Made appointment for oil change due to no appointment the week before with a 4 hour wait. The week before they could do the oil change, this week with the appointment they couldn't. They said it was because they don't do oil changes on European cars (I have a VW). No indication when making the appointment they couldn't do it and no response to the appointment asking me for my vehicle make to determine if they could do it. Moved from a town of 100,000 where Walmart never had a problem doing my oil change. In a city of 2.5M this seems ridiculous. Not happy!

Waited 30 minutes for an oil change that I had an appointment for, and was first in line the whole 30 minutes, only for themto come out and say they do not change the oil on Covettes. Guess I was the first to bring a Corvette in there in the 30 years they have been servicing cars.

Was told by an individual to come early in the morning for an oil change before they open which is at 7am. Got there at 6:30 so that I can be the first in line which was great, at 7:19 to be exact they finally open just to tell me that they cannot change my oil because of the BRAND of the oil I purchased even tho it s the oil for my car. Never heard of that but if you are big on not wasting time and even bigger when it comes to integrity, don t come here.

Don't waste your time with this place. 3 hours to change an oil when it only has five cars. The workers are extremely slow was looking at them work at turtle speed.

If I could give ZERO starsI would. I first began my morning arriving as soon as they opened , but I still had to wait because there was only one technician. I came around 6 and was told I could not be serviced even though they close at seven. The lady at the counter also would not answer the phone or call a manager when I went in store. They may be the cheapest but their service is a 0/10 !!!!!!!!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

Don t take your BMW here, I left with a check engine light and my oil temp at 250. I highly recommend you take any foreign car elsewhere. They don t care about your car, only their job. Also the manager was the one to do my oil change and when I took it to my mechanic to check it out the problems they left me, he said my oil was pitched black -meaning they never did the oil change. They had me buy a filter elsewhere and come back just for them to screw me over. Unprofessional and disrespectful. They also refuse to answer any calls or concerns.Service: Oil change

RUDE! There was this large woman who had the nastiest attitude and resting B Face who seem like she didn't want to be there. I was the first person in line to get an oil change they told me it was going to be an hour wait.I was there for two. Never going back there to try and save a few dollars. Horrible atmosphere, and horrible services.Looking at other reviews I'm not willing to risk the health of my vehicle!Service: Oil change

As much money as this franchise makes daily they don't have batteries for my vehicle wow Walmart has really disappointed me it's not the Super Center it claims to be it's not a one shop store where u could get everything at the same place not anymore

Arrived at 615 was told by disgusting lazy cashier we couldn't get to it. On way out technician said yes. Left keys went shopping received call from unknown number (didn't answer) was technician, should have called from business phone. Returned after sine time was closed had to get Mgr to get keys and to pay keys laying on back counter unsupervised along with numerous keys was told not done did not pass ( OIL DRAIN PLUG TEST????) took vehicle to dealer where I purchased used, never heard of such test, no issues with drain plug wakmart employees just didn't want to do. Glad didn't touch vehicle never to return for service ( first and last) time at Walmart.

On 10/2/19 I stop by to see if they had the tires for my truck, the lady at the counter help me find the 4 tires, She also ask me if I want them install, I proceed to say yes, there was no car ahed of me so they took 1hr to replace all 4 tires. I guess was my lucky day.

A okay place. Try to go early around 6:50 to 7 am on the Saturday. I went Wednesday at 7:20 and they said they will open at 8;30 am. At some weekdays, then open at 7 am. Check with their weekday schedule/shift.

I've used Walmarts auto service for years and been satisfied. Today I went for an oil change, I was first in line and exited my car to be serviced at 7:09. I was told I would receive a 2 text message, 1at the start of service and1 once finish. I didn't receive either. I waited an extra 20 minutes before finding out it was ready. Paid for the service and expected to receive a print out of the service. Was not provided one because the printer is down. Was not offered any other solution by the cashier until another associate said I could take a picture of the screen which shows what was done.

Not sure why they even list a phone number for the auto center. I've called 30 times over the last week. Never had one person pick up the phone so I can set an appointment to have new tires mounted. When I show up in person I'm told it will be 2-3 hour wait before they can get to my vehicle

One tire repair staff on duty on a Saturday, with a tire sale being advertised is just BAD for business. There were 5 cars waiting ahead of me and the clerk informed us that our wait would be more than 3 hours. I called the day before appearing to put the tire my Mother-in-law needed for her 2019 Hyundai on hold but I had to purchase it and pay again to have it balanced and installed elsewhere, when that's why I sought Walmart Tire service. I ended up having to.pay an extra $30 at another tire shop.

Worst customer service. My tire was on flat when I pulled up it was 6:15 PM the guy told me to wait for the other person so I could be checked in when he came he told me there was nothing he could do for me because they stop taking cars at 6:00 I just looked at him and said you close at 7:00 PM I can t get home my tire is flat he said sorry and walked off. The other guy said he would just do it for me. He walked inside the cashier told him we have close at 7 the manger said by now guys it 6:30 they went back and forth about this until around 6:45 and he then said he can t do it. I asked for a manager who took another 10 mins finally he had them do it I paid $80 for 1 tire bad customer service and had to deal with people who could care less about another human being.

We enjoyed the wait I ended spending more but received great items plus service. The young lady meant us immediately and found out what service I need it she was patient and understanding thank you young lady for working with Walmart thanks Walmart for hiring employees as these in the service area

Place seems pretty incompetent. Called both main store and automotive dep to inquire stock on a car batter. Have called about a dozen time yet no answer from either line. I understand they can be busy but a simple call and answer can save both parties time.

Took care of me while I shopped on a Saturday at 11am. One and a half hours for an oil change despite being short two workers. My greeter... I forgot to give her a tip... I am pleased because I got a courtesy phone call to tell me it was ready. I checked out at automotive with groceries!!!! Good job!

I went in for a new battery, but they don't sell the kind I needed. Meanwhile I couldn't crank my car to go elsewhere. The super nice gentlemen tried their best to jump my battery, but I ended up getting a tow. They were so helpful even though I was not buying from them.

I had to replace my battery and was told all it needed was a recharge, but after waiting 2 hrs, I was told I needed a new battery, and all they had was the $179 battery

I had an oil change here and three days later, my car starter failed. My car is only three years old with 38k miles, and I know the failure is not a coincidence. NOT worth the price or 1.5 hour wait (when there was only one car in front of me). YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Gave 1 star because didnt allow 0 stars for review. Worst service ever. Waited hours. 1 tech guy was on the clock that wasn't working. Female checking in cars kept interrupting him with chit chat instead of them doing their job. Spoke to manager. Said they were short staffed and 2 workers went to lunch and the rest clocked out. I understand when ur short staffed but that doesn't mean the only worker there doesn't have to work. Everyone waiting is complaining. If u can get ur tires changed or oil change somewhere else. Go there and not here to walmart. u will regret coming.

I hate this place the cashier they had was very rude and not willing to help. The tire tech they had was a older hispanic man that ignored me for 30 minutes until finally I had to get a manager to talk to the cashier. At the end i just bought the 4 tires and took them to another place to get them balanced and put on my car. I don't see how Wal-Mart lets employees stay on their phones while working. To bad i can't put negative 5 stars

They were nice, but I am taking a star away because they did not open on time, so if you go in the morning add about 20 mins. And I am taking a star away because I called first but they couldn't help me and said I had to go in person. That was frustrating because they didn't even have what I needed.

The WORST experience! I went in for a new battery and they broke my positive terminal and didn t even say anything. I only found out when my car wouldn t start. The only good thing is that they refunded me the money for the part but then took 4 people and 45mins to change the terminal!!! I mean damn, why be in this type of service if your not competent!
