Stopped to ask for a quote to have 4 brake pads changed.The man with the attitude there responded with $308 or you can go somewhere else for cheaper. Definitely uncalled for because I stopped here not somewhere else. Message understood though and I hope your day gets better.

I called to ask for an oil change on the PT cruiser. He told me go to AutoZone and buy the stuff and you could do it yourself. What the hell is that? worst customer service ever

Great service, affordable prices, and consistent quality. I've known the mechanic personally for half a decade, and he continues to impress.I can personally vouch for the good men who have kept my vehicle in top shape for 7 years thus far. Dealerships are the most criminal institutions out there besides prisons, and so this place sticks out as a fine establishment.

They do inspections here and I took my car because it was failing so I wanted to see what was wrong so I could fix it and then do the inspection. After checking the codes they saw I had a few they said no, take it somewhere else without telling what was wrong or why! To my luck when I tried to leave my car wouldn t turn on so instead of helping me because I was already in a mechanic place they pushed my car out of their parking lot to the side of the street and closed and left me there alone. To say that it was frustrating it s an understatement! I don t do reviews often but I really hope this doesn t happen to someone else. Just avoid the trouble and go somewhere else.

They diagnosed quickly and with accuracy. They gave me an estimate, then called to let me know what exactly needed to be done to fix the problem and how long it would take. They did a great job and my car is back to being reliable. Thanks!!!

We brought my girlfriends Lexus SUV in and asked if they could fix the brakes. Not only did they fix the brakes and turn the rotors, but they did it at a very fair price. They even checked the back.brake pads and advised her that she would need them changed in about 5 months. Had car back within 2 hours. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.Service: Brakes

Super fast, amazingly simple, ridiculously worry free location for a quick oil change or state inspection. My experience with both mechanics was that they were quick and easy to work with. Sign states they have knowledge to perform most minor mechanic activities, but I haven't tried those services as of yet.

I have been a customer of this facility for many years but as of today I will never go back there again. I went to this business so that he can put air in one of my tires because it was very low and it was an emergency and they refused. Shame on you for not helping someone in distress. And that that a customer of many many years. You lost the customer!!!Service: Oil change

I have been doing business her for over 5 years. they have always been dependable, fair and honest to the point of all of my vehicles come here first before they were bought. I over recommend these guys to anyone that may be looking for a mechanic or advice.

These guys are great. I go to them for basically everything. I work nearby & can always get an oil change on my lunch break with time to spare. Whenever I have a major issue (16 yo car!) they always inspect it thoroughly and answer all my questions. I definitely recommend this shop!

If I could give them No Stars I Would!!! This place is the worst! Finding someone who works here and that will acknowledge your standing in their place of business is unbelievably hard. I walked in to get my car inspected and I couldn t tell who actually worked here. I stood in the office area for 20 mins alone watching 5 guys add oil to one car one man looking over at me and then just lite a cigarette and turned and walked away. I found out later this was the owner. Finally, someone popped their head in and just stared at me for a few mins before saying what do you need I told him I needed some work done and needed to get it inspection but I had a few questions for him before we got started and he cuts me off to say he needs my insurance and I told him yes I ll get to that but first let me tell you a little bit of what s going on to see if you can handle the issue and he again said he wants my insurance card. I told him again I have that but I need to asked someone about what s be going wrong first. He finally walks in the door and then says why, don t you want your inspection done and for that I need you insurance I was pretty much done at that point but tried to see if he could even do the job. After finally getting out what the issues were with my car he told me they can t do the work. I would never give them my business or recommend them to anyone. If you want GREAT HONEST work done in the area go down to Mayco Muffler down Gessner. At Mayco Down the road will be treated with respect not talked over with open honesty and can t beat the price and service they give everyone!

Horrible owner ! As I stoped at this establishment for the first time ,and merely to state inspect my vehicle (and as the business makes no money really off that , Here was then the shining opportunity to make and win A RELATIONSHIP with a new customer !!But NO.Some people never learn Mikael Sundin

hot and cold. sometimes you get perfect service with a smile & some times you just get a no without ever looking at the problem. when they are in a good mood it's a great place

I have my oil changed here on a regular basis. They always treat me fairly and never try to sell me additional work, even when I ask if anything is wrong with the car besides what I brought it in fore.
