I came here to get an status of my battery, I was attended by Bryan he was awesome!!! I received not only fast service but also the Best. Bryan was always kind and he gave to me an excellence service.

They are understaffed. 2 guys outside, 1 at the cashier. One changes oil , the other one tires. They accept appointments but plan to spend good time there. It took an hour for oil change, and two hours to get tires replaced (with appointment, and I was the first one at 7:am) . Staff is very nice, so don't blame them for the slow service. Is hot outside, and I bet salary is low...be kind!

I'm calling on the phone and never got the answer I called multiple times over and over for automotive. Only others departments would answer. I purchased a battery from there several years ago. It was still under warranty. Didn't have it in stock so I purchased another battery come to find out. I was sold the incorrect battery the first time.

Good luck getting someone on the phone here. Just call Discount Tire if you need tires, as these walmart folks really do live up to their reputation of "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"!! Absolutely terrible place to get help! Bunch of miserable people work here.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and my car was done expeditiously. Special shot out to the manager, jessica, amazing customer service.

They are horrible. I came in on a Sunday at 5pm only 2 cars were in the bay one for a oil change and the other was getting a battery changed. They have 4 workers and 1 hour 45 min later they just start working on my oil change. Now 37 mins later they finish with my oil change. This location needs a complete firing of techs and start over with all new one. Do Not Use This Walmart Auto Service CenterService: Oil change

If you ever need quality and quick service, I would highly recommend that you reconsider. I was told a one and a half to two hour wait, but i ended up staying for over three hours. They only worked on the cars that they would make more money off of and didnt even touch or look my car the entire time. Not only this, when I requested for my keys back, they began to raise their voice at me and refused to allow me my own car keys. If I was able to, I would rate this place with negative stars.

I went to purchase and install new tires in my car. The auto care customer services is good but the mechanical area is slower than what I was aspecting. You need to add more staff at the mechanical side.Thank you

So the staff was very friendly, no complaints about that. The real problem here is the lack of teamwork... seems like everyone is working for themselves which is the reason you have giant wait times... manager stocking things when there are 4 people waiting to pay? Maybe I'm wrong but that's when the manager jumps in at an open register and keeps the line moving. The. There was this lady obviously mad because it took like 2 hours for an oil change and to change a battery... less playing more working people

If I could post with no stats I would. Horrible! Almost 3 hours for a tire patch and oil change!! (So many curse words were used in the making of this post.)

The guys finished the oil change smoothly! After leaving, only to realize the valve stem was leaking air. They were able to fix it. Thanks a lot for your hard work techs and keep your heads up!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never like to write negative reviews, but I cannot hold back my anger. These people who work here believe they have the right to yell at their customers and raise their voices. They promised an hour to two hour wait, but after three hours, my mother just wanted the car keys back and we would go elsewhere. We are in no wrong, but the workers there began to raise their voice at my mother and cause a scene. Will never go back and I STRONGLY recommend no one waste their time here.

Went in to return a truck battery. Long line that moved slowly. The young man they had working the counter was competent and doing his best, but he needed help. They have 3 registers so it's clearly set up to add customer service staff when things are busy.When I finally got to the counter he tested the battery but still had to call a manager to do the return. The manager showed up quickly and took care of it efficiently. But the relatively simple task (that I had to go to the auto department to complete) took as long as all of the rest of my shopping that day.

Wait times are unacceptable at this location. There were 3 techs working, one car in front of mine and took more than 3 hours to get some tires installed. Not busy at all. It was a Monday morning 10am on President s Day Holiday. Poor tech work ethic is reflective of poor management by service manager and of store manager. Avoid location at 15595 FM 529 at all cost.

When I started up my vehicle after a tire rotation, my tire pressure light was on. I was given different way to fix the situation, but a young man by the name of Justin spoke up and took control of the situation in a professional manner. He went above and beyond to ensure great customer service and got the dash light to turn off. Had it not have been for him speaking up there s no telling how that situation would have ended.

The wait was way too long like 3 hours just for a simple oil change. Plus they allowed a very loud and rude customer to curse and scream and pour beer on the ground and cause a disturbance when they should have had her escorted out of there.

I wish that I could give this place zero stars. The worse customer service known to man. I waited 3 hours for an oil change with 6 cars ahead of meI arrived at 10:30 am. Walked around the store and came back to find the technician that had just let the hood of my car up at 12 helping a lady with her battery. My hood stayed up from 12 and was finally finished at 1:15pm. I inquired why he let the hood up and wasn't working on it, since I'd already seen him drain the old oil. His response was he only does what he is told to do. RIDICULOUS!!! I will never visit this Walmart every again. 1960 would never treat its customers with such disregard. I wish Target had an automotive center.

Need 0 stars. Have been there twice in last 2 weeks. They claim they don't have the oil filter for my car. Idk why they haven't ordered parts needed to provide auto service. Smh.

Terrible. Went to get a tire repair and after an hour later the it was not fixed and they left grease in my car.Update 11-2020; Horrible customer service. Floor person that was putting up clothes in the men's department was completely blocking one isle in the middle of the store while talking on her cellphone. Ridiculous.

This place has terrible customer service. I went there for a oil change. They had two cars in the garage and I was the only person waiting in line. I waited and waited as multiple workers looked at me and kept walking around doing other things. No one came to ask what services I needed, give me a wait time, waive to say they would be there shortly. Eventually I just drove away and went to Firestone down the street. Seriously don't waste your time going to this place.

Went there. Was told to wait for a mechanic to come out to look at the battery. Waited over an hour for nothing. No one even came. Sad.

Just came back from this terrible place. I really hate it. Cashier asked to talk to service guy first. Then I went out to talk to service guy. The service guy told me to talk to the cashier firstly. Then I had to go in again to talk to Cashier. Both the cashier and the service guy are Indians and they seems to hate each other. I was like a ball be kicked in and out, back and forth. Never, never go to this place again!

Got two tires online from Walmart took the to local store out them on with quick turnaround middle of Monday afternoon. Road hazard terms a little convoluted though cause of mail order tires

Takes foooooorrrrrreeeeeeeevvvvvvvveeeeeerrrrrr. I was there an hour and a half for an oil change. Checked on it with them, they said that they hadn't started yet and that they didn't know "how many more hours it will take." Then I said "Y'all need to figure out something here" to which they replied "it's been like this forever here". I ended up pulling my car out and going somewhere else. Save yourself some pain and go to one of the other dozens of auto places in the area.
