I took my 350z to Velo Auto Sports they kept my car almost 1 month. Never ordered the body kit. Kept telling me that its was coming on various different days. I decided to go and pick up my car. When I got my car they had wreck the right front bumper. The owner promise to give me all sorts of light kits and other accessories to make up for the sorry service. After a couple more weeks of promising me that the kit was on the way I had had enough. I told the attendant to have the owner refund my $1150 back. I went there picked up the check deciding to let the bumper scratches go just wanted my money and just get as far away from this deal as possible. Believe it or not this fool gave me a bad check. I call my attorney and he advised me to call this place demand my money or prepare for a serious lawsuit. The owner advise me that the funds will be available tomorrow. I don't recommend this business to anyone, they are the worst place I ever had to deal with. Note you can order your own kit go to any body shop have them put it on and paint it. Beware of this company

So here's the thing....I have a 2008 Lexus ISF.I've used Velo for 2 very different jobs and I so badly wanted to like this place. I wanted to know that I'd found a good quality shop in Houston that does a little bit of everything with GOOD customer service and GREAT quality. I thought i'd found it "at first".Project 1:Wire up LED Headlights to make LED Strip brighter. Okay they did the job, in terms of what i wanted to accomplish. BUT...it took them all day ...literally. This can't be more than a 1 - 2 hr job. The owner listened to what i wanted, but I didn't get a whole lot of feedback or much after that.Project 2:I bought a pre built subwoofer and enclosure, and all they had to do was mount the sub in the trunk and hook it up to the amp. Simple job...was quoted 129....still a bit pricy, but doable. 7 hours later, I paid 250, only to find out that they didn't even mount the sub, they just wedged it into my trunk. No itemized billing, no customer service, no follow up. And they tried to upsell me on the parts.Like I said, I really wanted to like this place. There are high end cars being worked on in here, with people who obviously have money to throw around, but regardless of the size of project, I want to know that i'm an important customer. hardly anyone picks up the phone, and there is never any follow up whatsoever. I have sinced 'uninstalled' the shotty installation they did....guess I'll do it myself the RIGHT way.What businesses don't understand is that the quality of your work is only as good as the quality of your customer service. The customer may not understand all the details, but thats where the business has to fill in the gaps.Guess my next project will be taken elsewhere. :(Burned twice, I won't go back a third time.

This place is horrible. Horrible customer service. Horrible timing. They told us to come in @ 11. We did. Now they are taking the car to the back to do only God knows. All we need is then to plug a wire back in that got messed up due to them.... Would not recommend them NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMY...

I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS PLACE DUE TO A LACK OF CONCENTRATION ON ONE VEHICLE, INCOMPLETE WORK, AND THE OWNER GUSTAVO IS NEVER THERE. THERE ARE ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORK. THEY USE CHEAP PARTS, AND NEVER GIVE YOU A COMPLETED JOB. ONE OF MY TRUCKS ALMOST CAUGHT ON FIRE DUE TO BUNDLED WIRES AND PARTS THEY INSTALLED TO MY BATTERY BURNING OUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS. THEY DONT CHARGE MUCH, BUT THEY DONT DO MUCH EITHER

Took a 2014 Ferrari 458 Spider there for a roof wrap...the patience and expertise spent on the car was top notch.

I feel I was happy for the excellent job they did on my vehicle, there are still honest and hard-working people willing to help, Alex is the best in all of Houston!! Me siento fui feliz por el excelente trabajo que hicieron en mi veh�culo, a�n existen personas honestas y trabajadoras dispuestas a ayudar, Alex es el mejor en todo houston!!

Par de estafadores y poca profecionalidad. Uso de materiales de pobre calidad. Gustavo es un evil estafador que esta mas motivado por robar tu dinero envez de satisfacer primero a sus clientes. Este local es a igual que muchos otros locales de fraude, hacen uso de materiales de poca calidad, poca profecionaliad y poca garantia. Estos chicos me hicieron unas instalaciones en las luces delanteros utilizando materiales que solo duron 3 meses y por el colmo, el desgraciado tuvo la gran cabeza de forzarme los faros delanteros por la mitad con mucha brutualidad que solo permitia la entrada de agua en las luces cuando se mojaba. Ellos unicamente se concentran en los vehiculos carros, o vehiculos que estan por pagar un trabajo. Uno de mis colegas que pretendia ir a Velo Auto Sports para modificar su coche decidio ir a otro lugar por la mala calidad de sus productos y el pesimo soporte de garantia que me dieron. No mas estafadores como estos.
