Very poor experience. Dropped vehicle off, expected a quote. Never received one. Later found out that they just wanted to use my insurance's estimate as their full quote, and never intended to actually give me a fair price. Their price is double that of the most expensive body shop in the area. Utterly useless.Also started work when told to not do so, just to be able to charge. Posted are photos of their ridiculous charges for "breakdown" as well as $400 in "processing fees" (they just made them up in the spot) for talking to the insurance company twice in two days (note the storage fee time).Also posted is a quote from Collision King, the most expensive shop in the area. VM wants to charge over 5,000 for the same repair, claiming that "every other shop has missed details that make it more expensive." More like they want to eat up your insurance proceeds with fraudulent charges. Try anyone else, you'll be better taken care of.Another also: included a picture of the pad they used to make up the "processing fee" on his desk.Update 3/23/2021: After talking to an attorney, apparently it's illegal to begin work without a signed estimate work authorization. Will continue to update.Update 5/2/2021: I've finally started the process with my attorney, which begins with a letter of arbitration/settlement. After it's sent certified mail, they have 30 days to respond, or the matter will be escalated to the next step. Everything is moving at the speed of Covid, but I will continue to update.Service: Body & Trim
