These guys are the best, they have done repairs on my BMW X5 and my Audi TT. they are thorough and know how to repair a vehicle. Highly suggested.

I was referred to Pete the owner by my uncle who is also a mechanic but wanted to make sure I got the best person to work on my Mercedes. From the first time I spoke to Pete he was very informative he made sure he knew exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would cost to repair. He gave me a timeframe and made to update me if anything changed. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the service I received. I will be using this company to service my car moving forward. Oh yea my car runs great no more leaks! Thanks again Pete.

I was having a nightmare with another shop with my 2000 Honda CR-V's engine head replacement. The manager of the other Universal Transmission shop failed to complete the work and so I had my vehicle sent to this Universal Transmission (Artdale) and the shop manager Tim was able to have my vehicle running perfectly within the day, saving me from a costly rental car back to school, at no additional cost to myself. Tim was a thorough professional, I would do business with him again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent customer service! First off they diagnosed my car for free! did a complete rebuild with a full 1 year warranty and even provided me a rental car for the whole time my car was in the shop! I've brought my moms and my little sisters cars here. I highly recommend Universal to anyone. The Techs really know what there doing and the manager helped me save a ton of money compared to what the other local shops quoted me. if you want to save time and money and get back on the road quick, this is your shop!

Daniel is seriously a great guy. They helped me tremendously on my transmission issues on my ford fiesta. Dealership quoted $3k, universal transmission pretty much cut that in half by taking the time to find alternative options. I'm very grateful

All around Excellent service!! I've shopped around and no local shop can beat Universal. since my first repair I've referred many friends and family, i recommend to anyone. great prices, fast turn around and they even cover car rental! The manager Frank always goes the extra mile! 6 STARS!!

These people are the real deal. They did extra work at no cost. At first I was skeptical when I saw so many five star reviews, I thought that it was fishy. But in reality, it was excellent service. Dan is the man. Stopped to take his time and explain to me just was happening. I had just been ripped off by a welder who promised me there would be no leaks after sending a 1000 degrees of heat into my trans repairing a bad mount. Well he did, and thats when I took it to a real transmission shop who did excellent work, It restores my faith in my fellow man to know that there are still people out there who dont use you.. Now if I could find a girlfriend that does the exact same , Ill be set.

I always take my car at this location to get my regular maintenance after they fix my transmission last year , they have excellent customer service and I always take advantage of their free diagnostics and their reasonable prices.I recommend this transmission/auto repair shop to my family members and friends!

I was panicked about to throw my 2002 toyota because the engine was broken. I give glory to God He put on my road Universal Transmission they rebuilt the engine of my toyota, 6 months ago I use my car as before. I am satisfied it would be a big mistake on my part if I had not invested this money instead to sale my toyota that I really like for $400 . Yes you did a great job guys I will recommend you to anyone wants to do a job such as mine.

Unbelievable. I ve dealt with shops but this one here just exceeded my expectations.Sylvia truly goes out of her way in order to keep me updated on the status of the repair. If everyone was as pleasant as her this world would be a much better place. Thanks again Sylvia.

I didn't get the work done but the manager was informative about the repair and explained what was wrong or could be wrong with the vehicle and wasn't going to charge for a diagnostic.

TOOK MY FORD F-250 2010 TO THE SHOP THINKING I HAD A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM CAME OUT TO BE IT WAS THE REAR MAIN SEAL THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE GUYS WERE VERY HELPFUL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Took my 2015 altima for a Free diagnostic.Had acouple things that needed to be fixed .Me being a woman i was a bit worried that they would want to try and over charge me , but that was not the case whats so ever . In and out in one day ! Thanks guys !

Me reconstruyeron la transmisi�n y hasta la fecha todo muy bien , me ayudaron con la financiaci�n, etc .... ya reparada fue donde el trato cambi�... les comente que tra�a una fuga de aceite en un empaque y me dijeron que es "normal" que luego se quita , meses despu�s me di cuenta que la palanca de cambios ya no llega hasta la " 1 " , esa ocasi�n que fui a que Checaran esa fuga , me tuvieron esperando 1 hora y30 min para poder checar la camioneta , por que "ninguno de los trabajadores esta disponible" (eran f�cil m�s de 5 ) hasta que lleg� el due�o y le orden� a 1 que pausara su trabajo para hacer eso .
