I don t understand how someone can leave a bad review to a small family owned shop who is the most honest! They didn t charge me a dime when they couldn t find the problem, I value honesty and had to review them on that alone. I dare you to find a shop out there that does the same! I never do these things but needed to after I saw someone review this shop unfairly.

I highly recommend Frank at Trans Star. Very honest and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. Nice having a transmission shop I can finally trust.

Great little family owned business! They re always honest and upfront and don t charge you if they aren t able to fix something! Honesty and integrity like that are so important and so rare in businesses today!

The owner of the shop Frank and Frank Jr can not be trusted with your vehicle they will accept the job only to create a new problem with your vehicle.Do not waste your time or money with this company. Over all this is a very unprofessional company.Service: Transmission

This place is a hidden gem it's hard to find honest and affordable service.They are great people, and the staff is amazing. They will put the time to get it right for you. I highly recommend this business.

These guys are honest people. I usually do my own maintenance to my vehicles. I was not able to verify the fluid level on my cvt without professional equipment. Brought it here and they ran my vehicle through the steps and ensured my fluid levels were up to specs. Simple job but they did it thoroughly and professionally. I hope I don't need transmission work in the future but if I do, I'm definitely bringing my vehicles here!

This transmission shop stands out and is set apart from the rest because of the quality of work that they do. from my own personalExperience the work and customer relations that they have with their clients is spectacular! as strangers needing your transmission fixed your treated as family. In addition the reliability of their worranty is unmatched! They take the stress of your shoulders and that's what it's all about.

This was the stop for my manual driven car and me. I went to several places that were a waste of my time like A+ transmissions and AAMCO transmissions. The first place messed up a nut that was badly damaged because they were not able to take it out and did not know what they were doing. Second place wanted to charge me what the car was worth and not even have a 2 stage clutch. I called Tran star Transmission and they the owner was so friendly and courteous with my husband and I. He gave us alot of information and was trustworthy with his advise. He also gave me warranty for a year on the parts and if the transmission went out he would not charge us the labor. It was very difficult to find mechanic shops that work with manual cars and trustworthy advise. It was also very affordable and within my means. I would definitely recommend.

I would like to take this time to thank Mr. Frank of Trans Star Transmission. He is truly a Man of God. Honest, caring and knows transmission. This morning started out with a lot of obstacles. But God used Mr. Frank to help me work it out. I went to have my transmission serviced, he was honest and told me I would be wasting my money trying to have it serviced, I needed another transmission. He could have easily taken my money and sent me on my way, but he didn't. We need more honest God centered businesses like this one. Thank you Mr. Frank for caring and being a Follower of Christ.

Went into the shop Frank introduce me to his family and inform me about possible issues with my car and told me the steps that we would take to address it. After the initial TCU reset the car is running splendidly after the transmission service.

Nice guy, charged me for new transmission but it was a used one. Came out defective, Also kept raising the price to fix and no warranty. I recommend another place honest opinion.

If you want an honest mechanic with a great reputation in this area, someone that will really take care of your transmission, talk to Frank. He ll leave your car as good as new.
