l have bought two cars now from total auto service! This is a fantastic business that's been around for a while. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars was fair , the buying process is easy. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.you won't find a better used car dealer than total auto services

Vehicle inspection- Didn t wait long. Inside was nice and clean. Personnel were courteous the whole time. No complaints.

I needed my wiper blades replaced and the technicians did everything possible to get it fixed right for me. They even re-aligned my bumper for me and aired up my tires. I am very satisfied with the service here and incredibly reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely be bringing my car here for anything and everything! Thanks again!

Update again No stars .. I will never come to this shop never again I have a Chrysler 300 , I took my car to this shop on December 29, 2022 for lifter/ lash adjuster-Cylinder head & Valves-Valve lifters,R&R All cylinders both sides and they replace Cylinder Head & Vales- Valve Cover Gasket & Rear Crankshaft Main bearing seal- real main seal & crankshaft bearing they had to remove & replaceMy car was in the shop for almost a month .On Jan 16,2022 my car was ready to pick up day after pick up I had few problems with my car again . My air wasn t working nomore they broke my AC cord smh also lie about it smh my AC was working fine before I came they yank the card out in didn t fix it back also 2 days after that problem I had a gasket leak again & oil cooling line leak oh yes I had forgot day after I left from the shop under my car was a dent whenever they lift my car up for repair both of my bottom sides was loose .. they didnt have the right equipment to lift my car up that s what I was thinking of but they didn t tell me that also they didn t tell me they damage both of the sides on my car ..Please don t come to this auto Service smh They lie , they don t pick up the phone , they work slow , they damage cars in don t tell you and they halfway do stuff .. This was the worst month ever They over charge the AC to much Freon they lie in said they didn t touch it found out they did smh .Okay I m back again date Feb 2,2023**After leaving from This shop 5 days after my car started to jerk a lot two days ago Jan 31,2023 while slowing down at the red light smh So I took it to the Chrysler shop they found out it was the transmission mount was backwards smh meaning that (total auto services ) put my transmission mount on backwards **smh also they put my AC hose on wrong for water to go inside my transmission smh now I have to replace a new transmission that was 5000.00 dol smh y all did me wrong ****Because I have coverage on my car y all thought y all can make more money from me & my insurance smh Tota Auto Services need to be close down ASAPThis is sad because I trusted yall

I was recommended to this shop by another mechanic that couldn't get to me fast. When I came here the guys were friendly and they got me in and out in a quick manner. I recommend this shop for all your mechanic and state inspection needs.

This was my 2nd time bringing my car to this shop & I must say. I was pleased both times. Mr. Asad is very nice and compassionate about helping u get you're vehicle fixed. He works with you & gives you fair prices. He tries to have you're vehicle finished as soon as possible with good work performance.I would definitely refer others to come here.

Referred for inspection so just went by to locate and check hours of business.. It was about 6:20 and close at 7.. It was done today and didn't expect that.. very happy
