If you are on the fence, please read below:My experience with United Car Experts was nothing short of seamless and amazing! Juanita was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process, keeping me up to date on happenings with my car. Alex was so kind, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond my expectations of what a repair / mechanic shop would take care of. When I got my car back, it was like the car was brand new! They even gave the inside of my car a nice clean!! Hopefully I do not have to go through another body repair process again (because no one likes having to deal with it), but if I do, I m taking my car to the wonderful people at United Car Experts! Thank you all so much!!

Alex was super friendly and thorough. I had an insurance repair, and they did a great job. I appreciate that they also have a life time warranty, and they told me not to hesitate to give them a call if anything else is wrong with my car. Really great experience here.

I had a wonderful experience at United Car Experts, thanks to Alex and Juanita. Alex was so kind, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond my expectations. Juanita was great in communicating with me and arranged the rental car for me. I didn't spend much time to deal with insurance other than making the claim. The repair job was done quickly and nicely. When I got my car back, it was like a new car! They deserve 5-star review. A great place to get your car fixed. Definitely will be back!!

I recently had my car repaired at United Car Expert body shop and I was extremely impressed with their service. Alex and all the staff was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in handling the repairs. They provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done and completed it in a timely manner. The quality of the repair was top-notch and the pricing was fair. I had the best experience with United Car Experts. Alex and Juanita exemplify customer service!! I had a terrible situation that happened to me over the Christmas holidays and they were very understanding , accommodating and compassionate. You just don t find that now days with big dealerships and their body shops. Juanita called me daily to let me know what was happening, alleviating the anxiety I felt with the repair of my car . That s how I was kept in the loop! The Progressive adjuster did not call me once!!Alex even helped me when my headlight bulb went out and replaced the bulbs above my license plate , with no charge! I had no idea they were out. I am so grateful for his assistance.I hope I don t ever experience this again but if I do , I will go back to United Car Experts ! Excellent experience !

United car experts was absolutely amazing. I ve never had this good of an experience with any auto/body company, especially with insurance being involved. They communicated. They kept me up to date and were extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and I m lucky my tow truck driver told me about this company.

My insurance company referred me to United Car Experts and after reading the reviews I decided to come here. I couldn t be more pleased with my experience! Juanita was so nice and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Alex went above and beyond and did an amazing job with the repair work. Don t hesitate to come here for your repairs. I recently had an amazing experience with United Car Experts. They were able to turn a very stressful situation into an easy, no stress process. I had an insurance claim to repair my car after and accident and they were extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Maven, Alex and Juanita were great in communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. The owner was very professional and willing to do whatever he could to make my experience seamless and easy. Alex was so friendly and professional and his work is exceptional. It looked like a brand new car when he was finished. It was clean and detailed...above my expectations! Juanita was amazing when dealing with the insurance company, making the process seamless and easy. They went above and beyond to help me with the rental car process. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to fix their car. If I am ever in this situation again, I would not hesitate to use United Car Experts again!

I couldn t thank them more. Alex went above and beyond. My car looks amazing. As someone who doesn t always feel comfortable in places such as these Juanita and Alex were exceptional. They always called me back in a timely manor, and explained everything so well with the rental and insurance. It was quick and seamless.

As a 22-year-old female, I must highlight the exceptional treatment I received at United Car Experts. It's unfortunately not uncommon to feel a bit vulnerable when dealing with car repairs as a young woman, but I was pleasantly surprised by the respect and transparency displayed by this auto body care shop. Unlike some places that might assume a lack of knowledge, the staff at United Car Experts took the time to explain to me what I was paying for.The team at United Car Experts went above and beyond in fixing my Altima's front bumper. I got into a bad accident (other driver s fault) and the tow truck company brought my car to an auto storage shop. I wasn t comfortable with leaving my car there. I found United car experts by searching on Google and brought my car there. They were very professional, called me to provide updates, I rarely had to call them. Did amazing work on my car, more than I expected. It looks just like new. I have no complaints with them. Great work, great attitudes, very professional, and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A very professional and detailed repair on my front end of my Lincoln Navigator. The staff was very courteous and keep me informed of the progress. In all, I was more than pleased - they even washed and detailed my car-WOW! It looks brand new!!Great job Alex and crew on Tuckerton!!!!Go see Alex for any auto repairs-I Will for sure in the future!!!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting rear ended in an accident, but the silver lining was finding the amazing body shop that restored my BMW back to its former glory. The team at this shop went above and beyond to not only fix the damage, but also to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process.The quality of their work was exceptional and the attention to detail was second to none. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The end result was a perfectly restored vehicle that looked like it had never been in an accident.I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs. They truly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars all the way!

Once they got the parts to my vehicle, they had it ready for me within less than a week! Alex and Juanita are amazing. Alex was great about communicating the issues of my car with me and Juanita was great about communicating to me about the progress of my car. They cleaned the inside and washed the outside of my car before giving it back to me!

I recently had a broken door handle that needed to be replaced. I had the part and decided to go to United Car after getting quotes from two other shops. Alex was kind enough to fix the handle without any wait time and minimal cost. Finally a honest mechanic. I will be back. Once again thank you.

Man Alex did a great job on my car repairs after my bumper was ripped off my car by an uninsured motorist. I was very upset about this incident but Alex reassured me he would make my car like new again! When I went to pick up my car and saw it I was like it looks brand new! I highly recommend United Car Experts!

I want to thank United Car Experts for the fantastic work they did on my vehicle. I took it when my tire popped while I was driving causing the axel and wheel to break. They immediately made me feel at ease guaranteeing they would meet my needs. Thank you Mazen, Ameer, and Juanita for your outstanding customer service. Juanita was on top of everything, worked with my insurance, and gave me consistent timely updates on my vehicle. Thanks to Ameer and his team for the detailed work they did on my car. Had a very good experience with this shop. They were transparent and took care of me and my car. My Honda Civic required a lot of repairs under the hood due to hitting a curb/median. I was given a rental as soon as my car was towed to the shop as well. They even detailed the exterior and interior of my vehicle upon picking it up as well. You also get a lifetime warranty on repairs. They def have my business for any future repairs or maintenance.

I went for getting my son's car fixed and they did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with their service. I liked their professionalism, their timeliness and their coordination at each step. They are very honest about their work, gave me a good fair price and showed me all the work done afterwards. I even got the rental car for my insurance claim right away and this was a big help. I am thinking of utilizing their services for future work. Thank you !

Aside of the great work that was done to my car post accident, the amount of help I ve received from this company is unmatched. My right bumper was bent in and the lights on my ford were broken. This whole situation also effected my wheel. Post repair it s like the car never got hit. Check them out! They re extremely professional and they have very affordable rates.
