Love Viking Automotive. I've been going here for the past three years for various car issues- from problems with my A/C to my car needing an alignment. Quality service with the best prices in town. Especially love working with Danielle, who has a very welcoming energy and takes the time to explain what is going on with your car in a very informative and thorough manner. I'm never going back to a dealership again!

Found Viking Automotive near my home when I moved to Houston by myself. Took my car in first for oil change, drove me back home & picked me up when car was ready. Great service and very helpful people. Have used several times since and always do a great job on our vehicles.

Viking Automotive is my favorite mechanic shop. I have been visiting this shop for two years. They have earned my trust. I appreciate their honesty in pricing and quality of their repairs. This is a family owned business. The customer service is fabulous. I like Corrine and Daniel there. They know everything about cars. Kudos for young ladies knowledge in Automotive World. Great service, amazing staff, very welcoming and they re more than willing to explain every single detail about issues with your vehicle and what it needs. They even take videos of those issues to show you what it looks like. Danielle and Corrine are so great at their job, very nice, and considerate. Don t forget to check their website for service coupons before you go there, you don t have to print it out just mention it and they ll add it to your invoice. The little dog is so cute, it s like a stress relief for everyone there haha

A1 service all around. My catalytic converter was stolen on my Ram and the insurance was a headache to deal with. Viking Automotive helped take control of the situation and even dealt with the insurance directly, while keeping me informed every step of the way. Staff was super knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Plus they have a really nice, comfortable and super clean waiting area with restrooms to accommodate you if needed.

Since becoming acquainted with Viking I've been provided with excellent service. I drive an older truck, and the mechanic's and the staff always make sure I get great service. In addition to repairs, Viking courteously provides a shuttle to take you to your home or your work, and they will also make arrangements to pick you up, if necessary. The customer lounge area is always decorated according to the time of year, and it is very comfortable for those times when you have to wait a little for your car to be done. Disappointed. Got my car back and it won t start. Sent it for diagnostics and now my car WONT TURN OVER. I called and they took ZERO accountability. Blamed it on the tow guy possibly hitting a light, or maybe a loose terminal or bad alternator. I SENT MY CAR FOR SUSPENSION ISSUES. The person on the phone became offended by my frustration and continued to belittle my situation. Telling me to find someone to jump it or call the tow company and deal with them, or (to antagonize me) told me to pay for ANOTHER TOW to have them check it out again.My battery was New and car had no issues starting up. Ruined a sale I had for the vehicle and Now I have a car sitting half way out of my garage cause I can t turn it on to back it in. Thank you for the situation I m still dealing with.Upon response you haven t said ANYTHING revenant to why my car got there with a new battery, was there for about 4 days but want to blame it on the 15 minute drive on a tow truck? Again ZERO accountability. I don t understand HOW MY CAR CAN RUN WHEN IT GETS THEN AND RETURN NOT RUNNING? I was not even going to get into the EXTREME Pricing.

TOTALLY IMPRESSED ! Where do I start ? They were so busy the day I went there and Bo came outside and did some minor work on my truck despite the fact that they were snowed under. He reassured me my vehicle was safe to drive out of town. He told me if I needed anything at all, even my tires aired to come by ! Where do you find that kind of quality customer service these days ? I believe they will be trustworthy with my future repairs. I will certainly give them the chance.

First time going to viking due to a flat tire. They repaired my tire in minutes thanks to Dani at the front Counter. She was extremely professional and courteous and they won my business for life.

I just had a major repair done to my vehicle at this shop, I had to have it towed there as my SUV was not drivable. I was extremely satisfied with the service and experience. The price was more than fair, they gave me an estimate and communicated when parts came in, when work on my vehicle began, and when test driving was being conducted. They returned my car to me just as clean as when I gave it to them, it s running great, and none of it broke my bank. I was able to book my appointment for the repair online and the whole process was smooth. I definitely recommend this place!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I was referred by a client of mine to try this repair shop after another one tried to railroad me and was extremely unprofessional. From the initial first call all the way up until I picked up my vechicle, I was completely floored by the level of service I received. I walked in to drop my car off and everyone was so pleasant and nice, and the facility is very clean. The previous repair shop was going to charge me $5100 for a job that Viking quoted me $2800 for. Although I did not get the repairs done due to the fact that I getting new vehicle soon, they still treated me as if just spend a million dollars there.When I get my new vehicle, I will be taking it to Viking for any services or repairs I may need. I don't even care that it's a 35min. drive for me, their level of service and professionalism can't be matched. Keep up the great work Viking Automotive.

Honest and friendly mechanic. I took my car for a simple fix at the Ford dealer but had to wait for a long time. Thankfully I found Viking and they took care of me very fast and no cost. I knew it was simple but it still required some work. I will continue to bring my cars here due to the honesty and friendliness of the people working here.Service: Auto maintenance

I usually don't leave reviews, and if I do, it's either really terrible, or a really amazing experience. This shop will absolutely get my business again should I need work done.I had a spark plug blow, and they went with the fix that's more permanent, and even made sure to pair up my vehicle with a tech that is more familiar with the car/repair.They were a little short handed at the time, but their customer service was top notch the entire time and more than made up for the extra time they had my car. And it helps that I got to pet the pups to relieve a little stress right after having my car towed there!Thanks again, and I hope next time will be maintenance, and not an emergency type of visit!Service: Engine repair

I have been using Viking Auto for about 3 years. I've had two different cars during that period. In fact, Viking inspected a used car for me before I bought it. They gave the car a clean-bill-of-health. I still drive that same car today.I recently moved from Spring Branch to Katy. Viking gave me an excellent recommendation for YHS Auto in Katy. Very much appreciated!Viking was always very honest and transparent about all the work done on both cars. They always provided pictures and a thorough discussion of any issues they found. They also follow-up any appointment to ensure all work was done well and ask about my experience. Great customer service is a lost art, very hard to find these days. Thanks Viking for years of great service!

Taking my Mercedes Benz to Viking Automotive is always hassle-free. The work completed is always correct and completed on time. The staff always friendly and Viking provides a transportation back home after dropping my car and transportation back to the shop. Makes the experience even better.
