First off I called kam and told him I didn t have the best of credit established.he then told me he was going to work with me.secondly he didn t put me in the car he wanted me in he put me in the car I had been trying to obtain.when it was time for me to come pick up my car my bby momma back out on me at the last minute abt bringing down there which is a 5 hour drive from Louisiana.kam offered to get me a rental car at his expense but instead I ride the bus and was picked up from the bus station in class and treated with class..finished my paperwork and made it back home in time to watch the game..thanks kam

I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue from Kam at Uptown Motor Cars. The price was well below other dealers. The vehicle was extremely clean. From the test drive to the paperwork signing everything was a breeze. If you are looking for a good, fair and honest dealer this is the place you want to buy your next vehicle....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My husband and I came here and bought a van from them in July- in the rain, with 4 kids- and they helped us move car seats and test drive multiple cars, all with a good attitude. They had some of the best prices on the market comparatively, and operated with the utmost integrity- while we could not get the car payment to the exact number we wanted- we had a total operating budget for cars and car insurance- and they actually had a colleague shop new insurance for us and got us locked in at well over a 100 less than we were paying, so everything fit below budget. I was so impressed- and nothing felt stressful- I have bought 6 cars in my life time from teen years through my growing family, always from large name lots, and I never felt handled with this much care and honesty. So grateful to these guys for helping us find the best fit for our family, their patience, and their kindness along the way. Would definitely come here again if needed.

I think this place is a scam, I spoke to Kam and he said credit acceptance wants me to put $2500 down, I said ok let me know how much my note would be then he came back saying his manager said it would be $5000 down, never looked at my income, I make way enough money, Where do they do that at when you come back and say twice as much as what you quoted me? I asked for the managers name which he never gave me. Save your time and money. This place is just trying to get more money out of you as they can. RUN! RUN! RUN! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!

We purchased our 2014 Subaru Outback from Uptown Motors in April 2023 and have been very satisfied with the vehicle. For a nearly 10 year old car it was in excellent condition. My first instinct when buying a used car off the lot was to get it home and change the oil but when I checked the oil it was crystal clear. Uptown Motors chooses quality vehicles and preps them for the customer. Kham (the owner) is one of the nicest, open and honest people that I have done business with in a while. Can't wait to bring him more business!

They provide me with the best experience and service. Bought my first car ever after moving to Houston from Seattle. They took great care of me, even going the extra mile to wash the car and fill the tank. I really appreciate Kam and all those at uptown motor cars.

We found exactly what we were looking for today at a very fair price. We were blown away at the detailing job that was done on this 2015. It looks brand new! It was a pleasure to deal with Kam. Kam and his son Farid are an awesome duo! I'm normally skeptical about shopping/buying from smaller dealers! But these two are knowledgeable, helpful and competitively priced on all their vehicle's! I will definitely recommend them to everyone!They have a nice variety on their lot of nicer vehicle's!The thing that impressed me about them is that they were super helpful and informative. They didn't push you to buy anything on their lot. They truly wanted the customer to be happy with their purchase!Also, When test driving one of their vehicles their son and I noticed the bushings needed to be replaced on the vehicle! They promptly scheduled the car to be repaired and it was fixed by the next business day! They want to sell quality vehicle's and I believe they are doing a great job!Thanks for everything!

I had an excellent/hassle-free experience dealing with uptown motors for my recent used car purchase. Kam let us take our time inspecting the car at the dealership and he offered to drop off the car at the inspector of our choice for the PPI which saved us a lot of time. Everything went quite smoothly and efficiently. No lies told and no time wasted (unlike how it goes at many bigger dealerships in town) I highly recommend Uptown Motor Cars for used car purchase.

Uptown Motors sold me a very well taken care of Toyota Sienna. I ended up coming from Memphis Tennessee to purchase it as it was the exact model and color my wife and I wanted. The transaction was very easy and they were willing to work with me on the price. The two men there were friendly and transparent on paperwork and fees which was refreshing.

This was probably the easiest car buying experience ever! We went to Uptown Motor Cars to check out one of their Honda Odysseys. Kam was open and honest about the vehicle, and didn't try to convince us to go with one of the newer/more expensive ones because he knew they all had the same features. When it came to financing, we told him our price range, and he worked it out so we were at a price we were comfortable paying. And to put the cherry on the cake, they repainted the side mirrors that were extremely chipped free of cost.

I had a great experience at Uptown Motor Cars. The cars on the lot are very nice cars that are serviced and detailed to resemble a newer car. The price was fair and the paperwork was pleasant. There were no unexpected fees or additional costs rolled in at the closing table. The price was as agreed!The entire staff did a great job and truly wanted to help me have a great experience. Hard work and great customer service seem to be the mantra at this dealership. Well done and satisfied.

I wasn t too sure about buying my first car but Kam was really helpful and thorough breaking down their process. I m so grateful to have worked with them or I wouldn t be driving today! They re super patient and will make sure they do everything possible to help you with buying a car! Definitely will go back in the future when the time comes

I had a very positive experience working with Ruslan and the manager at this car lot. My husband and I both bought cars from them on Friday and were very pleased with their customer service and the way they worked with us. I am in LOVE with my new (gently used) car!! I do not like shopping for cars, especially at the big car lots because I feel like I'm being taken advantage of; but I've already told many people that I'm going back to Uptown Motor Cars when I'm ready to buy another car!

Uptown Motors really appreciates their customers. Kam made my car buying experience GREAT! He worked with me and got me financed. He went back after hours to make sure I got my vehicle. I drove from Lake Charles after work and he made sure I was going to be leaving with my vehicle. Best car buying experience I ve ever had. I would highly recommend this business to everyone I know.

First off let me start by saying the selection of Uptown Motors Cars are beyond Luxury inside out & to top that their well up keep. My experience was beyond memorable and unforgettable! Cam will definitely take care of you and make sure your getting a great car and deal. He will try his best to make it reasonable to fit your lifestyle. Also Mr. Russell and his entire team have wonderful customer service. I had no issues with my 2008 black Mercedes benz Cls550 it drove like a brand new car. I fell completely in love! Also if you were to encounter any issues they ll definitely take care of you with no hesitation. I love Uptown Motors I will continue use them in future for my luxury cars.
