Marcus was ready to help diagnose a car tire situation and provide timely and expert interventions. Without these the situation could have turned ugly and ended up paying more money. Very friendly , responsive and ready to help despite most repair shops unavailable due to New Year day. Great service provided , very professional and trustworthy,I went to dealer to get vehicle diagnosed and they were charging a ton of money just to check ac leak , and other concerns I had. So went to total dimension to find out it was the condenser and you can visually see that it was leaking so dealer was charging about $2000 and with the help of total dimension they saved me a ton of money and also checked out a fuel issue I was having and got that concern fixed as well , at the end of the day they gained a loyal customer and I will continue doing business with them.Great work guys , thank you and god bless Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto A/C replacement

By far one of the best shops to take your vehicle to for any work. Not only is the work done in a timely manner but they also do it for a reasonable price. Have had both my work truck and wife s daily fixed by these gentlemen. Don t use this mechanic. If I could give zero stars I would. Unethical and horrible experience. Needed my A/c fixed and was charged over 500$ And A/c still doesn t work. Had same mechanic look into it again was charged an 80$ diagnostic fee on top of what I had already paid the first time. This are your typical con artist type mechanics. Not willing to help you but instead lead you on.Service: Auto A/C recharge

They put engines in 2 of my vehicles along with other routine maintenance and overall great to work with, fair on price and quick turn arounds. Do not use this auto shop. This business is unprofessional took my vehicle for a/c repair but 4 days later no a/c that was 510$ for only 4 days of a/c. Then charged $80 for checking it again. He claims that it was because it was another component of the a/c system so that is why he charged to check it again, but as a consumer and a computer repair technician I believe the check should have been free, this is not good business. As business owners we have to make decisions that benefit our company but Marcus got defensive and personal and only looked out for himself and not his customer. This was a disappointing experience and I hope no one else goes through this. Also, its clear that he had friends comment on his business so he would not have a 1 star rating. On his business card it does not included a/c components it states a/c and heat.

Changed the oil with poor quality oil, and the filter they put in there was really REALLY bad. I literally had to repeat the process a few hours later somewhere else.
