I recently had my son's windshield replaced at USA. In and out in no time at all...great good. But they don't answer the phone. So just pull up and they got you!

Alfredo showed up at 9am like he promised and installed driver side window on our truck that had been broken. He did a great job fast probably less than 25 mins he was done. It was on a Monday he showed up. Thanks

I came in to get my windshield replaced, installation was good but not the cleanest job, have some glue on the roof of the car. But my main issue is that the cheap tape they use lifted some of the clear coat on the car and left some nasty sticky residue on it. The front office guy straight up told me they are not responsible for any damage to the paint so anyone with high end cars I'd steer away from this irresponsible shop. I asked for a discount on another car I needed the windshield replaced and he said $1 off lol this guy is a joke. He missed out on a business partner as I sell cars for living I had 5 other cars for them but taking my business somewhere else. Not to mention he treats his emoyees like animals smh.

Windshield was struck by something that fell off someone s truck while driving on IH 45. They stayed open late for me to replace my windshield on a Friday night. My recent visit to USA Auto Glass left me with mixed feelings. While their service was prompt, I encountered issues regarding honesty and damage that cast a shadow on my overall experience. It is essential to exercise caution when considering this establishment for windshield repairs or replacements.During my initial visit last Sunday, I was informed by the front desk attendant that the cost of replacing my windshield would be $150, taxes included. However, due to the late hour and the presence of only one technician, I decided to return the following week. To my surprise, a different individual, an Iraqi gentleman, greeted me at the front desk and quoted a higher price of $169, claiming it included taxes. I immediately pointed out that I had been quoted $150, including taxes, by the previous employee. After some negotiation, he reluctantly agreed to honor the initial price.Unfortunately, my disappointment did not end there. After receiving my car keys and inspecting the work, I discovered that the air ventilation had been broken, and there were noticeable scratches on the newly replaced windshield. I immediately brought these issues to the attention of the front desk staff. However, to my dismay, they adamantly denied any responsibility for the damages. They insisted that the damages were pre-existing and even went so far as to show me pictures that they claimed were taken before the work began. Their refusal to acknowledge their mistake and rectify the situation left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer.Based on my personal experience, I find it difficult to recommend USA Auto Glass wholeheartedly. If you do choose to visit this establishment, I strongly advise documenting your vehicle thoroughly with pictures and videos before handing over the keys. This will provide you with evidence in case any issues arise during or after the service. My encounter with USA Auto Glass raised doubts about their honesty and integrity, which significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with their service.

Poor service , hope this review helps someone avoid this poor Quality and unprofessional service , they assumed my truck was a certain model , they took off windshield, found out it was not right model when were about to install it , made me waste almost 3 hours waiting for a windshield they had sitting in there without having Idea they had it . After all wasted time the owner on front desk arguing about charging more money than agreed at beginning. If there would be half star review i would give it .

I got broken into last night and the day right after, they had my glass and they repaired everything in under 2 hours. The people are very nice about the work they do so I appreciate that especially after such a tragic night.

Signs says open call the guy gave me two prices so i showed up doors close. Called him again he told to give in a minute. I waited called again no response close the shop and change your ahours if you dont want to help.

I have a project car that needed another windshield, they came at the scheduled time and replaced my windshield quick and efficiently. And verified to have a snug fit with the trim. I would highly recommend.

Exceptional workmanship at an affordable price. Paid $135 plus tax for brand new front passenger window. No appointment necessary drove in and out within 1 hour and vacuumed glass shards for free as a courtesy. It was raining cats and dogs the same day as the repair and absolutely no water leaks from the installation. So happy with the results! Car was vandalized and repaired the same day, before and after pics included. A word of caution ask to speak directly with the manager Melan since older sales associate, the "Mom", isn't as fluent in English. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the availability and pricing of used windows versus brand new windows with the "Mom" so I requested to speak to Melan, the Manager, who tried to clarify the misunderstanding. I was told over the phone the repair plus window would cost $110. Upon my arrival I was told $110 was the cost of a used window which was no longer available but for $25 more I would recieve a brand new window that happened to be in stock. Go figure! Alot of misinformation and miscommunication between members of the Mom and Pop shop but overall still a great deal. Just be sure to text shop keepers to receive information in writing via text messaging so they don't back track and avoid any surprises upon arrival.

They are WONDERFUL! I really needed my back window fixed because my insurance sent me to someone they was trying to rip me off! $900???! Plus my insurance money so I called here they had it I was lucky because a lot of places don't have it it was $325!!! Quick courteous and prompt service. Called on Friday about daughters 8 chips in her window and David and his co worker knocked it out on Monday in about an hr at my house. Cheapest place and 100 off with Groupon sealed the deal. Warranty from air and water leaks as long as we own the car and looks great. Thanks again guys!!!
