These guys totally Rock. I will keep coming back because of the quality work and great customer service they have. I sent these guys a YouTube video on installing the OEM headlights on my Ram and they did it with no issues. Their great!!!

Good source of help when upgrading your 4x4 gear.Update: once again Austin, Aaron, James, Marcos and Daniel excelled in making my Tacoma standout. I usually don't let others work on my stuff as I am almost always disappointed as the work is not to my standards. I was in the auto repair business for 20 years before switching to IT. They take the time to do it right. This is from May where they did the front half my lift with with Air lockers and and 4.88 gears. I did the rear myself. It made a huge difference in its abilities in the mountains of Arkansas.I finally got my bumpers, winch and back lights setup over there along with a power lock for the tailgate. Once again great work was done. Saving up for wheels and tires next.Loving the Method 703 Bead Grip wheels and Nitto Trail Grapplers 285/75/17. Once again they did a great job in making my truck stand out! I end up getting 7 so my spare and trailer would all be the same :) Getting ready for ditch lights, roof light bar and bumper light bar next.

The employees were helpful and very nice. They got me what I wanted. Instalation of my item was done in a timely matter and they have followed up and called me to make sure I wasn't having any issues. Great job fellers, I greatly appreciated yalls help.

This 4 Wheel Parts store has always been fantastic! I have been a customer at this store for well over 20 years. They have helped me with parts and builds for several Jeeps and Trucks. Everyone is always great, from the guys at the counter, to the techs, to the store manager.

Talk to James on the phone on a Saturday evening regarding a 3inch lift. I showed up Monday to go over lift options. Got the kit ordered and left the truck with them. The parts arrived Wednesday and they had my truck ready to go Thursday by 11am. These guys absolutely killed it with customer service and quick install. Definitely will be going back

Highly recommend. Stephen Boyd has provided great support and service to me since 2021 and now that he has moved to this location, I will too! Had some work done recently and Stephen and the service manager, Daniel did a fantastic job with a product they have not worked with before. Very clean install.

They did a great job installing the lift kit, putting on a folding tonneau cover, led light bar and these big tires! Enjoyed meeting everyone. Good group of folks. Stop by and check it out. Hard to imagine Mr. Adler created this company 57 yrs ago selling stuff out of his trunk. Awesome

We have always had great service when this location was 4 Wheel Parts. We didn t always go there just because of the parts, but the employees as well. To see some of the familiar faces and know the quality of service and staff will carry on is a big deal. We have been going to this location for probably going on 10 years. When we walked in knowing it was a new company we were skeptical. Seeing Aaron helped assure us we were still going to have great service. Aaron, and the other staff members helped figure out the part s causing the death wobble! Thank you for all of your help and listening to our concerns.

I wanted to upgrade my tires, wheels and suspension so I took my truck to Marcos and team. They were able to direct me to all the possible options and put together packages that would best suit my needs. After selecting my setup, they were able to get my truck in and completed faster than anticipated without any issues. I will be bringing all of my off road wants and needs to Marcos and team.

All I can say is total incompetent! I called and ordered a 3 1/4" lift kit and new shocks for my wife's Jeep! I then called back and asked for the parts number just to make sure everything was good and when I looked it up it showed that this would not fit my wife's jeep! It was for a two-door and she has a four-door! You would think that they would want to ask that question if they knew what they were doing! They told me everything would be there by Friday so when they called Thursday and said it was there I was pleased! I picked it up and took it to my mechanic where he discovered that they gave me a 4"-6" lift kit for a Toyota Tundra! I then went back to my mechanic, picked up the kit, and took it back to the store where they told me that my kit had not even arrived yet! I asked him if they could same day ship it to my mechanic when it arrived because my Jeep is still at the mechanic and I'm paying $80 a day on a rental vehicle! They said they would, and they kept saying how sorry they were, but when it came down to it, they called me the next day and said they couldn't get it to my mechanic until the next day! They could have shown me that they were truly sorry by driving it 30 minutes to my mechanic and getting him the kit. Instead, I drove for the THIRD TIME a 2-hour round trip to get the kit myself and take it to my mechanic! As I go through the reviews here I see that somehow they always turn it on the customer! I'm interested to see how they're going to turn this and make it my fault!

The team at 4Wheel Parts did an incredible job making this Bronco Raptor a one of a kind. The customer service is excellent and no better attention to detail. The Raptor looks great and rides awesome!

Took our truck here back in 2018 and recently took the Excursion, the customer service here is absolutely fantastic and they gave us the best recommendation for our trucks! Gordon was the one who recommended the parts and products that suited my needs and the Excursion really turned out awesome! He took time explaining everything, he is not pushy and they did everything it in a timely manner. Thank you guys!

Discovered Aaron and 4Wheel Parts FM1960 store back in 1996. They solved my steering issue created by another shop that installed my Procomp suspension lift. Two Chevy trucks and my 2000 Jeep TJ build later I m still a fan and a customer. I have referred my friends to Aaron and they are still friends.Jimmy V.

This location is great, Period. The techs the manager are all knowledgeable & willing to go above & beyond. I'm sooo thankful the same personnel stayed on from when the store was 4wps. It's been often said it's the people that makes the place, that is definitely the case inregards to this place.

I spent $6,000.00 on my old Grand Cherokee lifting it, new mud tires, and a lot of work on the suspension. Im not complaining about the cost, and it is too soon to know about the quality and workmanship. But I will probably be bringing it back because the steering wheel isnt centered and it seems to pull slightly to the right, always seem to be keeping it from going to the right and I drove 30 miles home slightly favoring to the left the entire way. I dont consider these things such a big deal, but I do consider it a big deal that 3 of my old tires were GONE when I asked for all of them back! I never authorized them to get rid of MY tires. I say "get rid" in lieu of "dispose" because it dosent make sense that ONE TIRE WAS STILL THERE (you be the judge as to what happened to the other 3 because I wasnt told and I have no idea). The old tires had excellent tread. James told me that they were of no use because of dry rot. But they were MINE! I didnt request that they re-mount them on wheels for road service. I simply wanted them back. I could use them for multiple things such as re-mounting and using them for farm implements, storage cradles for engines and roll around for one of several of my old cars. But in this case, I had already told a friend that HE COULD HAVE THEM! Very disappointed! I feel that 2 stars is a gracious review in this case. I consider it very unfortunate to earn 2 stars over mishandling some worthless old tires. But again, they -were- MY worthless old tires and I wanted them back!

Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was great as well. Had beautiful front and rear bumpers installed and replaced, balanced and rotated 4 tires. All done in timely manner and was continuously updated on progress

Where do I start. Wow, this place is terrible. I purchased a front-end Alloy USA ball joints in Dec of 2021 and was under warranty for 5 years. Never was told that I needed to pay more for their warranty. I 14,000 miles later and a year and 10 months my ball joints are no good. Austin had told me that I needed to contact Alloy usa myself when I didn't even buy these ball joints through them. I went to 4 wheel part/ total off road, and more. They order the ball joint, so I feel they should be responsible for what they are installing. Also, they are trying to charge me more than the old labor charge. Total rip off. I asked Austin if he could help with some of the cost, and he didn't want to hear that. That would mean I would have to pay double labor in 1 year and 10 monthsPlease read. If you plan on going to this place. Be careful because they will give you a run around. They don't stand by anything unless you pay extra..So if you buy anything from them, they make you take care of the warranty that they bought through a third party, then charge you labor to reinstall a very sad place.RespondingI wasn't told that with 4wd parts that all I have to pay is 10% that's a no Brainer. My problem is you guys leave the part warranty up to the customer.Also, the right thing would have been good to honor the invoice labor cost.

I was looking at upgrading or replacing the axles on my '01 XJ. The 4WP team here was able to walk me through some options to fit the needs of my build and really help move the process along as we were waiting on parts to arrive. We ended up doing a complete axle swap and were able to keep the build to a tight timeline with little to no issues. During the swap some issues came up and the team was very transparent. During a couple trips the last month some minor issues came up and Gordon was more than able to take the time to address it over the phone and get things tightened up once we were back in Houston. The build performed excellently over back-to-back-to-back trips in September.

4WP is awesome. They carry all the things I need (want) for my truck and jeep, at very reasonable prices, even more so when they are running sales. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with Austin, who obviously loves his job and enjoys helping people trick out their rides. Bought shocks for my Expedition and they were able to install them for a reasonable price, very quickly.

I've been doing business with this location for several years. Most recently I've been dealing with Marcos, who has been awesome. He has helped me down the path of building my Jeep up. Full skids, gears, tires, lift, axle shafts. He knows his stuff and has not steered me wrong yet. I come in with an idea of what I want and he tells me his honesty opinion. He's never tried to push a product on me. I will continue to see him for my 4x4 vehicle needs.I bring my truck and two Jeeps here and will continue to do so.

Mr. TJ Woolley is beyond excellent, he went beyond his normal duties to help me to get my parts ordered and delivered on time. He took his busy time explaining to me all the questions I asked although he has other customers waiting behind me. Very friendly and professional and loyal to serve his customers.
