This place is a nightmare if I could give a 0 star I would! Took my car for a quote because someone ran into paying out of pocket and they gave me quote didn't fix my car properly now wanting me to pay way more than I can afford giving me the run around. I just want my car and to be done with this place. Trying to take advantage because I am a female is not cool!

Al and the team at Westpoint Collision Center, behind Westpoint Lincoln, did an excellent job repairing my GMC SUV. The damage was repaired correctly, and paint matched perfectly. It now looks exactly like the day I bought it . one year ago.

My car has been in the shop over a month and still isn't ready. I have spoken to Moe for the last 3 weeks and everytime it's your car will be ready in two weeks. Over a month as passed and my car is still not ready. I requested they pay for a rental since they do not have a loaner and it past the date that they stated my vehicle will be ready. Had I known this I would have chosen a different shop. I had such a great experience when Veronica was there a few years ago. Update as of 1025/3022. I spoke to Randy(manager) and received a better understanding of what's going on. He apologized for the delay and will compensate for it.

The first adjuster that was supposed to take care of my vehicle didn't do anything to help. Moe was great he's the one that took care of me and made sure that repairs were done In a timely manner. After he took over for the other adjuster everything went smooth.

Veronica Davis treated me like Royalty when she was dealing with my total loss of my vehicle. West Point Collision Center is a stellar vehicle repair facility. I have used them multiple times with absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend them!

I have been extremely pleased with the service I received at West Point Collision Center. They identified and resolved my problem as quickly as possible. My car is better now than it was when I bought it.

1 week, went to pickup my car, it had 2 paint bubbles in the door they supposed to fix and a dent in the door handle that wasn't even there when I left my car in this shop, they said they were going to fix; one week passes and I called, they said they haven't done anything because my insurance hasn't approved and that the bubbles were really rock chips that were there before that they just painted over...they are the experts, if they know is going to look that bad, call me and tell me, and ask me what to do, instead of this cheap labor...and the dent they don't want to even take responsibility... I do not recommend this shop...I live near memorial I went all the way here thinking, it's West Point is has to be good, my car is a Lincoln they will take care of it...well, it didn't happen. Do not go here, oh by the way, the lady there is very sensitive...so on top of that, in tippy toes...I will NEVER use this shop again, and I will share my experience as much as I can...because right is right and wrong is wrong, and this is wrong.Service: Painting

These folks are GREAT ! Brought my vehicle to be repaired Moe was my service representative, he's very professional and communicates very well with progress checking in checking out. Front receptionist Yaniva shea wonderful and friendly, I think shes running the place. I'm going to surely RECOMMEND this place. GREAT FOLKSDid a spectacular job on my vehicle!

I was referred to West Point Collision Center by insurance after having a accident. By front bumper was damaged in the accident. I picked up my car and was in complete shock. I really didn't know what to expect because of the damage to the bumper. My car looked brand new. I am happy and pleased with the work done by this body shop. It looked like it was never in a accident. They fixed the emblem that was messed up. My license plate was bent in half almost. It looked just like it looked when I picked it up from the dealer. I am so happy I choose this place to repair my vehicle. Moe was awesome and very helpful. The young lady at the desk was very friendly. Very professional environment and job done to my car. If Wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks West Point!!!! Job well done!!! I highly recommend them.Kira Eaglin

Had an accident on my GMC and met with Moe. Moe was fantastic throughout the whole process, got me a quote within an hour and had my truck into the shop the following Monday. If you need a good honest advisor, speak to Moe.

Terrible service. My door was crooked. Had to be redone 3 times. Ended up having to take it somewhere else after going through a bunch of crap with my insurance company. The next place said they didn't even do an adequate paint job either. It was all redone. Sloppy.

These guys simply do an excellent job! My bumper gets pulled off by parking blocks, which has happened numerous times. My experience here is excellent.

Car sat for a week (as I was paying for a rental) because the service manager in charge of my repairs was let go. The repaired door doesn't shut well (nor does the window!) and my insurance company was overcharged by double the original quote.

During my last visit for an OIL CHANGE and tire rotation, after a three and half hour wait, my car was returned to me without a tire rotation or any fluid topped off. I noticed while I was driving out that the windshield fluid was empty.

I've been here now three times and I'm always treated like family. Insurance may be a hassle but not the workers at the dealership. Ask for Carrie ... She gets it done.
