I'm from Connecticut and my daughter had car issues. She went to Steve's Auto. Very professional, great communications. Turned out to be a big engine job to replace the water pump. We got the car back without issues. Great job! Big relief so far.Pricing was fair, repair on time. THANK YOU!!

Nash was very nice guy, the manager also. I wasn't even a customer I had a flat tire they waved me right in and got me rolling. Saved me from a serious headache!!!

Charged 10,000 and replaced with junkyard parts. 4 months and still does not work. This place was great but new owners are crooks and Lie. Every time I go back to them their story changes.

When my regular provider was unavailable, I discovered Steve s on my way to a different service company. I was hesitant to try because, being a woman, you can t trust all auto service companies to be honest and forthright with you I must say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the team at Steve s Automotive.The waiting area is clean and neat with a work station for those needing a desk/outlet. After they did my state inspection, I mentioned being close to time for an oil change as well. They accommodated me on the spot and still got me back in my vehicle in record time! Today they have met me with kindness, professionalism and generosity again. I appreciate the excellent service! Thank you Steve s Automotive!

I came to this location this morning and was a little upset on how they operate. For one I went in for an inspection, oil change and I even proceeded to let them rotate my tires. The oil change alone was expensive. It was $125 for the oil change . Now if I would have asked for the best synthetic oil then I would understand the price but I wasn't even given an option on oils and prices. When I asked, and I was given the response "its the best synthetic oil for your viechle...." Now, no biggie, I just found it misleading and pricey, but my major problem was how I noticed there was grease on my grey seats when I drove away from the area.

If you are not going to Steves Automotive then you are missing out.The customer service that is offered there is amazing. Jazmin works at the front and from the time i walked in to the time I walked out she was there the whole way. Thank you Jazmin for all your help. Being new to the city of Houston (I have been speaking for 4 years), I found out about this service center where they treated me with such kindness and honesty. That became not only my trusted workshop but that of my whole family. Fast , reliable , safe work and fair prices . They are located in the heart of the city between Richmond and Galleria Houston. Frank greeted me as soon as I pulled in with a smile. Asked what I was looking to get done and explained pricing and diagnostics before leaving my vehicle at the shop. I was contacted before any work was done, pricing is fair, work is warranted and customer service was exceptional. Haider checked me in and out, was quite friendly & very professional - I was offered coffee and refreshments at drop off and services were confirmed upon pick up. I was previously employed in the automotive industry and as a young woman appreciated that I was not taken advantage and truly felt the staff only recommend repairs that were needed. Beware of this place. After they replaced parts on my engine I was left stranded in the middle of the road less than a mile away after driving off the lot. I immediately called up Steve's for help. As I sat in my stranded car, the manager immediately began to quote me for a tow truck, a battery jump and more engine repair! I ended up using my insurance to tow my car to a different shop. To my disbelief, the techs at the other shop found several loose bolts on my engine. To make matters worse, Malik, the owner of Steve's Automotive lied to me about giving me a partial refund for my aweful ordeal. He was also very rude, yelled at me over the phone, and told me to never go back there again. What kind of customer service is that?

I ve been coming to this shop for 3 years since I ve moved to Houston and they were always more than ready to take care of my vehicles. They ve been respectful, professional and friendly to me and all his clients. Quality work relabel service. I m speaking out of my experience

I worked for Hertz Car rental for 13 years, we brought all our high end vehicles to be serviced. So it was only right when I got my Alfa Romeo I would do the same. The service is great and fast. Frank and Richard provided a great service to bring back my 27-year old Mustang back to life. New front and rear shocks and spring were installed.New rear upper and lower control arms were installed. New front ball joints and bushings were installed. New exhaust system was installed. New battery was installed. Excellent communication to select parts, and they did a great job installing them. It feels like having a new car again. I could not be more happier. I will definitely recommend Steve's Automotive (Galleria). If you want it done right, this is the place you need to go to.

Had a great experience at Steve's Automotive! Raina the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Frank was efficient, friendly, knowledgable, and quickly diagnosed my problem. I would definitely use their service again and would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family!

Frank and Rania have been very courteous every time we have used their services! Frank finds the problem and is very forthcoming about the price and what needs to be done. We have never had a problem and Steve's is by far the BEST auto experience I've had!

Do not recommend this placeGot here with my Subaru check engine light onAnd after $4809.00 that I paid including maintenance, check engine light still onKeep getting different codesif I pay for it another code will come upI gave up on this shopFrank didn t kept me updated with the intake manifold interior valve took since Nov 17, 2022 until February 10, 2023 to got this part installed in my car. And Frank charged me for it since Nov 17 and he said that the price included laborI don t feel comfortable with the resultsI regret stopping here for service

I was checking a price on a simple repair and I stopped by this shop. The dude at the counter was a foreign dude and as I tried to pin him down on the price, he was ALL OVER THE PLACE, dancing this way, then that, telling me the only way to give me a good price was to put his computer on it, and then he refused to do that. I wouldn't do business with this guy, if he was the last guy on earth. These guys are a bunch of crooks, their priority is RUNNING UP THE BILL! You better GET OUT OF THERE!

Truck alignment wasn't fixed. First time, I took my truck, they charged $75. Then, they told me that we have to change the bolt of my truck. Second time, they charge an additional $175. Even then, the truck wasn't aligned properly. Horrible experience. Finally, when I took to firestone, they were able to fix it. Total wastage of money.

We were in the middle of a 6 week trip with a rented RV and needed to change the oil. Not only did Frank, the technician in charge, recognize the need to be extra careful regarding the additional connections under the chassis, he pointed out that 2 of the tires had excessive and uneven wear. They were able to quickly and effectively resolve those issues for us at a reasonable cost.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Guys are super nice here! Need any services on your vehicle definitely stop here. I was driving around with a flat tire trying to find an open place and glad I saw them! They quickly attended me and help me find the problem and fix it!

I really like this places. I have been here twice . Frank is really good explaining about what you're car needs in that moment. The first time, I came frank explaining me why my car was making me a stranger sound , then he changed my oil. I was delighted with the service that I came up the second time for oil change . Rania, the front desk lady was so helpful and courteous on helping out with answering all my questions ! Definitely, I will come back again !Service: Oil change

Everyone at Steve's Automotive is always so nice and kind! Rania at the front desk is super helpful with any questions and is so sweet.I've been here a few times and have always left with confidence that my car was taken care of. Frank has helped me out several times! I have been coming here for over 12 years and I can tell you alot of great things about this place. Great service, friendly staff, complimentary drinks and snacks while you wait for your car. Definitely recommend coming here.

Very friendly Staffing, Lesley was very helpful.This year also I have done my inspection at Steve's Automotive ( Galleria) they were friendly and prompt. 10/26/2022I done the inspection for my car also this year 09/12/2023 and was happy with the service, Priya was very friendly and helpful. For sure I will come back again next year to do my car inspection at Steve s Automotive.

I came here for an inspection, oil change and to get my loose brakes checked a little while back. Rania at the front desk was very nice and checked in on my wait to make sure I didn't need anything. The mechanic (Frank) was extremely helpful and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need (as other mechanics have).Overall a nice experience and I imagine this will be my go-to mechanic from now on.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

I came here to get my aging car serviced and inspected after it sat unused for much of the pandemic. The shop was nice and the service quick. Erika at the front was super courteous and attentive during my wait, and Frank was very understanding and knowledgeable considering the shape my car was in.I will definitely be coming back.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change
