I taken my 1995 Cadillac for repair while having issue with my idle speed control motor that was causing a cut off issue when starting up while hot. they charge me 400 and something dollar for nothing my car was worst after receive it back and i still have the same issue with my car. in short they have not fix my problem just charge me 400 something dollar. I don't think they know how to work on Cadillac let alone know what they are doing, i will not take my back there again I will just take it to Cadillac dealer. they don't deserve one star.

I called one morning because my car wouldn't start and they told me they were booked for the day but said I could bring it in anyway if/when I got it running. Once I got there, I was told since it was Friday, I might need to leave my car for the weekend and they'd get to it by Monday. No problem. I left Betty Blue there. Roughly two hours later, they called saying she was ready to be picked up. Yay! All I needed was a camshaft sensor and that was an easy fix. I was so pleased that they took a moment to figure out the problem before putting me off until Monday. Sweet! I was rolling in no time! I'll use them again and I recommend them to everyone. They took care of me quickly and they had a reasonable rate. They are my go-to. I need a tune up today and a AC check. I'm on the way to Gordon's!

This place saved my 1993 Cadillac. We took it to 4 different places over the last 10 years and no one could figure out it's "issues." It would randomly yet consistently die and had SO many electrical problems. I just dealt with it, because no one i took it to knew how to fix it. I was told I would just have to drive it that way, or that it was time to get a new car, not something I can really afford. Recently though, it had started back firing and refusing to accelerate (at times when I REALLY needed to). Took it to my all my mechanics, they flushed the transmission and said just drive it until it won't drive anymore. I looked this place up online because I thought, with all the money my family has put into the car (and the fact that it only had 100,000k or so miles) I need to at least try. Coming here was the best decision I have ever made. I came in, thinking that it was finally time to put my car down. Turns out, it had the wrong type of distributor in and needed the computer replaced (maybe more technical than that). It runs SO WELL now. I have never had this much confidence in my car. It has been about a month since I got it back and I am ELATED. not a single issue yet. It is an hour away from my house, but I will be coming back (hopefully not too soon) for every little thing my car needs. I am so incredibly happy I get to drive my favorite car!

I brought my vehicle up to Gordon Automotive and they told me what problems I had at hand. They worked on my vehicle diligently and returned my vehicle in good shape in just a matter of days. I appreciate everything and rely on this shop when my car has any sort of issues. I always recommend this shop to anyone who is dealing with car troubles.. their definitely great at what they do. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!This place is not as good as reviews state I promise. Originally went in for overheating classic Cadillac. They changed radiator hoses but placed the top hose laying on the belt. They said it would be ok. Over time the hose has worn quickly due to the belt rubbing it. Second visit, Months later the vehicle is still running hot. I now have to pay labor fees to replace the belt they placed on my belt. On top of that they have killed my muffler and exhaust system some type of way. I bring it to Alan's attention and he basically said deal with it. Mind you this muffler and exhaust system is just 2 months old. Now instead of the quiet purring 1973 Cadillac I brung in to them, it sounds like a 76 nova on the race track and it backfires. OMG, my car has never backfired. The fumes from the exhaust are so harsh I honestly get light headed now while driving. I can't believe they provide this terrible type of customer service.

I am currently have the worst experience possible with these people. I took my car there for brakes and to fix my leaking sunroof and a few other minor things. The initial fix took around a week or so for me to get my vehicle back only for it to rain that weekend and my wife tell the sunroof was not fixed. I was a little upset after jus paying them over $1,200.00. This was in June 2017 we are now in Novemeber and these people have not returned my vehicle and whenever I call they say it will be ready the next day only to tell me the same thing the following day. Stay away from this shop they do horrible business and they never return calls you will have to track them down like your a bill collector.

I brought my car in because these people came highly recommended as Cadillac specialists. I drive a Cad SRX 2010. My engine light had been ON for some time. It was diagnosed by them to be the Catalyst Convertor. I was charged over $2500 to fix that plus and oil leak and was told it would take 1 week. 4 weeks into the job, I began receiving the run around and kept being told that the car would be ready the next day or the next week. Finally, on the 7th week was able to pick up the car, only to drive 2blocks away and the engine light came on along with the oil pressure light and instructed by the car to shut OFF the engine. I took it right back to them who kept it yet another week. Picked it up again only to have the exact same thing happen. I then determined that the likelyhood of this facility truly repairing my car was next to nothing. I was forced to take to new repair shop to start this process all over again. This was an absolute nightmare!!

I drop my car off on March 6th to get my head gaskets replaced on my car. The guy named Al told me that it would take a maximum of a week and a half to do. Well, it s been that time has long been over do. There is lack of communication between customer and Client. I have to call every 2 to 3 days to get a status update. He keeps telling me or tells the receptionist to tell me that my heads are in the machine shop and they haven t called him yet. Let s just say next week will make a whole month I ve been without my car and I already paid more then half to get them started with it. My car better be working better then before I pulled off the car lot with it!!

Excellent service! These guys are really the true cadillac experts. They can fix anything that has 4 wheels and is a Cadillac. They can do the impossible that most shops can't do and that's finding hidden, weird, and unusual intermittent car issues that seem to all the suddenly disappear every consecutive time you try to pointing out to a shop when it starts acting up again.

****DO NOT BRING UR VEHICLE HERE*** I brought my car there because I read they were Cadillac experts. The car would not start and I wanted an ac check. Noting else was wrong. I go to pick it and the fuel module display and the climate control was broke. The mechanic said I needed new ones. Even tho they were working when i brought it in. I bought them and brought the car back. It sat there for two months. No communication from them. I would call and would not get any calls in return..I finally told them to stop and I would come to pick up my car. All I asked is that I could drive it home as I brought it in. He said sure. I broke down trying to bring it home. It started smoking. It cost me another tow. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, they are terrible mechanics and bad businessmen...

They did a good job repairing my vehicle. My problem is with my bill. I got an ignition coil replaced and they charged me an $85 diagnostic fee that they did not discuss with me. Every mechanic that I have taken my car to has waived the diagnostic fee if you get a repair. This place just snuck the diagnostic fee on my bill. It would have been different if they had told me that they would be adding a diagnostic fee to my bill before hand. I do not think this place is honest and they will never get my business again.

Watson automotive is outstanding hands down my opinion, the best mechanics in Houston. I have never brought my truck back for the same reason these guys get it done and they get it done right the first time they are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work.

I had my brother in law take in my 97 deville after 3 or 4 mechanics couldnt figure out how to start the car. Long story short these guys got it right and for a GOOD PRICE! This is the spot for them Caddy owners who want there cars done right the FIRST TIME!

Gordon Automotive is the only place I'll take my cars, they're fair, evenly priced, and exceedingly trustworthy. Their head mechanic Alan is a great guy and will do everything he can to help you.

Took my cadillac for a estimate and is been a week and no phone call for a price so i took the car some other place . ......Response ........Check with ur service advisor first , he may lie to you but ,i returned back, after waiting 2 days with no call, i wanted to make sure they have my number right, he said he is waiting on the dealership for a part price and he will call me back

We live in sugar land and wouldn't think of taking our vehicles anywhere else for service or repairs. Always professional and courteous AND no extra hassles. They treat us like family every time. That's why it's worth the extra trip time to take our vehicles there from sugar land. Thanks again guys!

God knows everything I write hear is true! I have the police report number and you can also check the Better Business Burea to see details of my story. Don't worry this mechanic will face justice for the lies and damages done to my treasured car. IF YOU HAVE A NICE CADILLAC PLEASE FIND A REPUTABLE DEALER. THIS PLACE LEAVES YOUR CAR OUTSIDE, MECHANICS LEAVE OIL MARKS THROUGHOUT YOUR CAR AND THE GUY ALLEN IS A TOTAL LIAR. This all began 4 weeks ago when I was fooled by the internet posting saying that they were the absolute best Cadillac mechanics in the city. I took the car in for a burning oil smell and to get my driver side ac fixed. I came to get my car two weeks later and WHILE IN THERE CARE THEY BROKE THE FUEL PUMP WAS BROKEN. THIS WAS DUE TO THEM RUNNING MY CAR ON EMPTY AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO SO. THEY ALSO BROKE THE TIE RODS ON MY CAR TRYING TO DO SOME KIND OF MAKESHIFT ALIGNEMENT. ALLEN LIED LIKE A DOG AND WITH A FRIENDLY VOICE KEPT SAYING LEAVE IT HERE ILL FIX IT , BUT AFTER 4 WEEKS AND 16OO DOLLARS I REALIZED THAT HE WAS TOTALLY INCOMPTENT AND NEEDED TO BE SUED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. HE WILL BE RECIEVING A CERTIFIED LETTER FOR HIS TERRIBLE CROOKED SERVICE

Extensive Cadillac knowledge, nice people, they are fair in their pricing meaning, they aren't cheap but they get paid for their experience, knowledge, and the amount of work.

Very inconviencing for them to be closed over the weekend for people that work during the week and they refused to give my dad my car although I put his information on my papers so I've went the whole weekend carless and now it's Memorial Day and of course they're not answering..guess I'll be getting my car back tomorrow when I have to be to work.
