Mr. Fidel & staff are very attentive & helpful with explaining any issues you have or things needed to be worked on, it's your decision to choose what to derive your vehicle for.. was very estudies with the work 3/2/2024 - 1:30pm even though there's a wait time, they always around when you have questions.. definitely recamend & will be back for future services..

No wait at the time I came in, associates were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining any extra costs or services needed coming up. I did use a Groupon, no hassle and yes, there is an extra charge it s usually not much, every place charges something even with a Groupon. Very happy with my overall experience and will definitely be back.

I bought a Valvoline oil change Groupon for this location at REALLY GOOD savings. It wasn't as close to me as I thought, but it turned out to be worth the long drive. The Customer Service was superb! The work was done quickly and professionally. Because of this visit, I know where I'll go for my next oil change - Groupon or not.

I didn't visit, but I drove by so GPS thinks I went there. I use Car motive on Beechnut near Hwy 6 S. Does my oil changes and yearly vehicle inspections. Good people and only use a soft up sell.

All of the workers were very helpful! My oil change was done quickly. The worker named Fidel explained everything in detail and was attentive. Will be coming back for my next oil change for sure!

This has been my go-to auto shop since I moved to Houston! Everyone is always so respectful and friendly. I don't have to worry about being haggled or up-charged just because I'm a woman.I went in for an oil change and brake pads. The mechanic, LeDale provided superior service. LeDale was very efficient and finished with my car in 30 minutes.I was very grateful that my time was respected, especially on aSaturday morning. Most of the time nothing ever gets done at this level on a Saturday.If you want to get IN and OUT, and want high-quality service then I highly recommend you give them a call or walk in like I did.

All the workers were amazing, Fidel did an amazing job at explaining everything to me and checked my tires and filled them up with air for me. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Had brakes pads "replaced" 2 weeks ago, continued to hear squeaking so I took it back to be told I was basically even though he heard it that there wasn't a problem where I heard it and he wasn't going to check elsewhere.Today it was unbearable so I took it to another shop and come to find out these had never been replaced.I went to the shop and instead of an apology or refund for the parts I was told that my warranty was voided bc I went somewhere else and that's too bad. However I did come back to you and was treated with contempt by Luis. These people are cheats and swindlers! Stay away

Never again!! They charge extra oil filter(standart filter) and bottom plastic cover removal. I ask them filter incl. with groupon coupon he said no. I showed him but he force me to pay. I didnt have a time for fight thats why i paid then i left. Unprofessional service and quality!

Denied service citing no tools to do an oil change and they are waiting for those to be delivered. Calling then for 2 weeks now. Finally, they changed the tone to not sure if we can do it with new tools delivered. They want me to drive all the way to get it checked. All this for an Oil change.

I came with my wife for an oil change. My wife went to shop at 5 below and i was planning on meeting her while they serviced my vehicle but was told by the vietnameese worker "we don't ALOW people to walk away, we dont babysit vehicles around here!" The odassity and rudeness appalled me. If i didn't already pay through Groupon, i would have taken my business elsewhere.

WOW, excellent quick service with a smile. Trey did an awesome job on my oil change and I got to use a discount through Groupon for an affordable rate that was a guarantee. I'll definitely be back and they checked on other auto needs as well for free. Check them out!

Had an issue after getting service there that started showing up a day later. I called, went back, and they admitted their mistake. Resolved the issue.So why 5 stars?... That showed INTEGRITY!And I will go back there again.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a oil change. I was greeted by a young gentleman who was extremely nice. They were fast, friendly and I was actually overblown by them. On my receipt it says Dennis and Ben took care of me. I would highly recommend and will be coming back. Even told my husband to make the 30 minute drive to get his car taken care of.

I've come here twice for an oil change with Groupon (filter and oil), and both times I've had to go to AutoZone to get the right filter because the shop didn't have it on hand, meaning I had to spend $11 extra each time.

I came to this place many times for oil change and have always been happy with the service. In addition, the associates are nice and polite. Thank you. On the other hand, if you are coming to this place for the oil change service, don't forget to use Groupon.

Groupon option is a joke. Wanted and extra $45 to add one quart of oil on top of regular Groupon deal. Only $33 if I brought the one quart. Complete nonsense!

Groupon price 24.15. Regular price. 37.45. At the moment you walk in. They tells you is going to be 13.35 more because of the size of the car. Needs more oil. Good deal

The absolute BEST customer service I ve had at any oil place! They are so kind and make sure that your car leaves in great shape. They go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied with the service. Thank you so much! Customer service is lacking nowadays, but they definitely hold a high bar.

Went for a oil change seen on the window they accept group-on coupon originally the oil $59.99 with taxes and disposable fee was going to come up to $78.00 something the coupon offered online was $37.99 with and only thing I had to pay was the 4 dollar filter disposable. The staff was very friendly and respectful way better than the last company who was originally there. They Recommend some items for my vehicle since I was on a budget I decline they weren't pushy.but I will definitely be back.

It is always something unnecessary that needs to be "fixed" when trying only for an oil change to upsell for profit. It's either the workers or within the company policy to encourage these types of sales. Be aware. It happens in other types of lube companies as well.Edit to response: it's nice to offer Preventative Maintenance and of course vehicles come down to wear and tear, but do you truly have your best interest in mind if you sell "Engine Flush"? Most manufacturers actually recommend against the use of Engine Flush so this could potentially damage vehicles. It's also the customers right to address this to others that this is unnecessary.

I have been taking my car here for the last 3 years.They always work me in and no matter who helps me or does my oil change they are always very professional, nice and helpful. Today Jacob, Trey and Abraham assisted me with my oil change today. They did a great job! Great customer service! I would definitely recommend them! The manager here is awesome too! Please stay away from this place, they are not accountable or their mistake. I never had oil leak until I went to this place. They messed up my drain plug the first time I took the vehicle. The guy did not mention anything about the thread or anything else until I saw the oil leak on the parking lot at my place. When I took back there, one of the manager told me that the previous guy had put the wrong plug and he fixed it up.It turns out the they messed up the thread and he put it on the comment in the receipt without mentioning it to me as thread problem which it never was until I came here.So, I take the vehicle third time and to get oil change and as soon as guy looks underneath, he tells me he can't touch the vehicle since the plug is messed up by previous oil change until I told him that last time I did was at the same place. When I did the research I found out that this is common issue with oil changing place messing up the thread and the whole pan and the plug has to be changed. I was told that they will call back to figure it out until I had to keep on calling them and was told that the receipt comment has thread problem on it so they couldn't do anything. Please watch out. I spoke to the previous manager who fixed it the first time when it happened and was told that it has happened before to other customer too and they tried to be unaccountable for it.Service: Oil change
