Exceptional service! They were able to change my front windshield in under an hour! Also, have great prices and a two year special for rock chips. Very pleased!! Went in to replace passenger door window and also got the front windshield replaced!

Easy appointment making & the staff is excellent. The job of replacing my windshield on my Porsche 911 GTS was done in an hour!! I provided the OEM glass & they picked it up from the dealership. I paid $195 for the installation & it s lifetime guaranteed. I highly recommended this place!

I had above and beyond service from the beginning here at VIP Glass. I was referred from the Honda Katy dealership, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. John and his team were extremely accommodating with me and my schedule, which was a huge help.Driving back from Austin, I got a rock chip on the road from a truck, and at first I went to a 3rd party place to seal it... they drilled a hole, made my crack worse, and it ended up spreading across my whole window.VIP was able to get me an appointment that allowed me to drop my car off, and they were able to replace my windshield extremely quickly the next day. My civic has LKAS and ACC as well, and VIP calibrated my car perfectly. My window looks amazing, thank you to John, Lisa, and the whole team that helped me set this up. 100% recommend to anyone and everyone, especially if you need your sensors calibrated. Hands down the BEST at windshield repair! I've had a few chips repaired here, and while they always have the disclaimer about how the process may not yield a perfect result, I'm ALWAYS impressed by just how good they are and what a huge difference it makes. This place has literally saved me thousands of dollars. $$$This is a locally owned businesses by good community members and a winner for me every time.

V.I.P. Glass is an amazing place to get your windshield replaced, they installed my new windshield and took care of any concerns or questions that I had pertaining to installation and setting up an appointment. Great place. Window cracked on Monday and they were able to get me in on Wednesday. Changed the window quickly Looks great have no problems. Great staff very transparent and accommodating. Price was great too

I brought in my vehicle for a door glass replacement. They answered all my questions and they were flexible with my work schedule. The tech also did a great job cleaning out the broken glass and did recommend I get it detailed after to make sure all the glass is out from inside the car. he also took his time to explain that the rest of the glass in the door panel that he was not able to reach will fall through the hole at the bottom of the door later. So far, the installation is excellent. The tech and the manager explained how to take care of the installation until it cures. . The glass used is above average in quality and Their shop is clean and neat. UUDATEGosh...now you said you don't have me in your record. Tell your workers care and take care of other ppl car when they work on it. Don't run away from this.I had got mine done replace windshield few days ago, these guys never care about your car. they broke my windshield and cracked all over front seats. The seat are dirty with their shoes prints on It. I cut my hand when I tried to clean the seats. The worst experience ever!

Looked them online and drove up for a rock chip repair. I came here based on reviews and that they have a brick and mortar location! Great customer service I was in and out and the repair was done perfectly! I also got a quote for a new windshield just incase. They also offer an unlimited rock chip program with purchase of a new windshield and TBH that s a great option especially on these Texas Roads!!!!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Used because of their good reviews about service. Were not the cheapest but fairly price for the reputation. Process and service was excellent. Quote online and and next day work.Only wish they had provided options for a glass closer to the factory stock even if more money. Also the edges are exposed . The service was exceptional. My appointment was at 12 PM. I arrive 10 minutes early and they began to work immediately. No time wasted. They finished the work very quickly. My experience was very professional and very polite. The window that was replaced. Looks great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs any glass repair.. A rock shattered my window on 290 one morning while heading into work, so I pulled over to check it out. I called Lisa at VIP and she immediately sent her tech to the warehouse for my replacement window so I wouldn't have to wait while they repaired my car. They fixed my window quickly and for a great price. I will use VIP the next time I need a window replaced.

I got the back window changed on a 2009 Honda Civic. I had a reservation for 9:00AM. By the time I got there, they were ready and had the parts in stock. Annabelle was really helpful over the phone and gave me direction how to get there. She estimated I would wait an hour, and she was right. They finished the work in about an hour. Pricing was completely transparent. I paid the amount she quoted me the prior day. The waiting area was clean and they offer Wi-Fi while you wait.Service: Window installation

Excellent service, my windshield was broken by passing concrete truck and it scared me so bad. I found VIP Glass online & these wonderful people greeted me warmly and calmed my nerves. They expedited my parts and did the install right away . They were very attentive & detailed explaining the whole process to me. This is a family owned business and top notch ! I can not express my gratitude to them for how they treated me in this scary situation . Their prices were more than fair and less expensive than going thru my insurance, so I didn t have to file a claim. I am really happy with the service I received and my new windshield looks great. My business was appreciated and the windshield was installed & calibrated professionally (2021 Kia Seltos). IMHO, I would much rather go to a small, independent business owner any day of any week of any year rather than going to a dealership or a corporate chain store where the service writers treat you poorly and makes excuses. This was such a hassle free experience! I actually was able to submit a claim through my car insurance to have over half of the price covered for my windshield. He is a reliable guy, and took really good care of me and my vehicle. He made sure to have every thing cleaned up and installed correctly.
