Excellent service from calls to schedule, leaving my vehicle, updates in progress and picking up my finished vehicle looking like brand new on the new car lot! Kevin and his crew are tremendous. Will definitely go there again if, God forbid, I need them again!

Chris B. provided excellent customer service while my truck was being repaired. He handled all the insurance back-and-forth so I didn t have to deal with it. Chris was able to get my insurance to cover the proper costs to fix my Ford F-150 properly. The actual repair was done excellent as well and looks like a brand new tailgate.

Excellent experience with this company. They provided a written estimate and answered all of my questions prior to the work. They contacted me with updates on unexpected changes. Final bill was $300 over estimate or about 10% based primarily on a more expensive part that was required.

If I could give US Auto Connection seven plus stars I would . I have used them several times and they absolutely are the best when it comes to quality of service , price point , and customer relations . They have always delivered on time as promised .Reuben was on top of all my repairs and communicated with my insurance company as needed. He kept me updated on the progress of my repairs and was on target when a finish date was given .If you are looking for a top notch company look no further they are your pick!

First time ever needing to take my car to a body shop and I couldn t be happier with the results. Ruben was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Updates regarding the timeline of the repairs were given often. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone. Great work and great customer service.

Great and see less experience! They work with the rental cars so someone picked me up from there and I just left my rental there when I was done. So nice and easy! I will definitely be back

We've taken our cars here a few times over the years. Always respectable, straight forward, and trustworthy. Could have been taken to the cleaners on more than one occasion but U.S. Auto did the right thing and informed us of unnecessary repairs and offered alternate solutions. Thanks y'all!

Top notch body shop! Between my parents and amateur stunt driving daughter we ve used their repair services numerous times. Mike S. and the rest of the U.S Auto Connection Team are phenomenal and would definitely recommend them.

Process was easy, turnaround time was minimal compared to other estimates and communication was top notch. Hopefully I don t have to use them again but if I do I would definitely return. Ruben kept in contact throughout the whole process. Great job!

Great service! Quick and easy to work with! I 100% recommend US Auto Connection, they did a great job on my paint for my 4Runner. They even took the care and time to detail it and add air to my tires! Also Mike, my sales rep was kind to help me on a quote for additional work I will need to complete soon. Thank you Mike!

They were friendly. They did the work quickly. They communicated well. They will coordinate having your rental car delivered to the repair shop. When you get your car back, they will handle getting the rental car back to Enterprise.The car was beautiful when I picked it up.I definitely recommend this repair shop.Ask for Kevin. He ll give you great service.

My daughter s car had extensive hail damage as well as road damage. They did an amazing job with repairs and helped us through the insurance process. The car looks brand new and was completed well ahead of schedule!

Brought my car here as they are listed as an authorized repair location for Statefarm. Let me say they did an AMAZING job! My car looks great like it was never hit. Kevin was great! Extremely professional, informative, and genuinely friendly. If I ever need repairs in the future, I will definitely be back.

Great to work with! Towed my truck within an hour of calling. Worked directly with insurance (State Farm). Got to work on vehicle immediately. Kevin stayed in regular communication. Vehicle was ready for pick-up a week later. First shop I contacted told me it could sit for 2-3 weeks before they d even look at it!

Even though I couldn't use their services due to insurance restrictions , I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness . Great customer service and they did a good job with fixing my car after an accident! Luckily they take my insurance too so only had to pay the deductible. They deliver quality work and are very organized with all their clients.

Great job on repair, they also deep cleaned the interior which was a nice bonus.However, the work was delayed and I had to call in multiple times to check on it. They told me they would call me with updates and never did. I had to call 3 times a day to check on progress after the work was delayed

I had been there before and had a great experience. This time with a more high end car I trusted them, except I did not have a good experience. My car is a brand new BMW. It had bad damage on bumper. I thought it wouldn t be much of a hassle. My car was in the shop for more than 10 days. When I went to pick it up it still had damage on lower bumper. Not acceptable. At fault persons insurance was called and they showed pictures where my car did not have those damages. So the shop was responsible for it. I had to leave my car again for 2 more days. They fixed it but there still is damage on the grill of the car. I am very disappointed in the way it was handled in this ocasi�n. I will no longer be taking my car there. Worked with Kevin on getting my Subaru fixed. He did an excellent job, was upfront with everything, and provided periodic updates on the status of the repairs. Great experience. I highly recommend this shop!

My car looks better than it did before the accident it was in! Jacob took care of me. He made sure to call me throughout the repair process and provided me with constant updates. When I picked my car up yesterday, he took the time to walk me through the repairs and show the work that they did. Jacob even offered to handle the return of my rental car back to Enterprise, which was huge for me. All in all I m pleased with the work that was done and if I ever need to get body work done again, I m coming back here. Thanks for everything!

This is going to be a long one, but these people are truly the worst... i dont know they are still operating a business.. My daughter had an accident september 28, and the car was "ready" this past friday. 7 full weeks of extensions, the "I will have it ready next week", "the parts didnt come in so maybe next week". Ive gotten tired of the promises. The lack of communication, wow! Beyond expectations met. It was always my husband reaching out to them, and never getting a call back when they would say they would. My insurance had to call them twice for updates because we were getting the run around. The fact that the tow driver showed up and said no charge, I will bill your insurance was too good to be true. I would rather have paid cash for it to be towed to any other body shop. Never again will I fall for that! The car makes noises when it drives, it sounds like im driving a diesel or something, the paint job isnt matched and the car wasnt aligned. I mean for having kept the car 7 weeks and they rushed it out on the last week was only because our rental was due and we told them we werent going to pay for the out of pocket expense. You guessed it, the car was ready the next day after our rental due date. And it really shows the work of it being rushed. Trust me when I say, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Save yourself a migrane!!
