If In Houston, don t go anywhere BUT this place. Had a blowout at 645am they were open at 7 when I rolled in. I was 120k pounds, they fixed me up with tire and rim for a very reasonable price and back on the road in 30 min. And provided a flagger to help stop traffic to get out of their lot!! Amazing service and got a free shirt!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Worst experience ever only good part is front office lady was polite and helpful but a tech broke 2 studs off our wheel and was originally willing to fix then owners husband supposedly a technician showed up and blamed my husband and refused go fix. Don't take your trucks and trailers there owners very unprofessional and rude.

I stopped there to replace my truck dual tires , they are extremely professional and the price are very reasonable and I am fully satisfied with their service I will be back if need to replace more tires in the future. Thank you keep up the best and fast services.

My experience here was literally in & out. Seriously they (tire techs Amos & Brandon) were a big help to my solution. This is my third time coming to this shop. I honestly would recommend others to come on down and get serviced today.

They should be more helpfulI got a flat tire and I just asked very nice if I could pay them or one of their employees to help me out putting up my spare i was not asking to do it for free like just like 20$-30$ for just a guy to take off my flat tire and put on my spare manually because I know their tools are not for to be use in an small vehicle.And they said no and they employees weren t helpful either they weren t busy either not gentlemen in this tire shop and the owner not friendly at all .Thankfully this other truck tire shop was kind enough to send out an employee to do this job!!!

Priced changed 3 times before I was out the door. Said 275$ per tire INSTALLED that changed to 279 upon arrival. Then I was charged a total of 639.22$ for 2 tires installed. 2 valve stems (which is ok) and a 25$ install fee. Great workers but shady business.

My experience at this Tire Shop was very good. Being a first time customer, I got beyond expectation. I'm a 18 Wheeler operator andneeded a tire service & advise on compliance standards for tread depth, correct pressure, valve check for the tires on my truck and I got excellent & prompt service for a very reasonable price.The Customer service lady manager and the technician were wonderful and very courteous.I'll definitely go back to them for my next set of tires and service.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality tires, good price and excellent service.

It was very great fast and quick service provided by them. I have been coming here every time. The guys Luis Patrick worked on my front and Tommy , Jon, Worked on my trailer. They were really good at what they did. They were so great fully helpful. I recommend them. If you looking for service and reliability these are the guys. Amazingingly the Best.Thanks guys

I just have to let Houston know that the General Manager Barry, assistant Lisa and tire crew lead Country are the best in the city. They went way out of their way to help me when I was looking for a particular set of tires. Barry is a true blessing for my business. If you need new or used, or even re-groved big truck tires in or around Houston, don t hesitate to call them. They will get you what you re looking for. Thanks again y all for helping me today.

If I could go less than a 1 I would. Be aware!!! They will knowingly put air in your tire just so it can pop in order for you to buy a new tire from them. I have purchased tires from them before and this time was one of the worst experience. If you make a mistake just own up to it and cover your mistake. I don't mind buying a new tire but as the tire specialist let me know beforehand if there is a problem that would cause me to have to purchase another tire before trying to fill it.

My experience at Truck Tire Depot was excellent! I bought 10 tires and they got me in and out fast. It's also nice that they're located next door to a chrome shop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tires!

Best place to get semi tires. They have in house financing I was in and out in less than 2 hours. That's with getting 10 new tires!

Bad place to buy tires. This will the place I will buy tires usually and i bought 6 tires from them however on my first run one tired pop off , other one got a nail , 2 had rips. To sum up the story, only one tired was good from that. Sent out to warranty and only credited me $450 out of 1200 due to tires being under inflated however tires where at 110 and with the heat inflated to max can cause them to pop. I had to purchased other tires and had to spend $1800. I asked to work with me and no, as that lost a customer as it s so wierd 5/6 tires gave me a problem. Don t go to this place believing warranty is there for something. If warranty didn t want to credit me, the shop could have work with me as a been a good customer.

Hit or miss with these folks I showed them my tire they said yes we can fix it wait a hour they lift the truck up and tell me they couldn t take off the tire because of the fenders charged me 10 dollars to lift it up could ve just told me in the beginning when they saw the tire instead of wasting my time

I went first to the truck stop and I was told I need a new tire, I tried to ask for a fix and the answer we truck driver knows, I can t be fixed, I found tire depot and once I showed them what happened to the tire and they know how to fix tires and get you going in no time, thanks to all of the staff was friendly and they understand what truck drivers go through to make a delivery.

Had a patch on one of my rear tandem tires rupture and after doing a little research decided to roll into these guys as they had pretty good reviews online and glad I did, they were very courteous and fast, had no problem repairing the tire at a very reasonable rate and had me back on the road in no time. Outstanding service, would highly recommend them and will definitely be back for any future repairs I need in the Houston area.

Had a flat drive tire on my Freightliner. I looked up local semi tire shops and seen Truck Tire Depot with good reviews. Figure would give them a try. And SO GLAD I did. Everyone was GREAT to deal with. They hopped on patching my flat right away, even in this 100 degree heat. Got me in and out very quickly. Great customer service. I highly recommend for any of your semi tire needs. And they have great hours. Open at 6am so that was a plus for me too. GREAT JOB to all the employees at TRUCK TIRE DEPOT!!!!!! Alot better service than at your big truck stops. Much appreciated!!!!

I had a very small nail in tire (2022 freightliner cascadia), very slow leak. I went to this shop, the manager comes out, greet me, took look at tire. The Mechanic found the nail quickly and fixed it (patch). took only 20min.I will highly recommend this shop.

Outstanding customer service, ladies in the office, salesmanship well as the technician were all very courteous, was careful not to scratch up the polished wheels. Nice to find a shop that still takes care of customer. amazing prices on new tires, highly recommended.

This is a honest business,I had a issue which I'm not gonna go into the owner didn't justify it he rectified it.They have good prices and the lady's inside are very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is a man of great integrity and take pride in his business. As a owner operator I appreciate a business of this magnitude.I don't give out 5 star reviews but they deserve it.I recommend if you need tires in this area you go here.

I had a flat tire; they fixed that and rotated the tires for me in less than 1 hour. Very friendly people working there and the price are reasonable. Going back in two months to change 8 tires on my truck. I highly recommend this place for your truck and trailer tires.

I stopped in to get a drive tire replaced. While there they alerted me to a problem with my steer tire, which was developing a bad wear pattern. I appreciate them alerting me. I value my life. Their prices are very reasonable, and service and quality top notch. Amos worked on my truck quickly. No complaints. Thanks Truck Tire Depot.
