Went to get a tire plugged, sat and watched them pass me over for 40 minutes. Became frustrated and went to talk to someone. His explanation was, "he thought someone else was going to tale care of me". Only problem with that was he was the only intake person. Finally got someone to look at my tire, and he told me it was not repairable. Told me it was plugged prior. I could not argue this because someone else could have had it plugged. Problem with that was they never took the tire off the rim to inspect it. Brought it to Discount Tires, they confirmed no patch or plug was on this tire. So not only was the customer service horrendous their expertise is none existent. They lied to get me to buy a new tire from them. Beware any technical advise from wal mart automotive. Not trained, unprofessional, and unscrupulous. Let the buyer beware.

Eleanor is her. Walmart better keep her. I was here for two hours and it wasn t busy at all The rest of these people are unorganized and they cannot stay on task. I came in for an oil change and saw my car get lifted up and stay up there for 45 minutes while the same person who worked on that car was still taking new cars and then doing diagnostics on cars not even inside the shop. Then going back-and-forth between that car my car and three other car. An oil change takes 10 to 15 minutes max. I think this place would run a lot smoother if everyone focused on one car at a time. The guys on the tire side worked well togther and did their job as far as everyone else what a mess.

Absolute garbage customer service from sloths who move slower if you question the service. Just drive 15 more minutes to another Walmart Auto and save yourself an hour of frustration, because your car won t even be checked in at this auto hell.

This is such a horrible place! To make sure to be the first customer, I arrived the center at 6:50 but the door was not opened until 7:10am ( Aug.15th 2023). I tried to do oil change and tire rotation. I checked in as the very first customer at 7:15 but saw my car out after one hour later. My car was taken out without any information to me utile I went to check with them. I was told that rotation was not done yet after that LONG TIME. It took another 50 minutes to wait just for tire rotation. The guy worked on tire rotation walked around, talked to others, whistled during work. Can you believe it, 50 minutes continuous work for just tire rotation? I was in a big rush and requested to at least three front desk people for help, but there was obvious not any communication between them and garage technic crew. They just DON'T CARE! I saw through the office window at my car ten feet away be played by the young boy for 50 minutes with desperate helplessness. If you don t like to get mad, disappointed, go spend your money somewhere else! At least, I will NEVER come back!! NEVER!!

I found these discontinued New General SUV tires that had an awesome price and the mounting and balancing didn't break the bank. Personnel were courteous and helpful. If you're ever in the market for tires check out walmart. Beats buying used for near as much as new.

I go to Walmart all the time. For new tires, oil changes, car service. Everything. I don't even mind the long wait at times. But I went today to get a oil change. And whoever moved my car broke my car key. And then they had the nerve to lie and say I gave it to them like that. When I asked for the guy that checked my car in, they say he wasn't there no more. And to come in the morning to talk to management. I will be there bright and early to complain. It took $35 and an hour to get another key made some where else.

The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I have been here since 445pm on Tuesday 1/7. It is now 7pm. I asked ahead of time the eta of service and was told 1hr for the basic oil change. I asked for a follow up eta at 630 and a short, petite Mexican looked over his shoulders and gave me an estimate from the position of the car. Of 20 mintues said they are draining it now. Not an accurate eta that I asked for. He was on his way out the door in completion of his shift. I was unaware. 5 minutes until 7pm I asked for another ETA ( I did not mean to sound impatient but I have a child to pick up from daycare had i known the longer wait time i would of picked him up first) I was told 20 minutes. I have my son waiting so I asked to speak to a manager. Once I did the " manager" Sam replied rudely " who!!" Annoyed at him being requested. Regardless on time management on yalls part. Customer service is a part of your business. This could of all been avoided with proper customer service. Linda is great. I spent hours witnessing her great customer service. Something is wrong in the department lack of training or retraining needed. I will never again come to Walmart for an oil change or any auto care. Lesson learned. Venture out other locations unless you are willing to spend 2hrs or more here. Time management is off and proper management period doesn't exist. They were mixing up keys and customers since I got here.

Went for an oil change earlier this evening for my girlfriends car. Jessica, who is the associate in the automotive department, was very rude, unattentive, and very unprofessional. Now, mind you that if there are multiple customers, there will be a hefty wait... but she didn't even acknowledge the many customers waiting in line, not even going as far as saying "I'll be with you shortly." She just proceeded to curse under her breath at her service manager (who is a pretty nice guy) because he was tied up with another customer.I get it. If you have to wait for your manager to return before you can deal with your customers, impatience is a given. However, not only was she impatient. She went as far as yelling "CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING HURRY UP!!!" in front of her customers to the manager who happened to be in the shop, which is pretty well sound proofed.2 stars because the manager apologized, and because I got what I came for.The End.

Bad Service, made me get my own tires. Made me get on my knees to look for something in my tires. I called ahead of time to see if they have my tires they said yes and there is no wait time. I got there took 2 gours for them to tell me i have 2 more people in front of me and my tires are not there. Bad service , i pay for a service they should take care of it

Sunday Morning There is a 2-3 hour wait for whatever service you need. If you are in a hurry or need to be somewhere else by a certain time I don't recommend it. Over all my experience was adequate, I went in knowing there would be a wait and only 1 person working the station.

The worst walmart service center. I waited 5 hours to get an oil change. The cashier had an attitude like she didn't even want to be there. They also don't answer the phones

I dropped of my car at opening time to get an oil change. Took about 45 min.Although following week took my son car to get oil change then called to add headlight restoration...it was like kaos...not to mention showed up about 3 hrs later...and they never started on my car, a lady was there complaining she had been waiting 45 minutes to puck up here car after she called in to see if it was ready. Employees could not find keys or car? Also not one (employees) looked like they wanted to be there. There was a line of about 8 people for like 15 minutes...didn't move...but there was 3 cashiers?Employees were trying to help each other out but were bumping heads.I canceled my headlight restoration which took an hour in line paid for oil change...then cya!

The Bay Manager Michael was awesome! Totally went above and beyond and came through with only minutes until closing after another walmart refused to just put a new tire on a rim that was already off the car and balance it(5 minute job) with an hour till close. Totally saved the day!

Don't bother calling; they don't answer the phone. Unreasonable wait times and the staff seem like they'd rather be somewhere else. Had my tires mounted and balanced at Discount Tire and will not do business with Walmart again.

Well I'm glad I checked the reviews before coming here so I can decide between the money saved or the hours saved at competition like jiffy lube that only take a few minutes not hours. Sometimes time is more valuable than the extra $15 dollars when you have a short lunch break.

The first time I came here, the guy that changed my tires was clearly high - goofy smile, blood shot eyes, etc. But my wheels were put on nicely and they changed my oil for a decent price. They did NOT reset my oil monitor. Still, didn't complain.I actually went there again because it's so close. 20 mins before 7, the scruffy haired man said that they don't assist people 20 mins before close. If that's the case, then why would it say 7 instead of 6:40? I tried to call the manager, and waited an additional 20 mins before hanging up. This is a terrible walmart in general

They are always understaffed and slow no matter when you go. I ordered tires online and had them delivered to the store so I could get them installed. The email said to go to the auto center to pick them up, but the auto center sends you to layaway and never once says they can't install them today. After I get them released to me, the auto center tells me they can't install them today. They are not doing anymore tires today. It's only 5pm and they don't close until 7pm. Now my paid for tires are stuck in the auto center but the walmart system shows them as picked up. I'm told I can come back tomorrow but they can't give me an appointment nor guarantee they'll have the staff to install them. The whole time the auto center manager is fluttering around instead of intervening and providing customer service.

Walmart TLEs can be somewhat slow but this one is the worst sat for an hour and a half for 2 new tires only to be told it would be another hour. Worst part is they don't have a comfortable waiting area like most Walmart you have one bench and you can just sit and enjoy the fumes from the rubber. Came in early on a Monday so I just could understand. Needless to say I left without tired and will never be back.

This Walmart is the worst in Houston by far. A close friend of mine worked here for a few months. He applied directly at this location. After he started he explained to me that roughly 75% of the staff have been transferred to this location because they messed up at another location. That it is the last stop before they are released from employment at Walmart....It shows in the tire center. Yet I give 4 stars to the bay manager Michael. He really stayed on top of my issues and was a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff gets a 1 star.

Slow, but great service way better than Discount tires in Pearland parkway. Discount tires lost one lug nut, didn't balance the tires correctly just bad service!

Sent my dad there to go get an oil change, hes been sitting there for 4 hours, they said it would only be a 1 and a half hour wait, this is ridiculous.
