One of the best and most knowledgeable trailer businesses in Houston. Your in the best hands here and Ronnie Folk is really an all around great guy and kind. If I could give more stars I would. Trust me you won't be disappointed here! They do everything repairs services and sales + more.

Prompt service at Parts DptHad to go to the restroom and find out that the workers get their privacy in the stalls you can tell by their phones receiving msgs...weird place they choose to chat

Gabe is the man you wanna speak to when it comes to parts! The man knows his stuff and will help anyway he can. Not like the wallisville location who just blows you off when you need something specific.

It s awesome place with awesome people with big heart couple of weeks ago my trailer lock got broken and someone suggested to go to them and they will help fixing that I went to a manager and he told they re short with 8 mechanics and they are very busy even after that he asked me to Wait and he brought one of his mechanic with they fixed my trailer lock and haven t charged me a single dollar I am a new driver and was ina different state but with their kindness it gave me a hope there are still good people exists on earth best place to do business god bless them and their family much love from California

I will not be back and encourage others not too!! Was quoted $2700 for brakes, drums and s cam bushings. Was told I need wheel seals too. No problem with that. But to charge me for a complete wheel seal job is not ok. I understand it was a quote, I expect couple hundred either way, but $4,930.55. That is really foul.

Great knowledgeable staff. The guys took their time to get my order correct and was very patient even when I continued to change my mind. Friendly cashier and the order puller had me loaded up fast! Great place for truck/trailer supplies..

Be careful when purchasing here. If your company has an account, and you pay via credit card when you pickup the parts. This company will send a invoice via e-mail. If your not careful you will double pay. For the invoice they send does not state that it has been paid. Not happy about that. I believe it's done purposively. I've called and complained.

I was rip off by the shop manager said he replaced clearance light but didn't, when questioned he said it was a brake light, that I replaced a few months earlier. The performed work was half way done had to wait for them to complete the work plus still did not totally finish repair.I had to pay for everything before I could take possession of the trailer and inspect the repair. So don't criticize me for paying without inspecting first. Now I can't get a refund that is due me.

Attention all owner operators who are looking for a reliable trustworthy trailer shop this is it! BAR NONE Greg is a reasonable guy who will take the time to show you personally and educate you on trailer mechanics, Chris is koo too these guys will not take advantage of you, brought my trailer in and it's already on its way out in no time and no over charging at this place its a diamond in the rough will recommend drivers here for trailer repairs.

Extremely nice people. Something you don t see a lot of in the trucking industry. Been offered multiple bottles of water and coffee while I wait for my company to pay a invoice.

Bought a trailer from them 06/11/21 and still do not have a title, registration, or license plate. Everyone there could care less that this has not been cleared up. You would think they would want to get this trailer out of their name, since we use it and they would be liable for any accidents!

It's ok, very crowded a lot a job here, if you need to fix something fast in your trailer go somewhere else. They are very professional though.

I went there for 2 problems in my trailer and they couldn't fix problems. After 24 hours they said we don't know what exactly to do. I was like u are utility trailer specialist if u don't know then who else. Charged me 600.00 for no reason. I wish i had 2hours more so i could tell them to put all stuff back on my trailer which were they change for no reason...avoid avoid avoid and avoid

They don't have as much parts as the one at wallisville. Their showroom is also very small so you have to ask they guys at the desk on almost every part that you need.

Went in for alignment. They fubared it . 100% worse then it was. Charged way too much. Sat there all day too. I would avoid this place
