Went to the location on N Shepherd. Was assisted by Johnny. Excellent customer service . Very helpful, informative, and pleasant to deal with. Best customer service experience I have had anywhere in a very long time. 5 stars for the shop and 10 stars for Johnny and the attention he gave my needs. Thank you so much.

The experience I had for a simple oil change was more than expected. You are greeted over the phone and in person with excellent communication and patience. The entire arrival, service, and payment was smooth and quick. They went the extra mile to explain to me in detail what services I needed and the pricing. The pricing is reasonable by the way! I am only using them moving forward.

Great service for a state inspection. The car wouldn't connect at first and the gas cap machine was having trouble, but they took some effort to get the connection right and the car passed with no problem. My car only has 21k miles so it was fine but a lot of shops would have tried to sell me something I didn't need or fail me outright. I'll be back for inspections on all my cars now, they're thorough and have great customer service.

I ve been there twice and both my experiences were pleasent. The manager is very kind and sweet. He explains everything step-by-step, and makes sure you fully understand The process. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend going to this location.

These guys were great ,went over and beyond and in a timely fashion at that took the extra initiative to explain several key points in regard to the continued well being of my vehicle I absolutely recommend this place

Extremely fast service, you would spend hours waiting at most dealerships. You get to see what the employees are doing. They communicate with you professionally and make let you know of certain key points. The manager was straight to the point no unnecessary talks. Overall the best service. Fast friendly service. Went to get my state vehicle inspection done and was in and out pretty quick. All the staff were friendly and even helped me with the details about how to get a renewed inspection sticker afterwards.

First time visiting this establishment and I felt comfortable and welcome. I didn t get the first guys name, but he took care of me (works at the Kirby location)as well as the manager Joshua/David. I felt at ease when he said there were no stupid questions! LolIt s great to sit in your car while the techs work and then your outta there! I will return.

Wow. Super professional, extremely helpful, and we're totally ok walking me through every step since I had a million questions about my car before I hit the road for a long trip. 10/10 would recommend. The place is new so it's very clean. Great job!

Good place to get your oil changed. Quality oil, filters, etc. Training should be better as the new employees are not supervised to make sure they know how to scan the VIN from the various ways to do so including the door jam.When checking for the air filter need to make sure that all connections are put back into place as this will contribute to vehicle hesitation and performance issues. I had to check a hose connection to my air intake tube from the air box.While minor not many people know this. For this reason I took a star off so 4 out of 5.Location is ideal, and very clean. Improve the training as part of QC and this will be a great place to do business with.

Didn't need an oil change the differential needed oil four other places were too busy I pulled in explained the problem 15 minutes later done deal . These guys are great if i lived in the area i would throw my business their wayThanks guys for your help. Chris league city texas
