Very friendly and efficient. Much better pricing that 5 min. IT WAS FAST and I didnt have to leave my car. I loved the car facts suggestions for service, they even printed it for me. I will definitely be back.

Arrived first thing in the morning on my way to work. First thing they told me was "we have no regular oil" my options were synthetic blend or full synthetic for a lot more money. They knew I was in a pinch and clearly took advantage of that. Who runs out of oil before the day starts? After everything was all said and done something felt off with my vehicle. I couldn't quite figure out what until this morning when I saw my splash plate hanging down with just one screw. Out of the 6 screws they managed to only put back one screw! They also left a dirty paper towel in there UNBELIEVABLE!Service: Oil change

Highly recommend, the whole team was excellent ,i was a lil skeptical, but was reassured by quintrell about theyre methods of service and how they actually changed the oil .they did a good job and it was a good day

Very Disappointed, Don't do a service at that location. I was waiting for a oil change, just one car in front of me, nobody came to my window and ask what service i need. Finally after 15 min waiting in line, they did my service. 1. At the Oil change, i ask for checking my tire pressure, the service associated didn't set the right pressure. 2. I was waiting again for a State Inspection around 20 min. The Inspector just talk and talk to an other client. He didn't do any service at the client, Finally my car was done, and my gray driver seat was dirty with oil stuff, i ask for a clean up, he tried, but the car set was wet. No one really apologize, my car failed do less break fluid, i quick added and came back and told him my seat still dirty, he tried again to clean it up. He didn't say anything. Oil change and State inspection took me 1.5h, with only one guy in front of me. On the next day i talked to the manager, and he apologize for the inconvenience. The manager told me, i get my service refunded, still not yet. Please look for a other location, service really bad.

I would of like to write a five star review but it is completely the opposite. I m writing my extremely dissatisfaction with this company Valvoline. I took my car for an oil change almost a month ago and they ended messing up my radiator and they don t want to be responsible for that, when they had already inspected my car and didn t let me know about that, once the service was done they told me my radiator had a leak (once again they had already inspected my car before proceeding to the oil change) and it s not just that let me tell you they are completely unprofessional on how they tried to manage my inconvenient. Management wasn t capable to solve the problem or at least show a little of interest about my situation on how it could of being solve in good terms they didn t even thought the customer is always right or giving the benefit of the doubt that things happen at that location. They didn t look for answers so that s why I decided to jump thru the media because I know how strong it is and how we can take in consideration other people opinions on going to places like this but to this point I am upset for the fact I haven t heard from them even when I had put a claim already. This place it s not worth it in time and money when you just expected a regular service but instead I came back home with and extra problem.I do not recommend this place if you want to get a good work on your vehicle!!

This location don't want anyone new to work for them applied for an entry level position called twice person who answered was extremely rude the first time hung up the second time then the next day recieved an email saying I wasn't the best pick for the job what does it matter if I don't have experience in the field if it's a entry level position I'm applying for make it make sense

I think I've decided to stop coming here. I have 3 trucks (2 diesel and 1 gas) that I take here for all routine maintenance. I've lost trust in them. The last 3 or 4 times I've been here I've been less than impressed. I seem to always get inexperienced techs and there seems to be a problem with management. It started a few months back when after I got my oil changed, the next day I noticed oil all over my driveway. I took the truck back and told them it was leaking. They supposedly fixed it. They said the drain plug was leaking. the next day, the same thing. Oil all over the driveway. It wasn't leaking before they changed the oil. After going back a third time and complaining, they finally fixed it and told me the previous tech didn't fix it correctly and there was an issue with the gasket on the plug. At least the truck isn't leaking anymore but now I have an oil stained driveway that they did nothing about when I complained. On multiple other occasions if I ask to have the fuel filters changed on the diesel trucks, it takes them an excessive amount of time. Only one person seems to know how to change it, other techs have told me they don't know how, they spent 20+ minutes walking around looking for tools (not exaggerating) just to change a simple top side fuel filter. Cars who come in way after me end up leaving way before me. I watch 4 techs running around working on other cars while I just sit, waiting for my tech who disappeared to come back. This has happened numerous times. The oil change/fuel filter ends up taking over 45 minutes to an hour. Just ridiculous. They mark on the printout that they checked my tire pressure when they didn't. They aren't able to change coolant on my F250 any more, they told me today they don't have the machines to do it any more. The tech said I needed a battery, verbally quoted me $159.99 but on the print out sheet he gave me after service he wrote $169.99. They just seem all over the place and they can't be trusted. On top of that their prices seem to just continue skyrocketing. I used to pay around $120 for a full synthetic oil change on the diesel and today it was over $175. Plus another $150 for the fuel filter change. I also found out today that they are discontinuing the included car wash with an oil change program. This should've been communicated to me prior to the oil change but it was not. I can't really recommend this place any longer and will be taking my vehicles to my local auto shop.

Paid for cabin air filter change, they took the old one out and never put a new one in. Didn t realize until my next oil change at a different business.

I have used this location for my oil changes for several years and the customer service has declined dramatically in that time. My most recent visit will be my last.When I arrived, there were no customers at this location. The rep made the statement, "yeah, were dead". The rep would not accept my fleet card that I have used at this location multiple times in the past. He informed me that "none of the staff know how to process this card." (I saw no other staff in sight). The rep also made it clear that loosing my business was no big deal. That's a shame. I wish them luck in the future.

Fast, friendly service. It took about 10 minutes. Didn't even need to get out of my vehicle :) They changed my oil and air filter they even checked battery life and gave me other recommendations with prices. I will definitely be going back for other services.

They r not like the other valvoline I visited. I gave them 2 chances. They don't communicate nothing. Like show u need this or that or whats recommended. u pull in They don't check lights, brake lights nothing. All your other companies do. They didn't even know how to reset oil light. Last time I came here to do oil change, the guy who change oil didn t do his job properly. The oil light in my car turn on after 1 month and I had go to car shop to check. They said my car not enough oil, so I had to buy another oil bottle and issue gone. I very disappointed.

I will be going somewhere else next time! Both employees seemed to not get along. Cuss words etc. White chubby caucasian female and a light skin African American with dreadlocks.They never checked my other fluids, never checked to see in any of my headlights and tail lights were out. I guess in Las Vegas Valvoline does it all! (Or could just be this location in Texas?)

There are 2 guys there named Damon and Anniediabas that work on Sunday. Damon was working the top and the other guy was supposed to be doing the filter part. The next morning my oil light kept coming on.I checked my motor and I had no oil in my engine!!Be careful cause I paid 49$ for that service. People like that enjoy screwing customers over,and also young men like that never heard of the word Karma!Service: Oil change

The 15 min oil change ended up taking an hour or more. It's hot outside so I decided to sit in lobby but the smell in here is unbelievable...like natural gas. Very heavy odor. Something is leaking water so the bathroom has about an inch or more of water on the floor. Never will I come here again!!

Went there for an.oil change. Left there and went to pet boys for tires. When i got there they told me I as leaking oil. Come to find out when they did the oil change, they forgot to put the seal in, causing an to leak oil. I was very lucky I happened to go to pet boys afterwards or I could blown my engine. Went back to ask for my money back and they are now giving me a hard time about it and waiting for a general manager to call me. Why the store manager could not give me my money back is ridiculous. I took the paper from pep boys stating what had happened. Terrible customer service and they could have ruined my car and dont seem to care!!Service: Oil change

I would never be coming hear until they apologize to me! The manager didn t care what I had to say! So I am reporting this to cooperate!

Starting using the location on League Line Rd & I-45 in 2018 and love the owners and their sons. Always super friendly, super clean establishment! Wait in your car and they are fast!

Feel confident in the work performed. I always have them show me the oil, transmission fluids before and after. No issues to report. They also give $10 car wash coupon. I use it on the express lane.
