Trust a family name when others were closed your were there. I have had nails in tires, had to balance tires. They offer great prices and quick service at times you don t even need to get out of the car.New edit April 2024So this is my new edit I had to change the rating I went in with my family because our vehicle would shake violently at around 60 miles an hour. We needed a tire balance to be done. All the other regular maintenance had been done since we bought the car used. Went in they asked us why we wanted it to get done. We explained to them and they shoved it off because they didn t want to do it. We finally told them and they did it. We test the vehicle within the next few days and it still did it was worse than what we originally took it. Finally got a chance to go back and I talked to the owner himself. He treated me really poorly. They were even laughing at me. I told him I didn t want anything for free. I just wanted it corrected and I would pay. He told me there s nothing I can do if he put it up there and it was zero. I told him I completely agree, but as he put it up there and odd 3.0. I even try to give him the benefit of the doubt and told him I know sometimes they come off. (The weights)that s when his ego came out and said no these don t come off at all. I said ok I thanked him. After he had done it himself and I test drove it. It drove as I thought it would be done the first time. I wanted get done correctly. I wouldn t recommend going to this place anymore.

These guys are fast at what they do and way cheaper than going to a big name tire shop. $12 for a basic tire plug.

I used to be a dedicated customer of "DT" (large tire retailer), but the extra long wait times, the high prices for everything, and their propensity to try to upsell made me seek other options.My 1st time going to Vidal's was random to remove a nail and patch the tire. Now they are my first choice. They provide new and used tires. They are fast and courteous. The tires I've bought from them have lasted just as long between changes as they did from the larger retailer just for much less. They aren't dishonest about what you need, and everyone I've encountered there have been friendly. I am not sure if the gentleman I always end up working with is the owner, but he's always there and always accommodating.I've had a vehicle towed there before to loosen a stuck lug bolt, and they did it so quickly; it was crazy! Their hours saved me a couple times being open when that "big retailer" company was not or was not taking appointments due to their closing hour being near.Call before you go to get an idea of costs so you don't have to leave and hit the ATM because they only take cash. I highly recommend this business!!

I've taken my SUV here twice because I keep driving thru construction and they've always come and plug my tire quick,very nice and courteous workers. Will definitely go again if I need too.

I went today to get my tire fixed because it had a nail and these guys did it fast. BLINK OF AN EYE and they were done. And affordable too. I recommend themHoy fui a que me parcharan mi llanta que ten�a un clavo, y los muchachos hicieron su trabajo RAPIDO, Menos de 3 minutos ya estaba el carro listo. Y el precio barato. Se los recomend�
