Fast, Friendly and Affordable. I had my windshield damaged and I called around but everyone was either too busy or expensive. Ortiz told me to come in and he got the job done fast and efficiently. I ll use them anytime again!!!

If you re look for great quality work and PRICE, check these guys out! I ve had my drivers seat cracked for a while. I ended up paying $400 for my back window to be fixed and I paid $190 for my driver window to be fixed with them! They did this under 30mins. No wait time. I will be sure to recommend others to them! Thanks guys!!

Excellent experience. Sent prompt quote -- beat the competition by $100. I live nearby, so it was no problem to drop off car in the morning and pick up a few hours later. Excellent prices and service but depending on your luck and how many people in front of you it can be a long wait. I was quoted $150 at a mechanic shop to replace the chrome molding trim on windshield. Came here and surprisingly he had spare in stock and changed it out for $30. A bargain and worth the hour wait.

These guys are busy every day when I drive by. I needed a new windshield so I decided to stop and get a quote. The price was fantastic and they had it in stock. I only had to wait 45 minutes for 2 other cars to finish then mine was done in 30 minutes. The put my toll tag and inspection sticker back on and it looks great. Taking another vehicle next week.

The reviews about this place are all true. I called around and this was the nearest and so many places was charging over $35 more for their prices and these guys were the closest with lowest price. They work really fast. As soon as you are ready for repair, they will get it done right away. No games, no playing at all. These guys earn their paycheck for what they do and i am excited about my new windshield and rear glass replacement. You need a place to go Jesus and the gang will get you right!

Fast service, great job on our F-150. Jesus was very pleasant and the guy who did the install really did an A+ job. Don't expect a plush waiting area, but I certainly think we got our money's worth and then some. Highly recommended!

They did a fantastic job in such a timely manner. They replaced my back passenger window within two hours, cleaned the broken glass, and their prices are very reasonable! Will definitely go back if I ever have any glass or windshield needs. Thank you for your amazing service.

My expirence was not good ,they damaged a part that's attached to my windshield n the owner did nit know to place 2nd part of my rear view mirror cause once I arrived the young guy working on it dissapeared.I even said thank you thinking the part had been placed properly .He did not look me in the eye and just left.

This is my 3rd time using them and has had great service. I was a little upset that price quoted on phone didn't include taxes, I thought the price quoted "installed" was final. All in all I would recommend them and go back if needed.

Houston roads are always under construction and broken windshields are inevitable if you drive here a lot. These guys are fast but meticulous in their installs, and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

A few weekends ago we got the windshield on my wife's car replaced. I was so impressed I went back 2 days ago and had my truck done. The guys work quickly, in and out in less than an hour both times. And they are very affordable. I would not have waited so long to replace my windshield if I had known how painless Universal makes it. Highly recommend! Thanks Universal.
