Took my Ford Mustang 5.0 to this shop and I was not disappointed. The manager Tim took care of my car from day one. As soon as I told him the problem he assured me that it would be taken care of. Not only was he informed and courteous, they were fast and efficient. They took me through every step. They even showed me the new transmission as it was taken off the truck. They replaced my transmission in less than 10 days. They even gave me a ride home. My car is in great shape. I would definitely go back . And I do recommend this place if you have any transmission and clutch issues.

Amaze in Grace. Jim is better than Blue Bell. My grandson:s 2019 Tarus was in bad shape. Because I am still.paying on it I couldn't throw in the towel. Universal Transmission through Jim restored the car better than new. Great service, good price, amazing repair. Thank you Jim. May God continue to bless you and her family.

I CANNOT recommend this place enough! I took my car to 3 other shops and they could not fix my issue. Brought it here and they diagnosed it and fixed it right away. Other shops told me it was a transmission issue and I was going to have to pay $$$$. They were able to fix the actual problem at a fraction of the cost. Will definitely use them again in the future and for our other vehicles. Thank you again!
