisfaction issue

Well , I have a combination of two great things that happened to me in one day from west point Lincoln Sugarland.My 2017 MKC Lincoln,had a recall for a replacement part which west point came to my house and replaced the part. All good after that.Than , I went to dealership just to browse around , the next thing I new, I was sitting in my new dream lincoln navigator driving out the gate. . I am pleased to say it was a very wonderful day at west point sugarland. From the mechanic Josh to the salesman Otto, and manager of dealership as well and all the friendly staff. It was a very great day and experience and highly recommend this dealership too all my friends. 11/29/23. Posted.

It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it at all, the service is terrible and everything takes 4 hours to do an oil change on my car and the only thing they tell you is that they are working on it and when you go outside the car is still not there. They have touched it. It is better not to come so that they do not adjust, because it really will make anyone's day bitter.

When my husband bought my vehicle he asked for the vehicle to be registered with my custom license plate. The salesperson said that s fine. Then he said my plates were ready, as in new plates. They had not registered my vehicle with my custom plate number. When I reached out my sale person never got back to me and it took reaching out to the manager to get a response. He then spent a long time saying that they cannot do this and I had to go to the courthouse to transfer them. But you can see clearly online that there is a VTR-904 form they could have easily filled out

We were looking for an inexpensive car for our son as his was totaled in a wreak (not his fault or no injuries thankfully). We saw one online, called and talked with Damjan and he had it ready when we got there and was very professional in how they worked with us. Otto was such an pleasant sales person to work with. He is a genuine kind individual, I'm glad we were referred to him. I come from the financial work field and it can always be dreading to deal with dealership hassle but not with Otto he made our experience as easy as possible. Super unprofessional, I spoke with Ruben my last day I work, I was gonna pick up my check. Found out I can't pick up my last check to pay my family rent and food, Ruben say man supposed to Stand to his word how come I sold a car and can't pay like every did . You call that a dealership, you call your self a bless from God or more like a scam of power... I got 2 kids, I spoke in person like man about the check and this is how you treat people. One more time we never spoke about shipping nothing on mail,, but I guess this dealership is a scam and fake people

Marilu Tagura is a great sales person that we met. We had gone to Planet Lincoln in Dallas for MKZ who did not treat us properly. Unlike them Marilu was very prompt and provided everything to make this deal over the phone and email (which I never thought was possible). She is a very nice person and had the ability to understand our needs and not waste our time. She even took the time to explain us car features, setup and complimentary things which mattered a lot to us. Unlike what usually happens at other cars dealerships, the Lincoln experience was like no other.
