I can t say nothing but nice things about this place. Both the owners know their cars and know how to take care of their customers. Brandy makes me feel like family when I m there. Very reasonable pricing for amazing work. You won t have to come back for the same issue because they keep it real with you and fix it correctly the first time. They have taken care of my family s and friends car. They have taken care of my Nissan Versa, Prius, Audi, and my Porsche. Their skills are top knot notch. Highly highly recommend this place.

Had to be towed here after hours. I left a message on the machine and called as soon as the opened. They replaced my radiator while I was at work. Fast friendly service at a fair price

I cannot say nicer things about this shop. It is owned by Johnny and his wife and they are not only the nicest people I ve ever encountered, but also super professional and know what they re doing. I took my Jeep in for a hot blowing AC after I took it to a commercial shop and got absolutely bent over and they didn t even fix the problem, or diagnose it properly and banged up the hood of my car (which Johnny fixed) Johnny looked at for a cumulative 10 minutes and knew exactly what was wrong. I was given an estimate and he immediately got to work. Things didn t go according to plan and in a very Jeep fashion, something else took a poo while they were fixing the issue. Without blinking an eye, they offered to replace the bummy fuse no charge and have my car out to me ASAP. I called the next morning at 8:30 to check in and plan my day and by 11:30 I had my car and the AC was blowing cool as ice. They even left me my first Jeep Ducky!! I will not entrust my car and safety on the road with anyone else. They are honest people and I wish there were 10000 more like them. I cannot thank you guys enough.Service: A/C installation & repair

All I have to say about this place is that it is recommended on my behalf. Johnny and Brandy are great and honest people. Johnny is an amazing mechanic and knows what he is doing when it comes to working on cars. I give this man 10 if it was up to me on the ratings. My air suspension had major problems and my air bags and air compressor were replaced and literally no one could fix it. It was still sitting low. Until i found Top speed. Johnny took the time and the effort and made it possible for me to ride smooth again. That man knows his stuff. As for Brandy I have to admit she knows her stuff. She knows what she is talking about. They both make a great team. Way to go you two. Keep up the amazing work. I will be coming back if any more problems in the near future.

We love this place. They are honest and caring. We have taken our car twice in emergency situations and they were always available and up front with any issues and prices. We have now recommended our family and friends to come here. Thank you guys for your honesty and service! I have had a check Engine Light issue on my car for more than a year. Went to 3 different mechanics about it and they never were able to diagnose the issue properly until I found this shop !Johnny is a champ at patience and diagnostic which is a rare breed these days.Brenda the owner is 100% honest and transparent on everything.Really happy to have found this place !Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Super friendly staff with honest work. If you want to feel like family and know what's happening with your car every step of the way, this is the place to go, you'll even be able to talk to the technician direct versus a middleman.Very kid friendly with a room of distractions for young ones who have to sit with parents, refreshments available, & wifi!Don't forget to sign your name on the hood of fame in the front office!!

The service I received was impeccable! The entire bottom of my truck was submerged in oil. The mechanic "John" cleaned all of it and flushed it with dye to properly diagnose the issue.. The customer sales Manager " Brandi" at the front desk quickly ordered my parts. My parts were already in route when she called me to tell me what they discovered.They had my vehicle done in 1 day with no problems. I definitely would recommend. this company. They uphold their intrigity and value their customers satisfaction.

I was a long time customer almost 6 years, thought this was the best place to go if you wanted good mechanic work. It used to be : but ever since Jorge left it has never been the same in terms of the quality of the work and the pricing. It seems like johnny is backed up with work and he s the only one doing everything and that can really harm the quality of your work. I had some work done to my car , thought the quote and what I paid for it was pretty high. So I went to another shop and asked them to quote me for the same work only to find out that they were going to charge me 700$ less than top speed. I even called a random shop that was not recommend it to me, just to see what they would say, and I read off the list of parts and everything needed that TopSpeed auto care quoted me for , and a main stream automotive repair company quoted me $400 less than what TopSpeed auto quoted. The work they did on my car was less than medicore, Johnny left fluid and oil all over the engine bay and it was burning off for 2 days after , and then to make it worse I had my technician friend look at the work they did after and noticed one of the hoses they said they changed was still there and they didn t even change it So I went back to the shop and Johnny said yeah I didn t change it because it s still fine and the hose had cracks and was very worn , AND on top of that he charged me 110$ for the hose that they had supposedly already replaced .wont ever be having them touch my cars or recommend them to anybody ever again.

I was referred by a fellow driver to visit the shop, and I did not expect the service I received was unacceptable. My car was overheating and I decided to bring it to them for diagnosis on what might be the issue. The time I received my serviced car out of the shop, the problem still persists and it was dangerous because I was driving on the freeway thinking the problem already fixed. Took me almost 2 hours to get home that day since I have to make frequent stops.The next week I bring in the car for checking again, instead of providing customer service, Brandi the boss lady decided to blame the problem on me for driving the car after it was fixed and I was shocked. The only good thing is that the technician understood what he needs to do and resolved the problem. But when it comes to test the car, Brandi told the tech to just let me test it instead of doing his job but he still decided to test it first. I appreciate the technician effort but Brandi attitude towards the issue is not only bad customer service but also non-human, instead of acknowledging the issue and providing a solution, she blamed it on client and did not give an apology. Would give 0 star if I can!

Top speed is by far the only place I'll ever take any of my families vehicles. Me my friends and family have literally used them since they opened and it's always been amazing honest quality work ! They treat everyone like they are family. I highly recommend this auto care shop! They did an amazing job at helping me with my Nissan. The owner Brandi is such a sweetheart, and the crew is especially very informative and punctual about what they're doing. Very friendly, honest and comfortable people to work with. Family owned! I highly recommend this Auto Care shop. Truly wonderful and trustworthy people. I took my SUV to get it fixed and was given a good price to get it repaired. In the end, I opted not to invest more in my vehicle and I was amazed that I didn't get pressured into repairing it instead. It's is a family owned business so you can expect to be treated like a valued customer. I can't thank Brandi, Johnny and Jorge for all their assistance.

Awesome. Fantastic. Friendly. Personable. Fair. Reasonable prices. I can't say enough about Brandy and Johnny. Outstanding!!!!! They took the time to help me out when I was in a pinch. Listened to what I wanted done and executed it promptly.I entered as a customer and left as family. If I could leave 10 stars I would post 11. Super nice, very reasonable pricing. I have several upgrades to my 1972 Mustang. They will get ALL my business from here on.

I had brought my 2004 Thunderbird to a well known national auto dealership complaining about the radiator fan turning on early. They made 3 major repairs and over $2,000 later, I had the same problem occurring! I filed a complaint and fortunately was refunded my money for all the unnecessary repairs. However, I still needed the problem fixed.I heard good reports about Top Speed Auto Care that the owner had 35 years of experience. He identified and fixed the problem "right out of the gate!" His pricing were WAYYY more affordable than the national chain I was accustomed to bringing my vehicles to. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to do the job, RIGHT the first time! I highly recommend Top Speed Auto. Johnnie Williams well deserved his very own shop. He can be counted on for any auto repair need you may have. I now bring both my cars into his shop for service (and I live 45 minutes away!) well worth it.

These guys are great. I brought my 3rd gen camaro in with a carb and timing issue and it was resolved in a timely manner, they updated me throughout the whole process sending me videos and pictures of my cars progress everyday. They re professional and do great work, and now my car runs great.

Really kind and accommodating people. They did fast, good work on my jeep compass.EDIT 7/9/20I took my car in a few more times and recommended them to friends and family, but the last time I took my car in, they made a mistake on my payment and lost my money. The tech who took the payment made a comment about leaving my car there until it's sorted, which is obviously not acceptable. I messaged with the shop for a few days while they tried to figure out how to fix the issue, which was stressful for everyone. Again, it was not my mistake, they acknowledged this.After throwing in the towel and being told they would handle things on their end, another mechanic there called my mother (she's on file since she took her car in) and left a voicemail saying I was uncooperative and difficult, and to call them back.Point is, once the work is done and the payment has been made, that should be it. It is not on the client if you lose the money. And you definitely shouldn't call parties not involved and say rude things about your clients to them

Great down to earth people with reasonable labor prices. Its hard to find a good trustworthy shop. If you are looking to have some work done look no further because Brandi, Johnny and George should be your 1st and last stop!Work done: 2001 Tundra timing belt replaced and all U-joints. Somethings are better left to the professionals!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I took my truck to top speed auto care because a previous mechanic had installed a new fuel pump for my silverado but my fuel gauge wasn't working it always marked empty. I called the shop and ask if they can see my truck and check it out, right from the beginning they were very polite and friendly and took my truck in to get checked. Jhonie quickly checked and found the problem he told me all the details and what was the problem he gave me a good price and fix it good. The people that work here are the best and the job they did was also great i would highly recommend this place to anybody that wants there car fixed, there honest and give you no BS like other shops and mechanics, overall they are really kind. Thanks again guys at Top speed auto care, i will be coming back for my trucks tune ups.

I took my truck to get a flowmaster installed. The technician were very down to earth and obviously now what they are doing. The price was much less then I expected so that was a real plus. My truck sounds great I would definitely recommend them to all my friend and family.

Great people, and really good cost-effective service. Brandi, Johnny and George have taken care of our Acura and Audi and they seem to really care as if it was their own. Almost don t want to let the secret out but they are expanding so I guess the secret is out.

Definitely recommend this place!I have a 2009 BMW M3 and it had a lot of mechanical issues.They were able to fix it fast.The owners are very knowledgeable and very friendly.Mechanics you can trust!!!Will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

Glad to see Johnie got his own shop. I can personally vouch for his work as he was my go-to technician when we worked together. Awesome and honest tech who helped get my modded vette up to speed each time something broke. I highly recommend if anyone has auto needs!

Great job with preventative maintenance on both foreign and domestic vehicles. Had a lube job performed on our Ford F-250, and replaced break pads and battery on our Mercedes ML-350. Great communication and customer service to deliver on time as promised.
