In Houston for a business trip. Had an engine failure. These guys checked out immediately and diagnosed. They came recommended from my Houston friends and they certainly live up to that recommendation. Having a trustworthy and reliable mechanic is gold. I will keep this team in mind whenever in Houston or should I ever find myself living in this area!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, Thu will always explain your auto problem thoroughly and approximate cost. I already knew he was a great mechanic and his employees. Now I know they do exceptional body work too. I Will send a before and after photo next post. It's good to always have a backup auto shop in case yours is busy. I'm glad someone referred me to Walters Auto. And everyone I referred still goes there too. A great mechanic and an honest one is hard to find. Hey! I went for an inspection this morning. It was raining pretty heavily but the person who helped me stood out in it when I somehow locked us out of one door and the inspection was done pretty quickly. When it was over I realized I left my wallet at my house and only had a little over half in cash. When I offered him my phone as collateral the guy refused and just told me to get it when I could. I came back right away and he was really cool about it! Very helpful and kind people.

I just can't put into words how caring and respectful the owner was he ensured me he could have my control arm ready to go when other places told me a week minimum the place isn't much to look at looking in but overall the expertise shown and professionalism here I don't think I could have received anywhere else 10/10 stars and very affordable pricesService: Steering & suspension replacement

This guy will rip you off!!! Took my vehicle to get an estimate, but left worse than when I brought it in. He deliberately loosen several parts which could of resulted in my family's injury or possible death. I only asked for an estimate not for my vehicle to be tampered with. Was sexually harassed as well. Took it to another mechanic to get it fixed and get the damages he did fixed as well. Do not go here!! Stay away!!!!

Excellent mechanic, honest person, and reasonable prices. I have been going to him for years, since my kids were small. Now not only does he work on my cars, but he works on all of my children cars too.

While I was happy that I got my vehicle back the same day (took 5 hours), I didn t expect such a high price. And of course, most of the cost was labor.

This dude will work with you. I take all of my cars there.. You can bring in the part and he'll charge you only labor... Not high at all!
