The worst place you can come, bad service reps with an attitude like you re begging. They stopping working on my car and went to work on a car that came an hour after i was here on the outisde doing diagnosis and left only to come back to me and tell me after 2 hours that they so not have my tire in stock while its under warranty. If i can give a negative -10 that s what they worth.

They literally did not put the cap back after service. Also drain plug is leaking now. Have never had issues with oil leaks in my Honda Crv. Never coming back

A few days ago I came to this service center and asked for advice to buy a battery for my vehicle, which did not work due to the type of battery I needed since they do not have the appropriate personnel to be able to advise customers and at the time of wanting to return for the "supposed guarantee they offer" they come up with many excuses as did Mrs. Kacie who assisted me today along with other colleagues, so in no way do I recommend this service center to provide maintenance or search any other type of vehicle service I wouldn't give them even half a negative star for rating.

I will NEVER come to this place to get my oil changed again!!! I had been waiting for 2 hours to get my oil changed. I was shopping around when I received a call from the Walmart Auto Center. I had missed the call but I had immediately called back and there was no answer. I went back to the auto area and there was a customer ahead of me. Who was dealing with an issue about a car battery. I saw them when they pulled my car out and I was thinking they were done. Once it was my turn at the register, I asked about my car. They told me they had canceled the oil change because they needed me to sign something first. I asked for the manager whose name is Walter, told me they called me and also sent a text message trying to reach me. The last text message I received from them stated that they started on my car. I explained to him how I have been waiting in line but all he told me was if I wanted an oil change I had to get back in line which was another 2 hours. I had my kids with me and I didn't think it was right to send me to the back when they didn't even call my name to see if I was in the line waiting. They are very disorganized and it's sad to have people like this in customer service that didn't even try to solve the issue. Congratulations Walmart, you have lost another customer!!

Worst service ever! When I showed up to drop my car off nobody helped me and when someone finally did she was on her personal phone talking the entire time. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change over two hours later they still had not serviced my car on account of not having the oil for my car. The lady claimed that they tried calling me several times but I had no missed calls at all from any numbers. I called THEM multiple times to ask about the status of my car and they never answered the phone so I doubt they called me at all. I finally just went back up there to see if my car was ready. Worst service and a waste of my time they didn t take accountability and tried to act like because I did not answer their calls it was my fault that my car was not serviced. The only solution that I was offered was to go into the store and buy the oil myself for them to use. Very ghetto and unprofessional! I took my car in at 12:30 and went back at 3, it wasn t an early time for them not to know they didn t have the oil to let me know whenever I dropped the car off. They need to hire better employees

Worst customer service ever! I went to get my car battery changed, and they told me it was going to take about 20-30min. I waited for about an hour and watched 4 guys looking at my car and just 1 "working" after more than 1hr, I asked the lady about my car, she called one of the guys and his answer was that they couldn't take my battery off and change it.... my car was just sitting there, and none told me it couldn't be replaced. They don't care about customer service or time.... DON'T GO EVER TO GET CAR SERVICE HERE! IT IS BEYOND UNNACCEPTABLE!!! WORST PEOPLE WORKING THERE... besides, they seemed to be high or on something weird... actitude very distracted.... not even paying attention or making sense of what they were talking about...

So I came here on a Sunday it was like 2pm and the guy said it was going to be a hour wait. So I was like okay sure that s fine I didn t leave until 4:45pm. Rob was just walking around on his phone calling some one asking about some keys. The other guys was just standing around for awhile not doing anything. I swear this was the slowest oil change I ever got. When it hit 3 I asked what was taking so long and the guy said they was waiting on the oil to drain out my car I m like it takes a hour for oil to drain out. Definitely do not recommendService: Oil change

No complaints. Reasonable prices, good customer service, services I have requested were satisfactory and I will continue to use walmart auto care. Sheila in customer service always has a smile and is very helpful

This place is never open on time and the hours listed online are never correct. The phone is always left ringing off the hook. Showed up for an oil change at 7am on Sunday only to see a board posted saying they open at 8am. I show up at 8am an hour later and still nothing. None of the bays open, no one to be seen inside. Why bother running this center when for the same price a reputable local mechanic shop can do it better?Service: Oil change

I had two new tires put on. The air pressure in the tires was low, the max Psi on the tires is 51psi and the tires was at 35 Psi after the worker put them on. A customer shouldn't have to check and put air in their tires. Also one of my tire stems was installed incorrectly and air can't get in it properly to air it up.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacementServices: Tires, Auto tire replacement

The only reason I got a four is because when I showed up there because of the car had the battery is underneath the windshield and a mechanic did not want to do what he had to do to get my battery out of the car so that's why they got four stars and it was the second Walmart I was at the first one wouldn't do it at all but at least that there are a lot of conversation they did install it but they did not reinstall it correctly I had to go back and put it back together the correct way and connect the hoses to the clamps that they belong on and tighten the bolts I did that myself because it was all loose

I came to get my cars battery replaced and the wait time was not long at all compared to the Walmart on walters road! I also liked how their auto shop was not connected to the Walmart store so in return it was less chaotic. The workers were nice and attentive

found tires for my Tundra in srock and within 2 hours had me back on the road. Great prices that included lifetime balancing and rotation.....the cashier in automotive was a bit off and non engaging otherwise i would have given a 5 star.

Takes too long to do the most basic repairs and services. They are not even the most economic. But if you wish to wait upwards of 5 hours for new tires, by all means be my guest.Mostly younger people work here. Customer service is horrific. Seems they don't understand one cannot use their personal phone during work. One should never snap at a CLIENT no matter what. Call for a manager and let them handle it. Mostly; if you aren't sure, find someone who is sure. Don't lie. It's business.

That depends on which location you are talking about. Louetta crossing does not deserve even one star. I was told I would have to wait at least two hours to have my battery checked. The location on the 99 feeder and Riley Fuzzle gets the five stars. Drove in, battery was checked in less than five minutes and the gentleman assisting me walked inside to the auto department with me to find a product I needed. He is worth the five stars and some. He was amazing.I will never go to Louetta Crossing again. 99 and Riley Fuzzle is further for me, but well worth the longer drive.

I was extremely lucky when I went to get an oil change today. Tons of people, but the employees helped everyone like a pro. Did I have to wait? Yes I did since I went for an oil change, but any time a mechanic came inside to explain something to a different customer, they would tell me my wait time. Don't change the employees, they're awesome

I came in at 130 to purchase a battery for my car. I asked a gentleman outside that was pulling a car out if he knew the wait it would be he told me once he seen my name in the system he could change my battery no problem . By once i arrived at the counter moments later he told the gentleman Kevin behind the counter that he was going to break. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . Then as I m trying to give Kevin my information he is distracted talking with many other people not even speaking with me. After moments of waiting for his attention again he tells me it will be 30 minutes. I go shop with my 1 year old daughter to grab a few things needed for my home and come back exactly 35 minutes later my battery is still sitting on the counter and i asked to speak with the manager back here. He snaps at me and says it s going to be 30 mins longer before they even touch my car and rolls his eyes and walks away. I will never ever come here again

I went to get my oil changed. My skid plate was apparently missing screws. I asked how much it would cost, but they didn't have the part. Then, I had to wait to pay. While i was waiting, someone spilt a drink. The lady at the counter saw this, saw them halfway wipe it up, and did nothing until she was walking to go do something with another employee and they had to walk threw it. The other employee tried to grab paper towels and clean it up while the one in automotive just kept saying "oh, it's all over the place." She finally called maintenance to clean up and walked away. When she came back, I was finally able to pay and she said they wouldn't change my oil because of the missing screws. I said "okay, you didn't tell me that," when she then tried to argue with me and tell me she did say that. I guarantee you, if she'd told me that I wouldn't have stood in there with someone else's child shrieking while my baby was sleeping. She had absolutely no customer service skills.Update: after calling for clarification, they aren't allowed to touch your car for an oil change if you're missing a screw due to a screw up an employee had. That is fine... what isn't fine is the woman couldn't answer questions and had to hand the phone to the mechanic (which would only slow down every one else's service). Why are you working a counter if you know nothing about that division and have no customer service skills?

Was forced to drive home on this tire today, got to walmart at 6:46pm and was turned away. The sign showed they close at 7, online said they close at 7. I begged for help and they sent me away. This isn't legal, I don't understand why they refused to help me. I was so scared going home. The guys told me to go to discount tire down 1960 on this tire even though they know they close at 5pm.Why are your employees forcing customers into possibly life endangering situations walmart? Do you really not care about your customers this much?Don't think I will ever shop at this location againI would give them 0 stars if I could.

Overall my experience with the auto care of Walmart was good. The first time I went there I sit there 6 hours or longer. I was so upset. But I didn't let that get in my way. I went back a second time. I went back it was much better than before. I will only there about an hour.

I don t appreciate how I payed for a oil change and they told me they would also top my fluids off and vacuum clean it .. but when I get inside my car it still needed vaccumed that hadn t touch anything.. So I politely ask them to vacuum clean it. When I go back the second time and left they didn t vacuum under seats or side ..... So if I was anybody else that decides to go to this Walmart auto make sure that you watch the service be done and don t go off shopping in Walmart get your money worths!

CHRISTIAN has the poorest communication skills I've ever witnessed. Said my car would be done in an hour and it hadn't even been pulled in the bay. He said it was being worked on but it was still exactly where I parked it. He would react to my questions but never once responded verbally. I had to cancel my oil change due to another appointment with my doctor. I wont be using the Autocare section of this walmart due to CHRISTIANS incompetence.

Called several times just to get a quote on some tires. Phone keep ringing for a while only for them to answer and hang up on me several times. Huge waste of time and effort from my end. Customer service need to buy turn up a notch.
