We had a great experience working with Ana! She was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. We brought in our genesis to get the front replaced after we were hit. They were great with working with our insurance to get what was needed to complete the job and made the process very easy for us. We are very happy with how our car turned out, it looks perfect! They even went the extra mile to buff out a few imperfections in the paint which we really appreciated! The pricing was very fair, they had a quick turnaround after getting the parts. We would definitely recommend them and would come back for future repairs. Thank you!!

I am so pleased with finding Unique Collision. Elsa and Anna inside the office were so nice and gave a thorough quote. The office is clean and has drinks and a nice sitting area. I was promised my truck in 5 days and on the fifth day I got it back and it was PERFECT! The car was washed and detailed and nicer than the day I bought it. I was sick to my stomach when i dented the side of my truck and Unique Collision made it look brand new again. I thought their price was fair and now that I see how good the work is, I will refer them to everyone I know! Thank you to everyone at the shop for making my truck look brand new in less than a week!

They were recommended by my twin due to their excellent work. So finally swung by today and I was not disappointed. Ana was awesome! Love her honesty. Got me in and out quickly for the minor work I needed done. Should I ever need more vehicles services I know where to go .

They did great work I was expecting this repair to take 10 days and they had it finished in half of that time and it looks perfect like it never happened. Thank you for doing such a great job on my truck. Elda and Miguel are sent from heaven Someone keyed my car I couldn t afford to pay my deductible so she and Miguel took the time after closing to use some black paint and car glue to make pretty until I saved up money to fix it I highly recommend coming here!

I have had my Mazda 6 sport for 2.5 years, brand new. I was a victim of a hit and run. I was so worried that she wouldn't look the same after her repairs. Unique Collision did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more happier! She looks like she never been hit. She still drives very smooth and quiet. I highly recommend Unique Collision!!!

I recently had my car's window shielding fixed at Unique Collision, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Within 30 minutes, they had it sorted at a very reasonable price. The staff, especially Caesar and Franky, were incredibly helpful and cooperative throughout the process. Do not take your car to a dealership!! These guys are amazing. Had to get some things done on my car and they had everything done within an hour. As soon as you hand them the keys they get to work. Prices are really good and my car looks much better. Definitely coming back if I need something done.

My experience with Unique Collision on Hwy 6 was great . They repaired my car back to its original perfect condition and did it quickly. I have been impressed with their customer service and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

Just walking into the office was a breath of fresh air. So clean, organized and very peaceful.Ana is an absolute angel & Elda was so very helpful. Not only did they repair my door (Ana had my part overnighted) they gave me some quotes on painting and body work that I plan on having done in the future.They handled me with such care & expedited every request I ve made. I will be back and I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. They expressed genuine concern for my family and made sure we were comfortable and accommodated throughout the process. The body work was excellent as well. My vehicle looked better than new after the damage was repaired.

It was very good. My car looks good as new. I will honestly give it a 4.5 if I could. But since I couldn't, I'm just giving the 5 stars. The reason I will give them a 4.5 was. They struggled a little bit of communication as in my car was supposed to be ready last week It wasn't and they didn't Communicate that well. I had to call them and find out. But other than that, the work is good.

Decided to write this as someone who never write reviews, but for my experience I just had to. This was the best and friendliest auto repair place I have ever been to. The staff- particularly Anna- were awesome and took care of my repair really quick through my insurance, I basically just had to drop off my vehicle and wait only 2 days for my mini Cooper to get fixed. My rental car was awesome and they set me up super quick with enterprise, and I even got a ride there from them to go. Not to mention the fact that they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car and filled all my tires with air. Even rearranged the stuffed animals in my dash to look super cute. Really grateful Progressive matched me with this place and while I don't look forward to my future car troubles, I know I will be in great hands if something else ever happens. Because Unique Collision on HW 6 will be where I'll be going!

My experiences with Unique Collision have always been professional.My GMC Sierra truck had sufficient damages to the rear end and some parts were on back order.My only disappointment was the lack of timely communication; I had to call for updates.My reason for giving them a 4.5 rating is because the work done along with detailing was exceptional. Ms. Elda and Ana along with there staff went above and beyond to make sure all repairs was completed right.Thank you,Unique

Very professional and friendly workers. Especially the receptionist, helped us through the whole process since it was my first time . Went in to repair my car after a minor car accident. When I went to pick up my car it was washed and cleaned on the inside. My car was looking brand new. Wasn t expecting that at all ! Such an awesome job they did . Recommend 1000% . 10/10 service

Very pleased with how they cared for my vehicle . They go above and beyond. Cleaned my rims for me, vacuumed my car clean. They are very responsive and great at communicating. The painting they did on my car is beautiful my car looks brand new. Thank you guys for all you do!

The best service I ve had at a body repair shop Ever!!! We ve used them twice in the past year and then my car was hit by a piece of pipe on I-10 and I knew exactly who to come to again for service. Elda and Ana are fabulous with customer service and handling insurance information. The rest of the staff are kind and do excellent work. Caesar and Frank are very informative and helpful in the office too. I would recommend them to anyone. Our cars look just like they did when we bought them brand new. Unique Collision was an in network approved shops with my insurance. The entire team were kind and inviting but the main thing is they did a fantastic job on my 2017 Honda CRV. Unique Collision is awesome! My Subaru Forester was damaged in a crash. I figure it would take 2-3 weeks or more to get the repairs done. They finished in a little over a week. My SUV looks perfect and drives great....so great it's impossible to tell there was ever any damage. I hope I never need these types of repairs again but if I do I head back to Unique Collision without a second thought.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
