I ve been customer to this location for many years till this happened. I came a few days ago to do oil change to my car at this location and I requested from the tech mobile-one oil , at first the tech said yes we have it I told him ok gave him the key and walked inside the store.., with in five minutes later the tech came to me and said they didn t have mobile one , but have another type of oil less quality, I said no, got the key and went to different place to do it. I drove about 5 minutes from this location to another oil shop ..once the second tech opened the hood he immediately called me and asked me to see something I was shocked, the first technician guy at Walmart forgot to put the oil cap back when he was about to do the oil change and the oil was almost everywhere, after I finishing the oil change at second shop I returned to the Walmart auto care center to make complain to the manager who was rude and said give me sometime to check the cameras and then came back said the technician guy did not open the oil cap, I told him who did it then ? I called Walmart customer service complaining about the tech and the manager who did not do anything about it even he did not apologize to me I m really upset that Walmart did not take responsibility for the damage to my property by its tech and not caring to its customers and not sure how bad damage to the engine with driving with oil cap open.Service: Oil change

Bad attention and service. I waited two hours for my car's oil change. They didn't even move it from where I left it. Without explanations they returned the keys to me. They didn't even give me apologies

Unable to book a tire mounting online, I was instructed to come early in the morning, and I would be fit in as soon as possible. I arrived at 7am and was told I would need to wait in line until 9. After doing so I waited another 2 hours before my car was even moved into the garage. They also upsold me, offering only a package double the price of what was listed. The staff were either curt or didn't know what they were talking about. A 5 hour wait, poor customer service and a price much higher than l was told means that I will not be coming back.

the worst customer service ever seen. When I arrived I was waiting around 50 min because they was talking a lot and laughin together. The man never asked me about wich kind of oil I prefer and I suppused he chosen the 5k mile one as every time before but not. He didn't ask and selected the He wanted. When I picked up my car I saw the label with only 3k mile and when I asked he told me sorry it's not my bussines if you don't know nothing about oil change. The gus was a man from (latin america) as me but he don't how usa works.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE, I waited more than 40 minutes to be served while the store was empty and without people in line. I got out of my vehicle to see what was happening and the boy was talking and laughing with his partner. I told them I wanted a 5,000 mile oil change and they gave me a 3,000 mile oil change. In addition, they serve with anger and treat customers poorly, they are trash, never come.

Got my oil changed here, once I got my car back I noticed my trips weren t resetted and my miles till another oil change wasn t reset either. They said if it doesn t update bring it back, my oil light came on today saying I need routine maintenance and 0 miles until another oil change. It s been 4 days since I ve took it here, I don t drive my car everyday so how the hell do I need another oil change if I haven t drove my car. Guy with the dreads know exactly what I m talking about

These guys were amazing! They were so patient and helpful, especially Josh. The whole team took care of me in a timely manner. I have no complaints, from the customer service down to the quality of care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I called to make sure they offered the service I was looking for, and they were prompt to answer. The actual in store service was great as well. I've had mostly bad experiences at this walmart, but the auto department is great.

The young Latino who puts the information on the laptop treated me horribly, they take too long without anyone in line and they get upset without asking any questions. horrible experience

Went for oil change, but they declined due to stripped oil plug head. It took them more than 1 hour to prepare written statement of their reason to decline. The milage and the license plate number was incorrect on the written statement. When I asked them to fix it they made multiple excuses and did not fix it. The place was in a chaos and totally disorganized. I am not sure if they stripped the drain plug or the previous oil change place, which happens to be another walmart but in different state. Either way walmart should take the responsibility of this mess. After waiting for 3 hours and trying to get things done I had to leave.

Worst place to get anything done to your car. Oil stains all over the car, and they make you wait 4 hour to tell that the item is not in stock and pathetic customer service

Called before I wasted time showing up and getting turned away since it was close to closing. Someone answered and said as long as I'm here before 7p they'd do it. I show up at 6:45 and now they're telling me they can't. Waste of my time when I could've gone somewhere else

They seem a battery for my 2014 Escape S but don't have the people working there that can install it. The battery is in a weird place but these guys should able to do the job! So now I have to take it somewhere else to get it installed!!!

Customer service is BIG for me. I can t say enough about Joshua and his staff at this service center on Dunvale. I had my oil changed at a Dallas Walmart. Upon arriving here, I noticed my oil leaking. I took my car to this location to see if this problem could be rectified. Instead of telling me that he could not address my concerns, Joshua personally took it upon himself to check out the problem. He and his staff corrected the issue and told me what I may be need to ensure that it would be a problem again. Thank you!!! I can t thank you guys enough.

I am writing this comment to express my dissatisfaction and report the inconvenience I have experienced regarding the tire warranty service I purchased from your Walmart Auto Care Center.On June 26, 2023, at 6:40 PM, I arrived at the Walmart Auto Care Center located at 2727 Dunvale Rd, Houston, TX 77063, with the newly purchased vehicle tire for which I had acquired the warranty service.However, your staff informed me that my tire could be repaired under warranty, but they did not have the necessary repair kit available. Subsequently, I spoke with the manager of the Walmart Auto Care Center, who provided me with the same response. In this situation, I was instructed to leave my vehicle with a flat tire and seek assistance elsewhere.What is even more disheartening is that when I approached the customer service department, I received no help. I spoke with a supervisor who stated that they could not assist me and disregarded my concerns. As a result, I was left stranded with my non-functioning vehicle, unable to receive any support.Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that the additional amount of $119.96 I paid for the tire warranty service has gone to waste. When I purchased this service, I believed that Walmart, a brand I trust, would resolve my issue. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.I want to express my frustration over the inconvenience I have faced and the poor customer experience I have encountered.

Went in to get a battery replacement. Took forever to get him to check my old battery. Finally when he came out to check, didn t have his tools to work.They have employed mechanics (George) who are worst at customer service.3 hours later: they didn t change the battery because I asked for replacement terminals and they were out of it.3 hours and no phone call to inform me.Great job at completing 10 minute job in 3 hrs.

I arrived at 7:50 thinking I would be ahead of the crowd for their 8:00 open. Apparently this store has been known to keep people waiting because there were 8 of us there when they finally opened shop at 8:05 & there wasn't anybody at the desk to take customers until 8:30. There were 2 people there from prior visits that had been told to come back & they would be first. So that put me 3rd in line. I got an oil change & balance & rotate. I had been standing in the back and my paper claimed that my car was done at 10:49 but I didn't check out & walk out the store until 11:05. I will never use this Walmarts auto center again.

Never and NEVER change your car's oil here. They changed my car's oil, and when I checked it two weeks later, the oil level was low, and my car started making serious noises. The quality of the oil they used was terrible; They clearly put too little oil during the oil change. Instead of changing your car's oil here, do it yourself.

Auto care in this location is a disaster, the guy Ahmad who so called a mechanic is no mechanic, he is a gangstar, rude i dont even know how he is still working, i cant believe i go inside to get an oil change and i leave with a staff cussing me and flicking me. Walmart are u serious? Like for real u dont monitor the performance of ur employees?? Everytime i come to this location its always different, slow and bad service, and this Ahmad is out of this world, bad attitude he thinks his mom owns Walmart or something. No more coming to ur location until u start running mental checks on ur staff because that low life employee of urs certainly needs one.

customer services over phone confirmed the service and she was very helpful , I requested to do balance and alignment plus rotation and the front guy refused this because the tires had two of them old .. so I requested just rotation even this he refused and I asked about the manager but he didn t come I think he was busy .. but after his polite explanation I respected him and I changed my review from one star to five thank you a lot as I understood that it is for my safety ..

Damoy and the man he worked with to help us where literal saviors. We walked in with our 3 year old in the blinding heat and they helped us immensely. If you want genuine care go here! Only if they are there!!

Walmart service is non-existent. There's no customer service. It's disorganized and takes over 30 minutes to even ask someone a question about tires or oil change. If I hadn't had an emergency I would have gone elsewhere. I wish I could add photos of the phone ringing while people continue to do nothing or walk outside to chat. I called them as I waited in line in my car. Several times someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Calling the main number didn't help. One step because I can't give zero.
