Had my car handwashed here, and the service was top-notch. Quick, efficient, and left my car looking pristine.What truly sets this place apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I experienced this firsthand with their 48-hour warranty. A bird left an unexpected surprise on my car exterior shortly after the wash. I reached out to them, and true to their word, they provided a complimentary exterior wash, no questions asked. Price & quality are spot on!My car hasn t been cleaned for almost two years. With dogs in and out, it was a disaster. I called on a Sunday around 11am and they were able to see me immediately. I came back at 5pm and we were ready to go! Dog hair, dirt, mud, and stains were all gone! Even the outside was cleaned (which I didn t expect due to the inside being tedious)!If your car is as gross as mine, I recommend taking it to them as early as possible. My seats were still wet when I picked up which was understandable considering all the work they had to put into everything else. No big deal - they lined my seats for me to get home. I left my windows open and everything dried nicely.Highly recommend and will be going back

I had an exceptional experience at this car wash! They went above and beyond to clean both the interior and exterior of my vehicle. The thorough shampooing of the seats left them looking and smelling like new. The attention to detail and the quality of their work truly impressed me. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking to give their car a complete makeover! The car literally looks like when we bought it from the dealership!

Came on a Monday morning and there was no wait, only $45 for full detail of car and inside was left pretty clean. Took about 35 minutes as I was the only one there, will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding!!! My car was hauled (53 Ft Trailer) from Illinois to Texas; exposed to all types of elements and debris from the haul! As soon as I received my car back- I headed right over to Upper Kirby Car Wash - you can t go wrong here! The professionalism and level of service was exceptional! Hands down the best car wash I have been to!

If you looked at my past reviews you can tell I m very particular about what happens to my car. I found these guys as they were near the office and I read other positive reviews. So, I took a chance with them and have been impressed every time. From the owners and the Cousin, it has always been great customer service and the end result was also great.Believe me as their motto says, it s worth the wait .

I'm new to the are so I've been trying a few different spots out here and there. But this place this is excellent. Small teams, and the time frame is a little long, but quality takes time. Ill definitely be using this company every time. Excellent service!!

I love the work. I ll keep going back. I was scared to pay so much but I am so happy. I m too lazy to go down and take pics of my truck but the tires are dark and shiny, the leather inside looks shiny and dark. I m very happy. They did me a favor and took my car seat covers and boaters out but I don t think they typically do that. I left them a 20% tip for the work. I ll be going back I want to take my dads charger. You won t regret coming here

I have used every hand car wash in the loop (of note) and this is easily the best one in town. I ve had an imperfect watch or two, but they re better in a bad day than their competitors at their best.At other washes, I d go home and pick up where they left off - not at Upper Kirby! Your car will look like it rolled off the showroom floor. You really can t beat the value.Update: I have always been a big fan of this place, but since Covid, the service has become very inconsistent. Half of the time when you come in, they tell you they won t touch your interior. Other times, they say they have brought back the service. Sometimes, they say they ll just do a touch up. It s just too inconsistent. Essentially, you re at the mercy of the attendant that day. Today, she told me they d do my interior because, my car was quite clean and later changed her mind saying it would be an additional $15. It s just all over the place.If the only thing you can count on is an exterior wash, $35 is just not reasonable. They do a great job, but for their prices they should. Therefore, I can longer recommend them.

Great service at very affordable prices. I needed to get my seats detailed after a coffee spill and they were able to take care of it within 20 minutes. The seats looked great and there was not much waiting. I just called ahead by 10 minutes and was on my way. I would come here again for similar services and can highly recommend the car wash to others.

I had such a professional experience with Mary at the car wash. My seats were so stained and I could not get the stains out. But Mary and her team went above and beyond cleaning every inch of my car. They were fast courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning my car. They took out all my belongings in my car kept them safe while they cleaned and then put them back. Such an professional job. Support local business and support Mary. I ll be back soon. Thank you for a job well done.

Great service! Quick and easy, the staff was nice and friendly, and the price was great.My car looks like it had a detail job, after they wash it.Just ask for Jerry and he will take care of your car.Will definitely be returning for my next car wash.

Excellent service. My car hasn't shined like this since I first bought her!Edit 11/14/16: Small things they might look into fixing.1- They remove my mats to clean them which is great, but never clip them back into place. Just a small thing but you think they'd just do that.2- Whatever they put onto the tires to shine them gets into the tread. I drive a rear wheel driven sports car and I find myself having to pull my car out of a slide every time I pull out of this place. First time was very dangerous because I wasn't expecting it. I expect it now and proceed very carefully and still find my rear-end trying to come around. Might need to switch products or be very careful when applying it.I've deducted one star for these two things, but will return the rating to 5 once these are corrected or addressed.

I traveled from Chicago, IL on my new car and what a mistake that was. My front end had corpses of thousands of bugs!! I was really worried that my car paint was going to be damaged. I saw online that this place had better reviews than others and decided to give them a chance. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jerry and I told him exactly what my problem was and he mentioned that they did offer a bug service removal. I saw how they were just soo detailed with their work. Everything was perfect, no more bugs or stains on my car! The owner was very friendly and she made the final quality inspection before the car was ok the be released. The best service ever!! I would recommed this place to anyone and everyone. You will get your money s worth here! Thank you!!!

Really like this place and the work they do. Very nice and great attitudes. The only Downside is they don t do rain checks. Kind of a let down BUT nonetheless I know I ll be back. Hopefully they can somehow implement this change.

For$30 is not a good wash/deal. I suggest that you hand wash your car for $5 and get equal results.

The Upper Kirby Car wash place is very through in the work they do. The employees are very efficient and are not in a hurry to get through the cars. They patiently Clean everything and if you tell them to clean certain parts of the car they do a fabulous job of it. I will certainly go back.

Originally stoped in this morning for a regular car wash and upon meeting and getting to know the owner Ken and the rest of his crew. I decided to perform a full paint correction detail and ceramic coat as the car is 12 yrs old and needed some love. All things aside the owner and his main detailer handle my car like it was their own. He also gave a fanatic package deal on all the work I had done and tossed some extra work for free. Car looks brand new and being a car enthusiast myself I was externally happy at how detailed and careful they handle my car (I secretly watched the whole process). Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a great wash or any paint correction work done.

I will not bring my car back here. I came for just an exterior wash and I expected for it to look great. When I got my bar back after the wash there were water spots on the doors and the trunk of the car. The rims were just sprayed and wiped but still had dirt sitting inside the rims. The emblem on the back of the car still had dirt in it... I think a Chevron drive through car wash would have done a better job. The staff was friendly and that really all that was okay about this place.

Removed stains in my white upholstery. Removed stains in my ceiling upholstery, and was explained why a more expensive service like shampooing cannot be done on ceilings. Owner is honest, workers are hard working, price itself blows competition out of water. Try upper Kirby car wash once and you ll probably end up a lifelong customer.

I loved this place! I asked for an executive wash and I asked if the can soap this one carpet and they said it will be extra $13. So, I said then no need for soaping the carpet. Then, when the car was done, the guy told me I washed it for you anyway, which is awesome!!Definitely going there next time!

Not worth the money. My husband and I took both of our vehicles to get washed. We had to tell them to wash it again because my husband's car came out still dirty and with water liking from everywhere. Both car's back windows were dirty. Paid $55 for both and wasn't worth it.

My friend recommended this place when I mentioned that I need to deep clean my car. I did the seven star deep clean and omg, my car looks AMAZING! Ken and his team did a fantastic job! I'm just at awe that they managed to turn my beat up 2008 Honda Civic into a (almost) brand new car! I highly recommend this establishment. The cleaning took a little over 2 hours so bring some thing productive while you wait (I was listening to an audio book).If you plan to sell your car and want it to look brand spankin new, go this place!!!!

Paid for detail and hand wax. I thought it was a good deal, but I guess you get what you pay for. Tires were still very dirty, didn't vacuum trunk, no attention to details. Worst part was that they spilled some kind of adhesive on several areas of my hood. It would not come off with soap and water and even Goo Gone was hard to get it off with. By the time I managed to get it off with several products, it had caused my paint to bubble in the areas it was on. Very disappointed and will never return.
