This place restored my confidence in mechanics. I was sent to them by my warranty company. They not only fixed my vehicle s issue, they did it quickly. I was so impressed, I brought my wife s car to them and they treated her out of warranty vehicle with the same care and speed. Will definitely use them again.

I recently visited We Fit Cars for repairs on my Chevy Equinox, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. My primary concern was an oil leak from the gasket, and not only was this issue swiftly resolved, but the team also tackled a belt replacement and an unfamiliar clicking noise that happened when turning, which they managed to diagnose and fix.Before any work was done on my vehicle, I received a call from the team, during which they walked me through the necessary repairs in detail. Marcus and the mechanics at We Fit Cars were incredibly helpful and patient, addressing every question I had with expertise and professionalism.This shop has competitive pricing.... Not only did they offer reasonable rates, but I was able to use a discount coupon, saving me $100.00 on repairs. Depending on the repair circumstances, Lyft transportation is available. Customer service and convenience are always on point.I've found my go-to repair shop. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of affordable, reliable, and trustworthy car repairs.

I stopped by yesterday to get the latch on my trunk fixed for my Lexus is250 (latch completely broke off). I explained to them my issue, and they were able to take care of it the same day (in under 2 hours like they said). They're very straight forward, communication is great, and I am 100% satisfied with the job they did. Although far from me (I had to drive 40 mins) I rather take that drive and deal with them then deal with anyone in my town. Thank you guys!

They did a wonderful job on my car. It is running smoothly. It s working it had several issues. The warranty department gave them some trouble and they fixed the problem.I m grateful to have them fixed on my vehicle. They re honest trustworthy and willing to work with you on everything. If you have a car and you want it fixed right it s the best place you should take your car to get it fixed

Went in needing my car fixed. Marcus and the team were every knowledgeable on letting me know what s going on with my car. It took them a few hours to get the car fixed. It was a reasonable price! Thank you all. Good shop to go to! Customer service was great and mechanics are even greater!

We Fix Cars is a GEM of an Auto Repair Company. My visits began January 2023. Marcus and team have done a stellar job of being detailed and professional in all aspects of the business. I have a 10 year old vehicle that was well overdue for services beyond just oil changes - there s an illustration inside depicting this that made me laugh! I was guilty of doing the bare minimum for my vehicle, but in this economy?! I started slow with services that needed immediate attention and gradually progressed to major structural repairs. I am so, SO happy with the work, the default OEM part selection, the service warranty, aftercare follow up calls, text message reminders that are gentle reminders of due services, the copy of the inspection report via text message (HUGE +), the technicians, the team, everything! I have a very hands-on approach to everything that is done with my vehicle and I never felt like I was disrupting anyone's time with all of my questions. I feel cared for and heard as a customer and for that I THANK Y ALL

These are the only people I can trust to lay their hands on my 2008 corvette , they are quick effective. And they get the job done . And if you have any issues with it afterwards they will ask you to bring it back in to fix any issues to up hold their reputation and customer service . ****My experience was horrible. Took my car in because it wouldn't start. Immediately, they said the car needed a new engine. The 1st quote was $4,300. We agreed on the service. The next day he called and quoted another price $4,900 (due to my car being a turbo). He should have known that with the inspection. This auto shop is by far the most unprofessional repair shop I've ever been. I told him I would need 2 weeks to get the car out, because of the mis-quote. He instantly said there would be a daily charge until I pick it up. Upon picking up my car I noticed the back window was down. (***The car went in for engine replacement what does the window have to do with it***). Needless to say, they broke the back window. After confronting Garrick(manager), He had the audacity to say it was like that!. He had the nerve to quote $500 to repair it. He did take the daily fees off the bill but he broke the window which cost more than the fees. When you think of Auto Shops being dishonest...This is one! I'm hoping this review will warrant a call from the OWNER that has such great advertisements on honesty. This review is only getting 1 star, that is because the car starts. However, they have FAILED in every category. Unprofessional, Undependable, Dishonest, and overall poor quality work.

Advertised free brake pad change, called for estimate on labor cost and they said it would be highly reasonable to bring it in. Wanted almost $700!!! Didn t even offer to machine the rotors, my car has less than 40,000 miles on it and they want to imply that they are all pitted and need replaced. I am going to keep safely driving my vehicle all over town, thank you very much. I couldn t leave fast enough - because of course I don t trust the business. They didn t want to hand over the key to my car!!!

Ok so brought both my vehicle's in 4 oil changesMy car had more issue's than I expected but it's cool they took care of it but not in a timely manner like they said but did keep me posted about the what and when's.

Great place. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I needed to have a few things done, and they were willing to work with me on pricing so that I was able to do all of it. I'll definitely be going back.

When in needing front wheel bearing replaced on 14 Ram 2500 heavy duty . What took me 6 hrs to do took the mechanic less than 1 hrs to get done. Plus the price was very reasonable. This is my new favorite mechanic shop!

We drove to Houston from South Dakota, and we started noticing a grinding sound when we were coming to a stop. We brought it in for them to look at, and we needed new brakes and rotors. They got the parts and had it fixed in about 3 hours. They even ordered a Lyft to take me to the hotel and back instead of waiting there the whole time. It was a great, hassle-free experience I really appreciated them helping me out so quickly and efficiently on a Saturday.

I had an amazing experience with this automotive shop. The front desk people were very welcoming and professional as well as the mechanics. They get the job done and fast. Had to get a part ordered and wait time was not long. Very affordable. I highly recommend them.

Had a engine put in truck my and check engine light still flashing. Try to charge me for parts that came off my old engine. Very disappointed, though I could trust these guy's too get the job done right.

The worst place to take your vehicle for repairs. A $800 job went to nearly $1,500.These people bent my hood on my Mercedes 2005Classic E320 CDLvalued for $12,000.They never fixed my cooling fan issue.I took it to a certified Mercedes mechanic fix the issue in 4 hours it cost me $164.00.PRAISE GOD ..Amen,Amen b� try AGAINDO TAKE Vehicle to this ghetto shop!!!My godfather told me if there are too many cars NOT being repaired AT THAT mechanic shop cannot fix vehicles drive off as fast as you can find a ripple certified mechanic to work on your cars. These people are a rip off !! don t go to this shop !!!If you ve had a bad experience with the shop, please contact the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint.Service: Electrical repair

I brought my S U V in for repairs, they replaced the serpentine belt, rack and pinion steering,And rear air suspension spring kit. And now my SUV rides like a brand new vehicle.We Fix Cars provides IMPECCABLE SERVICE to the customer, and they have a TOP-NOTCH staff, and GREAT TECHNICIANS as well.

I was having a persistent burning smell in my BMW. I took my car previously to a repair shop specializing in BMWs and they were not able to do what We Fix Cars did in just a couple of days. First off they overcharge so they can afford to get you a ride to & from your house. I wouldn't have gone here if I knew they do "free" ridesharing services. I was told by Dre they could finish my car by closing & if not I could come back, take my car & finish up another day so I took the Lyft home. I called for an update & he said they got the wrong part so not only would it not be done but my car's undrivable & they're closed on Sundays so it'd be 48 hours before it'd be ready. Wouldn't do me the courtesy of getting me a free ride back to the shop for my house key though they'd wait 30 minutes after closing for me but at least they would get me a ride for work although I had to fight for that. After they fix my car I see the engine light still on which Dre played off as it must've turned on some time after I got car back. They took my car for a test drive after fixing but never checked for the light? When I bring it back they said they're going to charge me $500 just to fully check what's going on. Then I'll be charged again for parts & labor on top of that $500. I had already given them $2000 for the first issue. I also think they have fake good reviews because most of those accounts don't have any other reviews for other businesses.

I've visit this company twice. The prices are reasonable. I received a couple of quotes from other mechanic shops, and here I saved $100. The owner and his crew members are wonderful. They go far beyond of the requirements to get the job done you requested. I went in for brake repairs and oil change. My brakes were so bad, I hadn't drove my car and over a few months. It took two days to fix my brakes because my wheels where locked and I misplaced the key for the tires. So they went to discount tire and got a replacement key for my wheels and gave me the key with no extra cost. My brakes are working great and my car is running smooth since the oil change. They even swept my car out for me. The crew at We Fix Cars LLC, not just fix cars but provided great customer service experience. I would definitely be visiting this location for future vehicle problems.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change
