Professional staff and Honest owner. We did their parking lot paint and design. The owner reached out and we had a verbal agreement. After performing the work, He paid Us on time as agreed! No hassle and great conversation. I personally can say this Team is top notch in professionalism and Honesty.

I have always enjoyed my experience with West End Auto Works. The value my time!! I can make an appointment, drop off the car, John will call and inform me with what will be done to obtain approval and an estimate and time for pickup. They stand by the quality of work they do. I love my guys that take care of my cars

I recently had a brake job done at West End Auto Works. I went in around 7:30 am one morning and didn t have an appointment, but the service guy had one of his mechanics to take my car in anyway. After they inspected my vehicle to see exactly what needed to be done, they got started right away. I wasn t overcharged and they didn t try to make me get things done that I didn t need like some mechanic shops do when they see a female. I ve been doing business with West End Auto for a while now and they never disappoint!! If you re ever in need of auto work, please check them out. They highly recommended, fair and consistent!!! I ll be a customer for years to come!!

I had my cigarette lighter portal replaced and an oil change. As usual the service was tremendous and done in a timely manner. No one else can touch my car for repairs.In fact I referred my husband to West End Auto to have work done on his car too. He went through most of the summer without air conditioning because Mercedes had to order a part that wouldn't arrive until January. After encouraging him several times to just check with West End, he finally did. Within a week he was driving with Air conditioning thanks to West End Auto.The work is always accurate and the service managers are always very professional. I highly recommend West End Auto for your vehicle repairs.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

I went to this shop this whit the hop that i'll get my car fix for once. And I wasn't disappointed, the were able to get it ready the same day, plus warranty of their work. They were very kind and transparent. Definitely I'll make them my primary car service choice

I had a good experience with West end auto works.i brought my car there after it was stolen and they didn't even charge me for looking at it and telling me it was needing a motor and an an estimate for even fixing my steering column after it was stolen. They even went out of their way and found a place that would buy my car as is for a decent amount. I highly recommend them for thie honesty and help. I will be using them again for any future repairs.

I recently had a new compressor put on my car. For some unknown reason my air is malfunctioning badly. But west end auto guarantees their work and will allow you to bring your auto back on major repairs. I really appreciate that .It s good customer service and having a word while guaranteeing their work. I will continue use West End and refer to others.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

These guys are phenomenal! I had to get a total brake job on a 2014 1 ton dually. They were professional, courteous, price was good, and they did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. I few months later, I was having another issue. At the time I didn't realize it was related to the work they'd done. I valued my previous experience so much I reached out to them to look into this issue. They informed me it was related to the brake system, and they warrantied their work and completely did all of it again, free of charge to me!!! I was floored! You can trust these guys to tell you what is wrong with no "upsells". I highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They found us a used engine for our car and gave us a reasonable price. They took great care of us and got our car back in a timely manner. Still using West End Auto in 2024, and have been with them going on 20 years! I trust them with my car and they usually don't over-sell or try to get you to do *everything* if it doesn't need it, unless you *want* to. If you can't afford the recommended service, they'll try to get you by with only what would be absolutely necessary and what would be safe to wait on. Totally trustworthy. I'm not sure what I would do without them. Not the cheapest, but every time I find cheap, it's usually not *good* ... These guys are GREAT and they charge a fair price for the peace of mind you get every time.

These are superb professionals. They are knowledgeable, honest, and fixed my car after another mechanic had improperly worked on it and messed some stuff up. (The prior mechanic worked on the rack and pinion/power steering fluid, but didn t do it right and it led to a lot of other issues) . My car is in good hands with these guys.

Great neighborhood auto garage. They did a good job tracking down a strange issue with my engine, took their time to get it done right, not rushing so they had time to test things afterwards. Everyone was professional and nice, wanting to make sure you were taken care of. Will definitely be going back.

I was in Houston for the first time as part of an extended drive across part of the country and had a serious problem with my drivers side wheel bearing, which had been getting steadily worse over hundreds of miles. A friend recommended Petro at West End Auto for quality service at a fair price, and he was absolutely right. I called, arranged a time to come in, and they did in excellent job making the repair for a very fair price. Since it took several hours they also volunteered to give me ride to local restaurant of my choice, where I relaxed and ate lunch until they returned to pick me up when the car was ready. They re friendly, knowledgeable, fair priced for excellent service, and I d recommend them to anyone for any auto service at any time if you re anywhere near that area of Houston.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very friendly and welcoming customer service. Wait times during service are as minimal as a maintenance shop can be. Trustworthy when handling and/or storing your vehicle. Plus, the service manager is very humorous. Clean inside the waiting area is a plus. Prices are very fair and manageable.
