Literally the best car experience I ever had. Alex the sales manager constructed the deal remotely and was more than competent and fair. I bought a 64,000 new Redsport for $42,000. Of course I had positive equity but the deal was exceptional. Daniel my sales guy literally owns a red sport because he believes in what he sells. That means something for me. The dealership vibe is quiet and family oriented. No pressure sales, no egos, and genuinely helpful humans. Way to go, you guys have a customer for life.

Slowest service ever. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 3:40 pm, i was told it d take an hour. It s 6 pm and my car is still not done. Not busy at all the lobby is completely empty. The most unprofessional thing was when one of their team members yelled sexual harassment as a joke. Lmfao save your time and energy and go to a different Infiniti dealership.

Mr Jerry S. Was professional, polite and informative. He was also very thorough in the process that was being conducted of my vehicle and kept me up to speed of all aspects of the service! He went above and Beyond to make sure my vehicle was at it s best performance and reviewed the timeline of the service to make sure I was not Inconvenience.

My experience was awesome!! Ryan Reynolds was my sales manager He made the entire process smooth and easy. He was very professional and helpful. Christopher Reed was my financial manager he was straight forward with the options of gap coverage and warranty and provided what he thought was a good option for me and still have decent monthly payments. I really appreciated everyone there . I would highly recommend your next purchase with these guys. When you walk through the door you're their number one priority and they will provide you with a truly exceptional vehicle purchase experience.

Not sure about the Sales Dept, but the Service Center is definitely lacking in Customer Service. As soon as I walked in, I felt the energy drop. Everyone had their heads down, as to say, don t bother me with your questions. When I did get someone it was like I was bothering them, not friendly at all..I will not be back.

Wonderful experience buying a car! Our sales rep was Larry and he was honest and friendly. He was upfront with all costs and we felt we were provided with a fair purchase price. Ki was also wonderful to work with on the financing and title. I'd definitely recommend buying a car from here, especially since the whole process can be very overwhelming and it did not feel that way at this dealership. Thank you!!

my complaint is specific to the service area. I was dealing with this guy and I believe his name was Sam if I am not mistaken.So to explain:I have a Q50 airbag issue. The mechanics that I use are 3 brothers that work on all cars, exotic and domestic, great mechanics. They checked everything and explained that this would need to be corrected by Infiniti as they do not have the specific program to reset this issue, otherwise, no problem that they could see with wiring or physical. They even provided me an Infiniti specific report that explains this issue and asked me to provide it to Infiniti so that they can review and highlighted everything that was done before sending me to Infiniti. No charge.I reached out to Infiniti and the guy that answered the call was just rude, absolutely rude for no reason, as if me explaining any of this was bothering him or something. I am not sure if it was my name that turned him into an A-hole, or he thought I would stay silent and allow him to speak down to me, but I lost it, it is the month of Ramadan, but man.. I could not contain it and lost it with this guy.I deal with all kinds of people in all types of industries, roughnecks to doctors, but this guy was rude the minute I provided him my name. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it is probably a duck, or woodpecker in this particular case.I will not bother getting any kind of "service" from this dealership, I will find another option, go to another city if need be. I refuse to give any of my money to any place that allow people to act and behave this way. Thanks but no thanks.

Avoid doing business with this group. Bought a 2023 QX50 from this place a couple weeks ago. Service was terrible. They don t seem to care at all about customers who purchase a demo model, brand new. The first car I went to test drive wouldn t even start. I requested to drive another 2023 model and they brought out a 2024, I explained that it was not the same as the car I had researched and requested to drive. I also wasn t financing and refused to purchase a warranty which didn t go over well with the manager and finance manager.who took the time to explain to me that most customers cared about what they drove and that essentially my purchase was unimportant to them after that. Didn t get owners manuals, didn t get the gas filled at delivery, car wasn t cleaned well. Hoped for a luxury car and a luxury car buying experience, and received neither. Infiniti Vehicles are garbage and depreciate faster than you can drive them. Don t bother.

I always go to West Houston Infiniti to service my car with Jeff, and this rate is mainly to reflect my satisfaction with him. I could give this man 10 stars, and this is why:1. He is knowledgeable, and he takes care of details.2. He explains things in ways they are easy to understand, and keep you updated all along the repair that needs to be done.3. He is effective and trustworthy.4. He is very sympathetic and cares about the time of his clients. He takes the business very personal.Overall, Jeff is the best at West Houston Infiniti and I would find another place to take my car for service, should he is not there.

Purchased a used 4x4 F-150 from this dealership a couple months back. Truck runs great. Really great price as well. The salesman that helped me was Daniel Saucedo. Top notch guy. Outstanding service from start to finish. He wasn t pushy. Totally consultative and informative. Honest and Fair. Can t say enough good things. Do business with this location with confidence. Despite having a few good interactions with this dealership my experience friday has wiped out any good feelings about this place. I was called to a funeral in Jax on short notice and needed an oil change and wiper blades. The service guy left me sitting here for 15 minutes so when he walked out to the car I asked if I could come back in a few hours a get the oil changed. He flat out said no. Told me if I didn't have an appointment. So I told him my circumstance. He was very rude, said if you don't have an appointment, the answer is no. And then said a few more things I couldn't make out. And then walked away. I asked him name and he would not give it to me. So ended up saying. I'll just take it to sewell, which I did and they helped me. This has been the worst experience ever in a a dealership in the 7 years of owning an Infiniti. This is not acceptable and they should be ashamed of themselves.

The whole location is very helpful, service oriented and friendly. Our rep was Austin and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, provide us with all of the information we needed and set us up with a beautiful new vehicle. The person that did our paperwork for us was great too. He made the process so easy. We were in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes with a brand new SUV!
