Found this dealer on Ebay, communication was fast and to the point. Robert and Hugo were great to deal with. Thought it would be hard to purchase a car in Texas when I am in MA. It was fast and easy and the car was better when it arrived, I was floored with the condition. Already emailed them to find me another car, thank you both for a great experience

While shopping for wheels for my other 911, the craigslist rabbithole lead me to an ad for victory. I saw the wheels I wanted already on a very well priced 911... so I did what any logical car guy would, I just bought the car. Robert was very helpful during the entire transaction, answering questions, facilitating shipping, and setting up the wire transfer. I am very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend them. You don't get a 100% review rating on EBAY by chance. Look at their verified purchases.

I visited VMC on April 12th upon stumbling on an ad on eBay. I wasn't sure of my initial impression of this boutique dealership as I never been to an operation such as this and it's my first purchase of a German luxury vehicle.A PPI was done on the vehicle on Aril 21st. My mechanic said the vehicle is a great example and only typical maintenance was needed to be serviced. The service manager, Hugo, offered to amend the needed fluid flushes.For service and communication I give Mister Robert Neal and his staff a 5/5.For me, life is about perspective, there are two sides to a coin. A buyer has to play their cards and the dealership has their cards to be played. Mr. Neal did an honest job representing his product and was very flexible to my schedule.No deal, whether in a transaction of motor vehicles or property, is going to be 100% or 5/5 but doing the best with what you got is better than perfect.

I can't say enough about how EASY Robert and his staff made it for me to finally get the 911 I've been looking for. I had been searching for months around the nation and it only took a matter of weeks of me moving to Houston to find something perfect at Victory. Buying a 1988 911 isn't an easy task and Robert was very flexible with the expectations that I had, even had a spare OEM spoiler laying around and that saved me from having to go out and find something else! The car is near flawless, has no oil leaks and runs like a champ. Thanks guys, really appreciate all of the hard work and effort to make this OCD customer happy!

I consigned my 1981 Porsche 911 with this company with the agreement that I wanted a minimum price which was stated in the written agreement. I also told them in the written agreement I wanted them to sell the car for the highest possible amount.The owner sold the car for over $15,000 above my minimum price and try to give me the minimum amount that I wanted for the vehicle. He is a dishonest person in my opinion, and I would never ever do business with him in the future.

Awesome experience.I bought a 2013 911S. Robert told me the car was super clean and in perfect condition. It is! I highly recommend Victorymotorcars. Robert and Hugo are exceptional to deal with. They set up transportation and the car was delivered in excellent condition within 24 hours. Thank you Robert, I ll be getting one of those classic 911 s soon.

Purchased a 997 from Nevada and used Victory to schedule pickup/transport/inspection and a few service needs on the vehicle.I know several high end shops that can service vehicles of this caliber but none compared to the overall experience with Robert and Hugo at Victory. From a clean shop to professional friendly associates, they are a step above others. The 997 was delivered perfect. This is the only place that will touch my P-car.Having 13+ years in the customer service world, it s nice to see and deal with others that share the same expectations. Many thanks Victory.

Bought my first Porsche from Robert sight unseen. His reviews and communication made me confident that the car was as it should be and it was! He arranged shipping for me and the car showed up exactly as I expected. Great price, great car and overall a great experience. Assuming this will be my first of a few Porsche s and I will be checking back with them once it s time for the next one!

The only reason I'm giving this business one star is because sadly, zero stars wasn't an option. I live on the east coast and was ready to fly across the country to test drive a vehicle, but their customer service (or lack thereof) was so bad that I cancelled my flight. Robert, the business owner, originally claimed that the car had just been sold, then he backpedaled and said it was available again two weeks later. However, he refused to allow any local mechanic to inspect the car for me. Instead, he insisted that I come look at it myself that very weekend. These slick high pressure sales tactics are simply not an option for someone who lives over a thousand miles away.

Robert the owner of Victorymotorcars was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of selecting, purchasing, and prepping my 2010 Porsche 911 for delivery to CT. The car was well represented and I m very happy with it. The shipper he coordinated got here extremely fast from TX with good communication, the car also arrived unscathed. I would definitely buy another one from him (which my wife has already suggested after driving it)! I recommend the dealership to others.

I had a great experience with these guys. Robert was super helpful, and the stock is amazing. Definitely worth checking out the showroom! It was a truly competitive price on the car I bought and it's running very nicely. I can't wait to buy another one of their cars in the future.

The worst car buying experience of my life. Do NOT believe anything these guys say to you about the condition of a car they're trying to sell you. What was described to me as a great example turned out to be the opposite.The car had all four fenders replaced, and when the doors were reattached, they didn't even bother to repaint the bolts, easily flagging the bodywork performed. Not only that, the entire car leaned to the right, due to improperly aligned panels.I trusted their review, but as I was spending $50,000, I wanted to get a second opinion at the local Porsche dealership. The amazing and shocking thing is, they backed up the claims of Victory, and didn't site any accident damage. This points to collusion between Victory and the local authorized dealer, so maybe this is how it's done in that area.This car must have either two good sized accidents, or one really big one, as there was absolutely no original paint left on the car. They even tried to disguise some interior wear with a quick respray of the seats with a thin membrane of some sort. It peeled off shortly revealing the true condition of the seats.Bottom line, these guys are your classic used car salesmen. You can't trust them or anything they say. Beware.

I took a chance buying a old Porsche. It looks new and runs great. Unfortunately, after one day the problems started.... its an old car but some of this stuff could have been easily addressed prior to shipment. Still happy with the vehicle but have been only able to drive 2 days in 6 weeks due to repairs. Make sure you go over every detail prior to purchase.

Was searching for a low mile GTI when I found the awesome White 2015 GTI owned by the lead Tech at Victory motor cars in Houston. Had several conversations with the owner Robert Neal . They had very detailed photos and info on the car which assisted greatly in my decision making . I live out of state so being able to physically see the car was difficult. I asked many questions which were addressed and answered in a very fast timeline. I started the purchase process with Robert and within a week I was on my way down to pick up my outstanding GTI .They Lead tech Adam was extremely meticulous about this car and you couldn t tell this car was driven outside the slim 12000 miles on the odometer. This GTI is spotless ! We drove the car back home with no issues, approximately 850 miles. I will say that if and when a Porsche or other vehicle is in my sight I will be looking up Victory motor cars for future purchases ! They were honest and helpful and highly recommend them if you are looking for a beauty of a pre-owned sports car !

The communication will be great when you first make contact with the dealership. Once they find out you know a bit about cars, it will start to slow down. Paragraphs will drop to sentences and sentences to words.Please....review what ever documention they provide. You will find out a great deal about where the car truely comes from and not where it is actually located. Get a PPI (best money ever spend). Local Porsche dealers in Houston will not do it but there are a few shops that will and make note of what you want them to focus on. Note that they want to sell you a car and you want to me sure it does It does not become a money pit.Once you have the findings and want to talk about it, good luck getting a reply. Two days later I received one that stated Sold $xxxxx My opinion, do your homework and if you can, find a local car.... perfect.

I Took my Porsche to Victorymotorcars to get the mechanics of my convertible roof repaired and was quoted $400 by Hugo. A few days later, I was told my car was ready for collection and went to pick it up, only to find out that the roof wasn t fixed as promised.Unfortunately I had already paid the required amount upfront and when I expressed my dissatisfaction I was met with excuses. After various emails to the owner and manager I was ignored and never managed to get my money back or my roof repaired.To add insult to injury, only a month after getting my car serviced at the same place, I got a check engine oil level warning message appear on my car. I wouldn t be surprised if they didn t service it at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys! Complete time wasters and rip offs! You are much better off going to the Porsche dealer! Im not the type of person to write bad reviews, but this is just robbery!

Communication with them is pretty good overall. I was trying to buy a car from them that looked good in pics and said it was from Texas. Which was all a lie I told them to do a pre purchase inspection and they wouldn t do it. Turn out the car is from Meryland from 1989-2010 then it went to Virginia 2010-2015 and then finally it went to Texas

I have one of their former customers Porsche in my shop at this moment. Several parts that were charged to the customer that were never replaced were found. Came to check the reviews to see if it s a common occurrence and apparently so.

Get a PPI, talk to them about any issues and they'll get it taken care of, got a 996 turbo from them with a few issues and they got it taken care of, though don't expect any older porche to be completely issue free so make sure to get a PPI
