I had an amazing experience here, which is really uncommon when unplanned car repairs cost money. It became troublesome as soon as I started calling around to find my low-profile tires because most tire stores don't stock the used version. When I spoke with Yonaide over the phone, she was really helpful. She put me on a short hold while she looked in the back for my tire. It was such a relief when she returned and said they had my tire. When I arrived at the facility, her prompt and excellent customer service made my visit very enjoyable. She even made me an offer to buy two tires. She is a very kind woman. The mechanics were courteous as well. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone without a second guess. They have found a loyal customer in me for sure. Thanks for your hard work

OMG ! I loooove this place , they very Affordable I ve been coming here since 2022 ! & They always come thru for me GREAT PRICES , GREAT ATTITUDE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & the lady lol I forgot her name but I call her mami I think she the manager but she s my favorite she go UP UP & beyond for her customers and I m one of the Loyal Ones but yeah if you looking for a used affordable tire This is your place !

This place is very professional fast and easy work. They even offer financial plans if your unable to afford the entire price of tires at the moment. I recommend this place!

I love this place they took care of my car they didn't just look at the one I thought was bad they looked at all my Tires they found the big nail and one of my other tire Almost bust opened they is soooo sweet

I've been coming to Tumakin for a few yrs now. Used to be I had 0 issues with the tires or services. Had to go back 2 days in a row for a tire that kept going flat. Now it is used but I was assured that is in good condition and would pass alignment and inspection. Come to find out the stem valve was cracked on the tire, (WHICH WAS NOT CHECKED BEFORE SELLING IT TO ME OR INSTALLATION) So I have to pay a additional price for them to change it out. Yet still my psi is still at 33 when it should be 36. Why spend 95 on a used tire and stem valve change when a brand new tire is 105-115? I even requested all new tires be put on but was told they don't have the size to fit my vehicle but they have plenty of used and they are basically like new. Listen if its a quick patch or plug them I suggest them. If not try your luck elsewhere.

Stopped for 4 wheel rotation and and balance. $70. Told me that one of my wheels was bent had to be fixed or buy a new rim. They have a known rim shop and had their card. Sketchy. Rim shop to fix rim was $125. Took my one bad wheel to another tire shop, they found balance weight out of place old weight and new weights. Re balance my wheels. No issues anymore. Don t come here!

I purchased a tire for a flat I had at the end of January and the tire I purchased went on flat today. Less than 3 months and when I took it to Discount Tires they said the tread was worn and no good. I drive my kids to school and back. I work from home. There is no reason my tread should be low or my tire flat. It seems they sold me a used tire for almost what I would've paid for a new one. $70 is nothing to sneeze at. Very disappointed I don't have money to waist.

(picture uploaded)This is what happened less than a mile from leaving here. Staff is rude and unqualified. They overinflated my tire and it blew when I got on the freeway. The management did nothing to help me, just acted like they didn't speak English all the sudden. My advice: roll to the next tire shop, it's not worth stopping here

I actually found this place on the internet. I had one of my front tires blow out on me and money was really tight about the time this happened. I couldn't really afford to take it to a place like Discount Tire, or any of them other similar shops because the cheapest tire they could offer me was around $100.00 plus the labor fee to put it on. So I got online to look for cheap tires, and this place came up so I called them. The cheapest one they had for the type I needed for my car was for $48.00 + a $15.00 labor fee, so I ended up going straight up there because getting it for that price during the financial struggle I was having was a blessing, and the staff were nice and polite too. I didn't even have to wait. As soon as I got there they started putting it on, and they were done with my car in 15 minutes which was great. Have nothing bad to say about this place. All I can say is if you want fast service and cheap tires you should really consider checking out this place.

I came to this place 09/09/20 they were supposed to replace and balance my tires and I paid 70$ cash. The next day I went to get an alignment else where just to find out they never balanced them. Went back to confront the next day and the owner claimed although I have proof that they never balanced them and I paid for it they refused to give me any money back and argued they did when I have clear proof they didn t. This place is a scam only good for emergencies. Do not go if you want to use your money wisely!

One of two locations owned by a Colombian family. I brought two estimates from other tire stores and was able to find comparable tires at a better price. The installation was quick and correct (I watched) so I tipped the installer. I will use this facility again in the near future for another vehicle I own.

Place was very speedy to service and aid. Very reasonable pricing on tires and did not wait to long before it was all set and done. Will keep going for my tire needs.

Welp can't go back to these guys anymore. My husband just got 3 new tires yesterday from them and then less than 24 hours the tire pressure started going low. Went back the very next day for them to see what was wrong and they said it was the stem valve. And then charged us to fix it. Don't think that's fair since how they're the ones that literally just put the tire on.

We mistakenly put the wrong size tire on my car. After discovering this, the shop was happy to replace it. Very friendly and accommodating staff members. Highly recommend to anyone.

Every helpful and friendly! Had lock on hand for my lug nuts and even sold it to me so id have it because they wanted me to be able to get tires again. Definitely coming back.

Just 5 min ago went to this place and they did my Nissan tire for really cheap it was 55 dollars and I was in and out in less than 10 min the staff was amazing and bilingual they even had some guys being rude in the store and they handled then very well and were very nice despite their attitudes they have my business for life!
