Great service, great customer service. Also, the nice lady was so polite to everyone. Even though she was the only one, she was excellent. Excellent super nice, a very multitasker employee. Keep up the great work.

I hate giving Walmart bad reviews because I use them for a lot of goods. But the workers in auto literally don't care. I had the worst feeling that my vehicle would not be done properly that I went to jiffy lube and paid twice much for peace of mind.

Jessica didn't open the auto center on schedule but Ms. Anita and Mr.O( auto manager) were on time and showed great customer skills even after my frustration.

found tires in stock for my Tundra at a great price offered lifetime balance and rotation...had me back on the road in 2 hours...cashier she was almost to the point of being rude....otherwise i would have rated them a 5

Horrible experience. My rims and lug nuts were damaged. I was not even informed. I checked my tires after the told me they could not change them handing me my key and walking away.

Horrible customer service at this location. I waited over 20 minutes to be told a oil change can t be done. Woman at the cashier lied and said she called me. Management need to hire more efficient workers.

The African American lady on the morning shift was excellent. She helped me otp, n also when I actually arrived. The Hispanic mgr with the brace on her leg was a delight as well. I haven't visited the shop in years, but they both made my experience a breeze. Nice, friendly, n very informative about my vehicle....

Went in for an oil change and had them test the battery and I'm glad I did. I got a new one and they installed it.

Hands down the Auto Care Center here is top rate. They go above and beyond a simple oil change and do a comprehensive review of the undercarriage and other areas that might need looking into. They top off all other fluids if they're low and vacuum the vehicle to boot. Highly recommend.

Got there early when they opened they attended me right away and got to changing two tires out. Everything went well and customer service was great!

Literally the worst ever! Do not trust your car with these people. They were filthy and didn t nearly do anything they were supposed to do. Left marks and grease all in the interior. Took an hour with me being the only customer present. They overcharged me and could even figure out how to refund me. In plain words: THEY SUCK. I will be requesting a full refund.

When I arrived to pick up my online order no one was there to help when the manager arrived I asked for assistance and was not even acknowledged that I was there horrible customer service then tell me I haven't paid like how I had to pay for it to ship to the store location shaking my head.

Took my car in 7/21 august my driveway full of oil so I called the store an corporate an went back to the store .where Noah checked again no leak he says until I showed him pictures of my driveway they said valve cover gaskets wear out I wasn't leaking oil before I went in that gasket was fine took it to a REAL mechanic timing tensions screw was not screw mechanic let me touch it it wasn't screws on properly so all of the oil has leaked out sorriest job I've ever seen a yard mechanic could have done a better job I will never an would advise anyone not to ever use the Walmart autocsre on West rd

Walked in there with a tire problem and walked out happy. Cj run that counter inside like a general and the supervisor Mary was in the garage HANDLING BUSINESS along with the whole crew that closes there(because it get hectic there). I appreciate y all. Y all hardwork definitely didn t go unnoticed with me. Thank y all very much !

Always have in excuse to no work on your car. A place that change oil. Does not have oil. Only synthetic oil the expensive one

The woman working 12/19/2022 at 7:00 AM is very unprofessional. I walked up to the doors at 6:58 AM and she was right there on her phone giving me dirty faces telling me that she was closed and I said OK I will go wait in my car so I waited in my car and I got back to the doors around 7:03 AM because I seen all the lights turned on inside of the shop at 7 o clock. So I walked back up to the sliding doors and she s walking around inside and she sees me standing and continues to give me dirty faces and not open the door. I stood there for about five minutes in the freezing cold, and another man walks up and he stands there for an additional 10 minutes.I went and got back in my car I had to get my oil changed before work and now it is 7:15. I am not able to get it changed anymore due to this time delay, I don t even want her touching my car because of how unprofessional she was. I will NOT BE BACK.

Rudy had everything in the system as quoted from yesterday. Took about 15 minutes longer than quoted, but all good. The female manager stated to bring back every 8K miles for free balancing and rotation at any Walmart! That's awesome!Need somewhere for customers to sit. Lazy people hanging around and all on their phones. This is the third time I ve come here and each time it s 2 hours for a simple tire patch. Horrible and I ll have to drive to another farther one next time.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought road hazard warranty for my tire. Came in for a flat tire repair. They said it was going to be at least 2 hour wait time. A waste of money. Went to a small tire repair shop spent $5 and waited half an hour.

The guy in front of me they did not change his oil because the nut was too tight I was laughing until it was my turn. They did not change my oil because my oil stick was not the original and its impossible to add 5 quarts of oil like the manufacture says and check with an aftermarket dip stick. In short this guys are making sure they turn customers away so they can just get paid to be there. How about them apples... I will fire the manager down...

Although the work was done the service is lacking. There is one person trying to service customers which is unacceptable. I called several times before coming and the phone was never answered. Waited in my car for someone to come assist me and they didn't come "because it was raining". So I got out, went in and someone was eventually sent out to get my car. Walmart doesn't provide employees with rain gear? This location is I've pretty much stopped coming to. Sad

This is the worst place to go ever!! I went in to get my oil changed it was about 3:55pm. Mind you when I walked inside there was probably 3 employee(lube techs) if they can even call theirselves that, but just sitting down behind the counter and no cars in the shop. The lady at the desk tells me " we aren't taking anymore work for the day because we are closing at 5" ok? A oil change takes less then 30 minutes. She continues to tell me sorry we are not taking anybody else. So y'all are going to all jus sit on your lazy asses and get paid for a whole other hour doing nothing? That doesn't even make any sense. Like I read in the other reviews they find any reason to turn away service. Everybody in that place should be fired. If I could give ZERO stars, that would be great!

They put on different tires than I purchased after skipping me twice in line. The manager guaranteed to replace the tires if any issues but no longer works there The store manager is never available and corporate only takes messages. Problem never resolved smh

Do you need a quick oil change? DO NOT COME HERE!!I got there on Monday morning and it took them 1HOUR and 45 minutes to get it done. I wish would have known that or they told me that so I could go somewhere. Disappointed.

I ve been getting my oil change here for a year now and I m shock with all these bad reviews, since I ve never had a bad experience here nor seen one happen. Everyone is nice but Cj always makes it a marvelous experience, shes a hard worker getting all the customers by herself in a timely manner, with excellent custom service skills!
