Came all the way over here one day for an oil change, because they advertise low prices. The mechanic said he cannot so this because they does not carry 0-20 oil. He did not give me the option to bring my own oil and filter. Instead, he told me to go to Firestone, which is one of most expensive auto shops.Them today I drove all the way out here to get a tire plugged or patched and again he suid he cannot do this, stating the tire is not new enough. The tire is fine. It just had a nail in it.I do not recommend this auto "care" place. They are not helpful. Don't waste your time here, like I did.

Low price tires. Installion is slow but done correctly. Plan on dropping your car off. Expect you typical Walmart employee friendliness (lol). Would come back.

They advertise a special price for an oil change and forget to mention its only for a certain amount of oil. Plus it took forever and its not a place you'd want to be at for hours. Months later (don't drive to work, just personal use) I come to find out they did bad work and its now leaking oil. Luckily my oil sensor picked it up before it can get worse. Now at a mechanic shop to see how bad they messed up.

I went in for an oil change and Gilbert greeted me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the help they provided and Victor did such a great job checking everything out for me. And the wait time was minimal. I will definitely continue to use them in the future! Great job guys, so appreciative!

They were very helpful and friendly. I wanted to get my battery changed . They did it in a very efficient manor. I was I. And out I less than 20 minutes. There was very little wait and the mechanic there was very knowledgeable about all my questions. My car wouldn't even start if I had cut it off and my hood latch was having trouble. So they accommodated me be letting me keep my hood open and running. Truly a wonderful experience the staff here is truly amazing and genuine!

Very poor customer service will not answer the phone the workers characteristics show they do not want to be there which proves they need to be under new management I will continue to go there until this matter reach global concerns

If you don't have TYRES IN STOCK so please don't tell over the phone that you have it and then DENY that you ever said you have it stock after I drove 20 minutes on a Sunday and manager frank seems like he's don't know how to handle auto care customers. NEVER RETURNING TO WALMART AUTO CARE

Every time I come here, it's a headache. Given wrong directions of where to park or who to talk to, people skipping the line (was told two cars were ahead for an oil change, employee talked to several other customers, now there's 5 cars ahead of me), unbalanced tires, and the line for oil changes block handicapped parking.I've never once had a good experience here, and it'll probably be my last. Low prices aren't worth it.

Walmart staff took the time to make recommendations regarding a new battery and gave honest advice. After deciding I wanted a new battery for my comfort, they suggested what I get and the process for installing the battery + warranty was done in under 15 minutes

Made me wait two hours just to tell me they couldn t install my tires because they didn t have VW wheel locks. When I checked in they knew it was a VW, they couldn t tell me right there that they weren t going to be able to service me?Service: TiresService: Tires

Virginal is a lifesaver! I had my oil changed 5 days ago at another shop. On my way to work today a light came on that said no oil pressure and my car started sounding funny. I pulled over immediately and happened to be in walmart parking lot and saw the Auot Center sign like a beacon of light. I pulled around and explained what happened. They checked the oil and it was completely dry. They added more and I was on my way. I pulled out onto the street just to have Virgina honking behind me in her personal vehicle. All of my new oil had drained out and she saved me and my car from breaking down. I came back and they discovered the previous place didn't tighten the filter and the oil was leaking everywhere! Virginia and her team fixed everything and saved me from completely ruining my new (to me) car. They are amazing! 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!!!

They literally didn t know what they re doing, I drove there in a storm and they told me the appointment is canceled, with no prior notification, i tried calling them before getting there but they didn t answer too

Giving it 3 stars only because of length of wait, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.1st time at getting oil change at this location. I waited almost 4 hours for oil change to be done when I was told "about an hour" after being told there were 2 cars in front of me. Even though it was taking a long time, ordinarily I wouldn't have minded - but it was 1st day out from being sick and i saw employees and customers coming in not wearing masks. Check in person was working elsewhere or was on break and the cashier was very busy with customers. Bay Service supervisor at one point came to apologize for long delay which was very nice of her.

This place seems that nobody knows what s going on. Had me drive up here after I called for a oil change. Then try to charge me separately for the oil and filter! Saying they don t carry this for my truck in the garage. I just got a oil change at a Walmart still have the oil change sticker in my window. I thought they all was the same. Took almost 3 hours to patch a tire at 3:30 on a weekday. Insanely slow with no updates. Also, they go out of order in which the cars arrived. Do not recommend.

I called at 1:45 and asked about tires, and an alignment was told it would cost $215. And the wait time is 2 hrs but if not come back at 6 got there at 6 was told they can't replace the two front tires. And that they don't do alignments. So I asked for an oil changed and supposedly my oil pan is leaking, and my radiator was leaking which neither was but they was ready to close even though they don't close until 7 was not happy at all horrible service or lack of service I should say. If I could give zero stars I would 9-18-22

The experience bwas horrible. I'm not sure why the auto department would schedule only one tech to work. I arrived around 9:00 am to purchase a tire and have it put on the wait was ridiculous.I finally took my tire and had it put it on someone else

I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come unlocked a cage for me to buy a wrench. I went into Auto to asked for a quote for a set a tires and I was simple told I don't have any. Come when we not busy. They cost about 60 dollars. I was not allowed to even request what I wanted and never received the quote smh of course no management presence

Very bad tire center , I never understood why they never understand how to handle customers. They are trying to send back customers not to service them , they give some dummy reason to say that they are busy.

Looking at others reviews briefly, I can't speak to their tire service. However, if you need a battery changed, this is the place to go. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Tyrus was highly efficient, managing general customer check out and auto check outs, relaying to his co workers what I was there for and letting me know exactly what to do to get my battery installed. Also, I feel like I vaguely remember more check out lines being staffed.

They were very friendly, and efficient... I did 2 cars in less than 45 min.. and even though they didn't have my Cadi filter on their shelf... the store sold it, they saved my spot in line... and they discounted the filter cost from the oil change... did a full check, fluids, battery, tires, and even vacuumed my carpets. . Very happy.

People were okay, manager was nice but they take WAYYYY to long!! Do not come here if you are in a rush!A simple oil change when it wasn t busy took then about 40. But then instead of finishing with the fuel injection they take my car out pause then take it back in to do it. At that time I talked to the manager he told me it takes another 20 min, after half an hr I asked someone to check on it to have them tell me it ll be another 20-30 mins ! Like they hadn t started it to begin with! If he had been honest with me and said it ll be 40 -60 min I would ve said never mind I ll do it later and left.

Garbage Customer Service.Waited in the auto department 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me.Mind you that the Service Manager and an auto employee stood there talking.I was there to buy a tire and after someone decided to help me, he rudely asked me for my tire size. I gave him the year, make and model and he told me he could not look it and for me to go outside and get it.When I returned, I waited another 10 minutes just for another employee to tell me that they don't have that size in stock.Never asked me if I wanted to order it or not.Walmart has 0 competition and they know it. That's why don't care if a customer is satisfied or happy.Needless to say I took my business somewhere else.As far as groceries, I'll go to HEB and everything else I'll order from Amazon.

Went in for an oil change early morning. The mechanic said they don t have the filter for my car so they can t do it. I was confused since I have changed there less than a year ago so I asked again. Instead of kindly reaffirming, he said I didn t listen, go to another Walmart in a rude tone. I know it s early morning but still...

The wait for service first is a major issue. Make sure you ask how many cars are there before you give them the keys because they won't tell you. The first time I gave them the keys I ask them how long they told me it will take 30mins. So I was walking around the store for about 45 minutes come to find out it my car wasn't wasn't done plus one of the mechanics was going to lunch it was going to be a 2 hour wait so you have to take it upon yourself to ask the mechanics is there any cars ahead & how long is the waitlist all to save money...

Awesome visit. My battery was dead at work and I managed to get my car to Walmart. Associate Bryan help me out and had the new battery installed within 15 minutes. He was super friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back again. Very rare to meet great individuals like him.
